Tank Going All Out.....again!

Legz n Dedz n Stuff
On the advice of those wiser and because I was having serious joint pain, I cut down on the weights and upped the reps. Felt like a great rehab session. Everything for 15s except calves which I did for endless reps.

Leg extensions
Straight leg dedz
Conventional dedz
Bent rows
Skwaatz - for 5s
And a bunch of calf work

Sitting here staring at my first food of the day - looks delicious but I have zero appetite....this is HILARIOUS to me....has never happened before! If this keeps up, it might actually turn into a successful cut...imagine that! Lol. RADIATE officially works!

Thanks! Don't want to mess with my head - I'm feeling solid, working hard, and eating right....so I'll probably weigh in again a few days after my planned refeed next week.
 
One other person and I were the only ones to not have any real appetite suppression. Stupid metabolism....lol
 
As long as the mirror is reflecting better than it did before, you are doing well!
 
Just as as a side note:
My joints have gotten MUCH better - like night and day difference. I upped the sup3r dhea and started applying it to a better area: my lower neck and traps/delts. It's made so much difference.

I don't know how often I'll be logging this week - I'm gonna be traveling for work. Except for a planned refeed, I planfully to stick to the "program". However gym time is not always an option, but I got my pushups, isometrics, and bands - which combined can give me a decent enough workout.

Day 36 - 247.3lbs (ocd kicked in HAD TO weigh myself ;))
Feeling good. Still on track. Not sure when I'll have access to a gym this week, so I doubled up on the work. Instead of just chest, I added delts and tris. All hi rep hi set decent weight. Very solid session. Really had to push when I got to tris, but I did it.

As a Former Fat Guy, I can appreciate your concern, but enjoy that refeed man. You earned it!! You've worked hard to get where you're at, so you know you're not gonna go back to the old Tank habits just with one meal.

So I finally made it back to the gym today - it was a joy joy! Did chest and delts - I'm probably gonna havta miss another day this week so I got both in while I could. Did everything for 6x10. Felt strong!

As prescribed by the wise ones, I did a refeed/carb up/ cheat last week. For 2 days....:/ Lessons learned: on keto I eat until I'm not hungry; checking macros but not counting calories till done. It gets me between 1600 and 2400 calories - which is way below maintenance for me. On a carb up you can't do that! I ended up with a massive caloric surplus and super bloated. Thankfully, 4 days later the bloat is gone mostly. Also, 1-2 meals is enough; not 2 days!

Solid back/trapz day
Tried a machine for the first time - lower back extension machine. Felt like working my lower back a bit, but I do straight leg dedz with legz. This machine isn't half bad...goes up to about 300lbs and give you a workout without straining anything else.

Did an all arms day; bis/tris/forearms
Wanted to go lighter for high rep. Weights felt too light. Ended up doing sets of 15 with my pre cycle x 8/9 weight!

Hammer single and 2 arm curls
Close grip machine press
Overhead ext
V bar press downs
Forearm curls
Reverse curls
Rope curls

Couldn't eat a thing. Appetite squashed by rxs Radiate....gonna force myself to have some chicken later.....very wierd feeling....

Coulda/shoulda probably left the osta out....I'm feeling like a combo of the results of my 1/epi run and my lgd run....which interestingly enough is what I'm taking! Lol
I added 10 lbs a side on my hammer declines today jff and repped out for an easy 15....something's working!
 
Day 57 - 247lbs
So the scale hasn't budged in a while - which ain't half bad....clothes are fitting noticeably better, and muscle and veins are poppin!

Had a great workout today - back, bis, and forearms. Medium weights, but all for slooooow sets of 15.

Day 58
For some reason the only body part not sore today was chest, so that's what I worked. I'm thinking of doing a recovery day tomorrow as EVERYTHING is sore now - the good kind; like after a good workout. Even legs which I haven't even done in a while.

I just found most of a bottle of lgd in my stash. I'm thinking of adding another cap (5mg) pwo for the next 4 weeks.
I'm putting up with some lethargy anyway, so I'm thinking I might as well push it....
 
Day 60 - 246 lbs
Yeah, down a lb. My kool scale says it's fat so I'm g2g.

Did lats and biceps and some forearms. Very annoying and painful workout - quick positive movements and super sloooow negatives. On everything. Insane!

DB precher curls- endless and painful

Gonna have another whey/ coconut oil shake....maybe some solid food a little later...

2 days in to an extra 5mg lgd. I don't care what people say - you feel the difference right away.....

Says he found the secret to getting into shape in 4 weeks: GVT! I ask him innocently what that is....he says 10 sets of 15 reps of each exercise. 6 exercises......after not working out in over half a year. I said nothing. Just watched him quit after 3 sets. Sad. Funny but sad.

I did 6-8x10s of each exercise; pyramiding up and down, but at least 3 sets at the top. Delts and tris

I love lgd and epi andro. Sup3r dhea keeps the lethargy manageable. I totally forgot why I'm taking 1andro, but I musta had a reason! ;)
I dropped the osta. I'm thinking the osta was using pathways that could be better used by the lgd. Does that make sense?
Anyhow, lgd always does me good....I'm significantly stronger - which isn't easy at my age. And last time I held on to an appreciable amount of gained strength afterward. So here's hoping.

Back in the day we'd do a smolov type squat program once in a while. There was always some newbie genius who could barely do 95lbs who'd wanna work the program with us. Sure. Go right ahead. Have fun.

The other part is that fool HAD NO IDEA WHAT GVT IS!!!! 10 sets of 15 on 6 exercises WTF??? 10 sets of 10 on 2 exercises in a modified superset fashion, and 3 sets of 10 2 accessory lifts while using the 4-0-1-0 tempo... What is that 6 exercises and 15 reps nonsense... Not saying that won't work but it is far from GVT!

The only reason to use GVT coming back in is if you are coming off an injury and it is highly important that you keep the weights down while your joints are healing and even then the DOMS will be BRUTAL!!!!!!!!

Just chesticles today. Did Hammer declines for heavier weight than I even remember doing even as a ute; and I squoze out 10 solid reps. Alternated between 10s, 15s, and 20s on all exercises. Tried to get in at least 100 reps per.
