Bam Bam's Journey to the Stage!

Sup guys!
I met with coach on Thursday as planned. Feedback was good, I'm getting leaner and bigger, while maintaining the same weight. I'm actually down a pound or two over the last couple days. 216.6 this morning.
My carbs have been increased. Two of my meals have had an extra 1/2 cup of rice added.
Also, I am now taking 15g creatine mono peri-workout, up from 5g.
Staying on the current super-supplement protocol for a while longer, which is fine with me as it seems to be working.
I wish he'd sent me the progress pics we took!
Grabbed a couple yesterday though after my arm workout.

Looking good man. Legs have me jealous!

Wish I knew my roommates were gonna give me protein, I would've given recommendations...

Edit: that was supposed to say "Wish I knew my roommates were gonna get protein, I would've given recommendations.." but the original works too I guess
Get protein > give protein haha

You have no idea how glad I am to hear that! My legs have always been my weakest point and they've been so ridiculously hard to build.
I will be forever grateful to my coach for helping me to finally get them to start catching up to my upper body!

They look on point bro, that's tough to do.

What did he have you change?

What did he have you change?

LOTS more volume, isometric holds, partial ROM to focus on constant tension, slower on both the concentric and eccentric motions. He hardly ever does "heavy weight" but I still find benefit from it so I add it to my workouts. He approved

You've got it. What's your diet macros like right now? Also lots of 80%1rm holds at bottom of lift will pull some serious fiber.

Fat/pro/cho
17/40/44
62g/335g/371g

Yeah I've started to observe that. Heavy with 2-3 seconds holds...ouch.

Yea your legs will look wicked aka (wtf) if your lifting is on point and I'm sure it is with how you look right now. But yup hovering with that weight and looking a fool is all the rage right now and it works.

Thanks!!
Yeah I've had multiple people approach me at the gym and say stuff like "I saw some of the stuff you were doing, and I've never seen someone do that except for those huge guys on social media."
I usually reply with something like "well yeah, why do you think they do it? It works!!"

Yeah, smiles of intense pain! Hahaha. Seriously though, I lose control of the sounds I make and facial expressions the way I work out now. It's just so painful.

Oh you mean like this absolutely retarded face? Haha #vinegarstrokes

Off day today... thank goodness. Every muscle has been sore, and my body is tired. It's much needed.
Unfortunately...I have to dedicate this rest time to writing a paper for my last class ever.

Man, every time I take that Psychotic preworkout I think "I'll be okay this time!" And of course, I'm not... my appetite is totally screwed and I feel like doodoo.

maybe they should label it as a fat burner instead haha

Idk sounds like it's labeled very appropriately to me lol.

Agreed on both fronts... even the company (insane labs) is aptly named. Because I have to be insane to keep taking that stuff knowing what it does to me.

Toss it in the trash, get some beta-alanine and some niacin:D

Haha I just have a bunch of samples! I'm an ambassador for my friend's supp company so I get their pre for a healthy discount. It's quality too

Where are the noodZ?

Late to the party. Subbed! Great layout and progress brother! Wishing you success!

I was honestly very upset with these pics, but my coach was happy and said he sees great progress so whatever. I won't get too down.
Morning weight is still 216ish. Taking 60mg raloxifene daily for the gyno and .5mg arimidex.

Honestly, I see it as well. I see it in your triceps, they are full and have shape now. Previously they were quite flat. Also, those "teardrop" style quads look awesome!

Your back is seriously awesome as well man.

Well I'm glad to hear that! Triceps and legs are probably what I need to bring up the most. And I think my back is my strong point. I feel like I've done a great job establishing a mind-muscle connection when working on it, which is such a hard thing to do with your back.

Keep it up bud.

Calves, hamstrings and rear delts bro!

Your lat spread is your strongest post IMO.

Thanks man! I think you're right. And you're saying to bring those muscle groups up, right? Because I agree

Yeah lol but you still have plenty of time to grow.

Mike israetel just posted an excellent post/article about hypertrophy overload.

Keep hammering about man!

That's true! I'm gonna have to look up that article.

No matter what your better today than you were yesterday and that is what matters, fu*k everything else and keep killing it.

Your back is stacked AF bro also your arms have really developed tremendously. Very good progress

Thanks guys! I guess I can only keep moving forward. I can't wait to see how my back looks on stage.
My coach said "just wait till next phase!" Lol

Definitely a really solid base and for sure back is your strength. Traps and rear delts will help even more there too.

Posing def has some room for improvement though ;)

Hmm interesting, I thought your front lat spread was doing your shoulder width a disservice...shoulders a tad bit rounded and too far forward? Could be the low angle of the camera too.

EDIT: Im obviously a mere armchair "critic"!

Is that the tren ace dbol phase ?
Nah I already ran dbol! And anadrol. Next is tren and mast plus whatever else he wants.

Oh yes definitely. I have work to do bit honestly I should be more happy with what I've already accomplished. I'm just not.

You're probably right. I was REALLY trying to spread that sh*t out.

Yeah your lats certainly look great in the shot, no question man.

Howd you find adrol vs dbol btw? Need to dose adrol higher?
