Okay, so I have damage in my joints from years of having flat feet, poor form and years of being on a proton pump inhibitor. I have chronic pain in my neck, back, shoulders, wrists and knees. The only solution I could come up with is stem cell injections and I certainly can't afford that and even if I could, it would take me years to get the money anywhere close to what I'd need to repair all the damages. I was reading about BCP-157 and it looks promising, but I was wondering if there is any peptide, or chem I can buy already setup in liquid form that doesn't need to be modified. I am looking for something to take short term rather than long term.

Why not just try BCP-157 and TB-500?

The prep work. I'm afraid I'll screw it up, since it comes in powder and you have to mix it with bacteriostatic water supposedly even if you take it orally; from what I read.

It's as simple as drawing some of the bac water and injecting it slowly into the pep bottle, just try to hit side of the vial, not directly onto the peptides. The gently swirl between your fingers until its dissolved, never shake the bottle. Boom, it's ready for injection.

Does it work well orally? I mean I have arthritis in my back too and I certainly am not going to try and put a needle in by my spine.

I don't know about that, you don't have to inject BCP directly into said tendon/cartilage, locally subQ would be good enough! TB-500 is systematic so can inject anywhere subQ

To be honest, I'm not big on needles and with high anxiety, it doesn't help! lol. I'm guessing oral TB-500 would work better than oral BCP; however I haven't read much on TB-500 for tendons, just muscle repair.

Haha once you do it, it becomes nothing haha personally I wouldn't use anything peptide wise orally, there nothing stopping the stomach from destroying it before it gets anywhere..... yeah TB-500 is more muscle repair and injuries but I found it amazing

There's lots of different protocols, just google some :) I used it for a month I think, maybe 5 weeks. 500mcg twice a week for TB

I'm curious, what did you use it on and how fast did it take for the pain to go away?

I used it for a shoulder injury. Shot it subQ in my stomach, was pretty much good to go after 4 weeks I think

Hey, I forgot to ask. What sort of shoulder injury? I'm curious if TB works well with a rotary cuff tear/damage.

Tore my AC joint in my left shoulder, let it heal on its own (stupid) and then it sometimes gave me pain and I pulled/tore something in that area again a year or so later and that's when I did the BCP/TB combo!
