Hey booneman. Any recommendations on running something after my xgels and alphamine? The only thing i have planned right now is thermo like radiate or hydrashred. I finish my stack and ur 12 weeks at same time. I am planning on doing a lower upper with more cardio for 4 weeks to cut and at least tone things up a bit before cancun. With of course my diet on 100% check.

A good thermo is really the only thing I would add to a nice cut. If you really wanted you could try an epicatechin product. Many people like them on a cut. Personally I haven't had any luck but some don't respond to it so I may be be of those.

-Felt great and did a full set of bench with 185 :). Felt solid pumps. I will be sticking with BB decline bench though. I find it difficult to get DBs in place from a decline position or from the top with my legs locked in. I don't have anyone to give me the weight either.
-I don't know if it is the x-gels where the magic happens after the 1st bottle, but I am so damn sore. I haven't felt like this in a while. Yesterday was my quads and now my hams are cooked haha.
-Really trying hard to nail my diet this week. Yesterday was a success. A little high on the carbs but that's okay I needed them.

Really happy with my strength progress. Majority of my working sets was in the 295 lbs range, but I decided to go up. I ended up doing 2 working sets of 315 lbs for 4 reps. It felt great. decided to go with cable rear delt flys to control range of motion and increase time under tension. My shoulders are already cooked. It's going to be tough waking up tomorrow. Nailed my diet again yesterday and gained a pound.. hopefully it muscle, but perhaps just water
 
something really unique for rear delts using the cables that one of the guys on here taught me is to lay back with a yoga ball (whatever those big balls you use for crunches and stuff are) under your lower/mid back, feet on the floor, and pull the cables from above you and do the fly that way. helps take the rest of the abck and any cheating out of the movement

I took Radiate today. Flavor was not very good at 16 oz water, but damn does it work! Pushed me hard through my workout. I really focused today on timed under tension for reps. around 2-3 seconds positive/negatives. I am going to be switching to this way for the rest of the program from hyper days. Felt so much better for pumps. I was failing at about 6-8 reps after doing a 50% weight drop compared to 15-20 last week.

Appreciate it dude! I am going to DC for a week for work leaving Sunday.. Taking the girl with me so prob only get a few workouts in max cuz I don't wanna work all day and then workout and boom night gone.. Not much of a vacation for her haha.

Going to relax, let the joints take a little break, eat good ass food (that's paid for haha) and get ready to start x gels, abe, and BMP! Going with an ergo product as well like you plan on. Starting with a tub of triumph and then ergonine (got them on sale for $20 each!!!). I'll have to find another PA source though. I wanna put on some overall growth especially my back and chest haha. So going to eat lots of food and carbs for the first time in a while. Nervous and I excited haha.

I'll be sure to log it and do a better job now that I am getting a feel for it. Might borrow your layout or something similar if that is cool! I really like your comments section and the way it's laid out haha.

Had a great workout today and what a journey so far. I'm on Week 9. Last week I tracked my food and maintained my macros pretty damn good. My fats and carbs varied a bit but my protein was pretty solid at ~187 (1g bw). fats from 80-95 and carbs lowest was 215g and highest was 324 g shooting for 2,800 cals. I am not sure where I was at with any macros before haha and now I realize that I probably was not eating enough because this past week I was constantly full and the first few days kind of bloated. Got my meals prepped last night and I'm ready for another week. ;)
 
Finally got my multivitamins, xtend bcaas, 2 quake samples, and 3 xtend samples.

Went to sleep late last night watching "The Keepers" on Netflix! Damn that thing is addicting. This greatly reduced my stamina for my deadlifts and I was running short on time. I had to reduce the weight. The rest of the workout went pretty good. Just extra tired today haha, but worth it. I'll probably finish the series tonight. Diet still on point :).... but I might do sushi tonight so I will be adjusting my carb meals intake during the day and sticking to veggies+protein.

Today turned into a mess. ..
I didn't take my lecithin granules today or a post workout shake. I had to go do a biometric screening at work, so I had to be fasted. Not sure if the preworkouts affected it haha oh well. When I got to the gym the A/C was shot and the gym was hot as heck! It felt good sweating like crazy though. Then I went to my truck to go to work and...dead battery. I was feeling pretty irritated. Bought a new one, changed it, and finally went to work. My truck is going to need an oil change this weekend also. haha.
Good times. Tonight going to hit up the drive-in for Wonder Woman+The Mummy and will try my damn hardest to not mess up my macros!

Yea I've heard great things for Wonder Woman. I am just excited that The Mummy is part of the Universal Re-Launch of Monster movies. I believe the next up will be Bride of Frankenstein. There is nothing like the classic horror movies, but it's fun seeing remakes and the beautiful special effects.

Great day. Quake is not very good but damn the pumps were great! 6g and above of l-citrulline is the sweet spot for me. Loved today's workout. Also threw in some dips, extra side raises, and ab work as I was waiting for my wifey to finish up her workout.

I would move them to second. I always try to go with a high pull/low pull alternation through the workout.

For example: dead, pull-up, hammer low row, lat pull down, cable row, rear set flys

Meso and kraken are my two go to high stims.

At first I thought so too. Especially if I did not drink enough water throughout the day. But a lot of times I'll do a scoop first thing in morning and then another half to full scoop pwo with an ergo product as well... 30-45 min before and chug water after and during. I have just came to love the clean energy I feel from it. But I am pretty hefty on the stim abuse lol. Have used them for my job a long time now.

Radiate is good, but i haven't used it long enough to see how it works after multiple uses. I got a tun on the way though so this might change. I crash too hard from meso, and rupture doesn't compare to bloodshot but it is the alternative now haha. I also noticed i have to take rupture on days like my Saturdays when i'm already up and moving through my morning. Otherwise, it doesn't give me the kick i need for early morning workouts.
Quake is pretty great. The caffeine hits hard in it. Much harder than my current pre's. It's been a while since i've run out of chaos and pain ferox.. i think that has like 400mg caf.. so i did get a bit jittery from quake but nothing too bad. Aminos, pump, and 350mg of caffeine! The taste isn't very good though

Yeah I like meso but for as great as it is touted, I shouldn't be yawning during my workout sometimes I don't think.

I also love xtend perform as an intra! So good
