Thanks man! I liked the dbol and adrol stack. I did notice a difference between 25 and 50mg adrol and it was definitely worth it. So I was doing 25mg dbol and 50mg adrol pre workout. If I ever run adrol solo, I'll probably do 100.

Hit a great back workout today. I've been up in Chicagoland for my gf's cousin's wedding, probably going to head down to my dad's near stl tonight and then back to my apartment in the morning so i can work tomorrow night.
No idea what I'm weighing lately but i doubt it's changed much.

Hey heyyy still going well here. 14 weeks out today. 218.6lbs this morning fasted. I seem to have added a little bit of weight since last week.
Thought I'd show my shoulder workout from yesterday just as an example of the type of training I've been doing.
Standing DB lateral raises
15x20, 20x20, 25x15, 30x15

Single arm cable rear delt flies
10x20, 15x20, 20x18, 25x15

Machine rear delt flies
100x30, 130x25, 170x19, 190x15

DB upright rows (single arm)
35x20, 3x40x15
SS w/
Seated DB lateral raises
15x20, 3x20x15

Seated DB shoulder press
40x20, 55x20, 70x15, 80x12

Single arm DB front raises - neutral hand position(hammer)
15x20, 20x15, 25x15
SS w/
Single arm standing DB lateral raises - resting arm supporting
30x15, 35x12, 40x12

Barbell OH press
45x20, 95x20, 135x15

Abs:
Rope crunches
3x77.5x15
Hanging leg raises
3 sets, each set: 10 reps straight forward, 10 reps in a circle motion alternating directions

Knocked out arms yesterday and was so pumped I could barely bend my arms or lift any respectable weight by the end.
Today was quads.
I like to start off with leg extensions, doing 10 slow reps, then 10 fast/regular reps, then 40 reps at the bottom of the movement keeping constant tension in my quads. It's crazy to watch the different muscle fibers ripple as you go through the range of motion.
Moved on to leg press, started at 3 plates per side doing 30 reps, 4 plates 30 reps, 5 plates 25 reps, 6 plates 25 reps, 7 plates 20 reps. Then did pause reps, 8 plates 10 reps, 7 plates 12 reps, 6 plates 15 reps, 5 plates 20 reps, 4 plates 20 reps and then 10 regular reps.
Moved on to hack squat and did 3 sets of the following: close stance, knees pressed together. 10 reps 5 second count down, 5 seconds up, 20 "half reps" at the bottom of the movement, then a 20 second hold halfway up.
Finished it off with 2 sets of single leg extensions, doing 10 slow reps, a 10 second hold, then 20 reps at the bottom of the movement.

All of these reps at "the bottom of the movement" are very small, maybe 6-8 inches of motion, it looks like I'm just bouncing in place but holy hell does it burn like a mf.

218.2lbs this morning. Last night was my first dose of MA Labs Somatozine, which I am logging.
 
Love the partial reps! They are fricken killer, really put you over the top.

I'm a fan of the somatozine, great sleep, great pumps, hope you enjoy it as well.

I'm looking forward to the Somatozine! I'm a huge fan of MK-677 alone, should be even better with the other ingredients, as well as my diet and contest stack.

Thanks! It's hard to attribute anything solely to one factor, since my carbs increased at the same time as the creatine.
However I have continued to feel strong and full, and I actually woke up at 219.0lbs this morning! Happy Monday to me!
 
I need to restock on the creatine mono so I can run it year round. What brand/site have you found to be the best quality and price BamBam0319 ?

Best I ever found was a kilo from Dymatize for like $15 I think. But right now I'm using 1st Phorm's. It's also a kilo, so if you're using 5g per day it'll last you 200 days I think it was $20 but I don't remember

Do you find a difference between say creapure German micronized créatine vs Regular mono? Creapure is in many different companies like muscle tech

Woke up at 221.6lbs this morning... da fuq.
No changes in anything except addition of Somatozine. I wasn't expecting any sort of weight gain or anything especially only a few days in.

As a 20 year old I understand I shouldn't do AAS or PH but is MK in the same boat? Like I wouldn't mind doing MK if it doesn't make my endocrine system rebound.

It doesn't have anything to do with your testosterone or estrogen or anything so I think you'd be okay with it. Being a young guy though you already have high HGH/IGF levels, so it might not be as effective as someone who's, say, 30 or 40, or 50.
Keep in mind I'm saying this as a 22 year old lol. And as someone who began using prohormones at 17 or 18 and my first AAS cycle at 20.

Some people have gained a lot of weight from MK.
I haven't but it looks like I have.

MK bloated me so badly i couldn't take it even in a bulking state... it was like skin stretching bloat. had me up almost 8lb in a couple weeks when i bumped from 10 to 20mg

Damn that's crazy. I plan on staying at 12.5mg for a whole 60 days. After that I don't wanna be on anything without my coach giving the OK because I will be 6 weeks out at that point.

Only got a few pounds on me but he's shorter. Trained legs together today and I'm suffering.

(Raises resting BG levels) is def look into a GDA to take before bed and in the morning. Metformin seems to be best but berberine seems to work well too

Would you use a BG monitor? I know you can pick them up for like 20$.
 
Doing pretty well still here. Moved out of my apartment all day yesterday. Sucked. Carrying everything down four flights of stairs to my truck across the street in a parking lot behind a house is not what I enjoy doing in 90+ degree weather. Drove everything home and started moving everything back into my dad's house, which is where I'll be staying until I get my life started.
It'll take a while to unpack since there's basically nowhere to put anything right now. My bedroom looks like a storage room.
Weighed in at 220lbs flat this morning so fortunately I don't seem to have lost anything from all my "cardio" yesterday. Lol. Missed a couple meals too, so I'm surprised I didn't lose more.
Pounded out a great arm workout this afternoon, relaxed by the pool a bit, and now it's time to hammer out my last research paper ever.

Time to get nasty!! My carbs got reduced starting today and added cardio in @ 10 min on the stair master post workout 4 days a week. Less than 12 weeks to go!
 
Noticed my first real change in morning weight today. 215.4lbs.
Meeting with the coach this evening, hoping he puts me on the tren
 
No changes in supplements, except increase in test to 750 and EQ to 600. I ran out of NPP and we're just gonna go without it.
He's really pleased with the changes in my physique. Need to take some pics for this thread.
Probably going to increase cardio a little this week, and apparently a possible refeed this weekend depending on where my weight is at Saturday morning.
Sounds like tren, mast, winstrol, possibly anavar will be added in all at 8 weeks out. 10.5ish out currently.

Also, orthorexia is a legit thing ha... the fear of not eating clean enough
