Blueberry Muffins are Dan's first request.
What would you like me to make with it?
Honestly I did 10oz with 2 scoops and the flavoring was $$. Blueberry was incredibly refreshing, no artifical taste, and the pasty chunks were totally crushed . If you used a blender ball i could see why it may be a bit different because those chunks may be annoying. You would have to blend this protein due to makeup and the pastry pieces.

My moms boyfriend drink non alcoholic beer. He likes the taste and he is a recovering alcoholic. I get this for him. For me if I drink more than 5 beers I get a headache. Not that I won't drop a couple of Advil and drink more!

Puzzy only 5?!? Tisk tisk h barely get buzzed from that. Haha wish I was joking :( alcohol doesn't like to absorb for me. And no it's not a tolerance things as I was that way from my very first drink.

Puzzy only 5?!? Tisk tisk i barely get buzzed from that. Haha wish I was joking :( alcohol doesn't like to absorb for me. And no it's not a tolerance things as I was that way from my very first drink.

I'm the same way. I'll get sick from sheer volume before I will from the alcohol.

Since ANS Performance launched its Cluster Dextrin infused carbohydrate formula Carb-HP, almost exactly one year ago. The supplement has only been available in the one 60 serving Fruit Fusion flavored tub. Moving forward that is no longer the case, as today the brand has finally given Carb-HP fans a second flavor to choose from, or at least a second powder option.

Tried these last night

Not bad, but I say that only because I’m not really a coffee fan.
you will like them more if you are huge mocha/coffee fan.

Center has mostly a chocolate flavor with moderate mocha flavor. Certainly noticeable, but doesn’t blow you away with that mocha/coffee taste. If you love Oreos and or mocha you will love these.

It's funny I love Coffee but I generally don't like coffee flavored items ?????? I will give them a try.

I miss the Reese's PB stuffed Oreo's that were out a year or two ago. Not the same as the PB stuff one's you can easily find now.

I am a puss! and I get a great nice buzz on 5 beers. I like to drink on an empty stomach, once I start eating drinking doesn't appeal to me.
 
If I ever see those Dunkin Oreos I'm gonna have a bad night. I can see myself eating the whole thing and spiraling further out with other bad decisions while on this cut.

I'm now hooked on Halo Top Mint Chip which at 240 cal a pint isn't that bad at all.

Meh. With so many of those herbal extracts, there's just no way of knowing if they're dosed properly. It's possible they're potent extracts, which would make the seemingly "low" doses effective, but there's just no info on them. I would get it with one or two extracts to keep his extracts/formulation from "being copied," but it's more than a few extracts, and the KSM isn't exactly "fully dosed" so it doesn't really inspire confidence that the vague extracts are going to be when it's even harder for people to see if they're dosed properly (many people know the 300mg 2x per day of KSM-66).

The only cotton I may see is when I am in texas in 3 weeks to go to Nutrabolt HQ.

I should have a lot of new info on Cellucor, Scivation, Royal & Fitjoy stuff for you guys when I visit for 3 days. I will try to update you guys and grab pictures on all the new stuff in the pipeline!

I don't see 12 ingredients without it. It doesn't exactly inspire confidence that the other ingredients (extracts) are "fully dosed" if they're saying that the KSM-66 is. I mean, there is technically enough withanlides that it may still be somewhat effective (it contains 10mg withanolides, and at least one study has noted some benefits with 9mg), but there's just so much research on KSM-66 that pretty much sets the "full" dose at 600mg/day, that anything less than 1/2 that, since a lot of studies split the dose, just doesn't make much sense IMO.

Haha. It's not like you "can't" go above 600mg/day ashwagandha anyway, as higher doses of various extracts have been studied and found to be safe/effective, so I agree that I'd rather have the full dose here per day and then just add more if I'm taking another product that also has it.
