We are about to get the exact date. Currently figuring out a route from FL to TX. We may go along the gulf coast, then inward Alabama.
I have very little -to no knowledge about which places (towns) to avoid, googling heavy right now. I figured I may skip stops in Louisiana, as it doesn't look very tourist friendly and look around in Alabama and Texas more.

I mention the plates, meaning, I don't count the bar as weight. You should give it a try, after that have some dinner plates, makes you grow some front delts and pecs!

Yeah, I got that part. But you said 90 lb plates. Plural. So 2 plates = 180 pounds? 3 plates = 270?

Still loving the Inclined DB hex presses. Thanks again for turning me onto these! Hard to work the upper chest with a bad shoulder.
Up to 70lb for 10reps. any heavier and I can't get them in the up position without killing my shoulder.

Best I have been able to hit was 60 lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps on the incline hex presses, but I agree, I love them and appreciate getting turned on to them!

Cycle-Disaster update:

Had a hypertensive crisis 2 days ago. BP went up 175/105 with Telmisartan.
Scale showed a sudden weight increase of 6 pounds in about 4 days.

My cycle so far was:
500mg test-e/w
220mg 1-ad/day
cjc-1295 w dac 2,5mg/w
cjc no dac 200mcg/day post workout
MK-677 10mg/day
Insulin 10iu pre-workout
adex 0.5mg eod

Counter measures:

I figured, bloat from MK and cjc must be the culprit.
-Dropped cjc w. dac and mk.
-Took hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) every 6 hours, currently going for low carb too.
-Upped adex to 1mg eod.
-Dropped Nattokinase for Aspirin (supposedly counteracting water bloat induced by cjc/mk)
-upped water intake

Current BP is 165/90. CJC will be out of the system in about 5 more days. Together with the low carb diet, I expect to be in safe BP range soon.

Edit: Sparkss , you are on MK for awhile, ever taken your BP? Does it affect you?
 
Cayenne capsules is my go to for bp. Works when needed.600mg x3 x3x a day
1000mg taurine 3x a day should get rid of the bloat.

You know this stuff waaaay better than me...just saying what works for me without fail

Don't have Cayenne -nor Taurine at hand. Lucky me... LOL
Instead of Cayenne, I have Cialis as vasodilator -but it comes with heavy sides for me, pain in back and hams, can't tolerate it.
I have garlic with every meal -not working so far, have to get rid of the bloat first.
 
Checked if Telmisartan can be taken together with Lisinopril. Turns out its a good combination.

Wasn't even arms day, LOL. The pre-workout insulin does its thing, getting fuller by the day -hip tire too, I must admit.
Going low carb on off days now, lets see how that works out.
 
You need a bigger shaker bottle, though. Still could see a bit of belly sticking out there! Maybe you could use on of those 5 gallon water cooler bottles? :)

You could just paint your torso like a wine barrel. Then you won't have to carry a bottle at all. Totally believable! :D

You already know the secret to big "guns". BW triceps extensions, Floor DB triceps extensions and BW/weighted chin ups...and....a bit of juice.

I hadn't checked it in a while, but since you asked, I went ahead and just took my BP :).

It was 139 / 80 (pulse 70). I always run a little hot. Plus I just finished my morning coffee (quad shot of espresso) and I threw my back out yesterday and it is pinching my sciatic nerve, so the pain from that is likely also raising my BP a little. So that is about in the expected range for me.

I didn't know about this. I will give it a try. I have some taurine capsules here that I can start with. The odd part for me is that the bloat comes and goes, and I still have not been able to nail down what triggers it. I have not changed the dose or dosing protocol for the MK (or LGD for that matter), so it must be diet, but nothing jumps out at me about the days the bloat is worse than others. Also, while on the long weekend vacation we just took I was super bloated for the first 2 days, then on the 3rd (day we were leaving) I awoke noticeably leaner. So if it was diet at home it took two days to clear my system, if it was just random food, I ate almost the same thing the first and second day, so no idea why the bloat almost disappeared on the third day.

Took 5mg Lisinopril in the morning + 80mg Telmisartan. Now BP is in range. Will add Hawthorn, in a few days, while cutting dosage of Lisinopril to see how that works out.
Should I restart the CJC-1295 protocol, now that BP is controlled? Problem is, 1 injection has an effect for at least 12 days.

I agree, I don't think it is the LGD either. That is a good idea to check my BP the next time I noticed the bloat, I will report back what my BP is when that happens (yea, when, not if).

I can't try the taurine suggestion from Tank999 yet as the bottle of it is on the top shelf of a cabinet and I can't reach it yet, not until my back heals *sigh*.

I would go with celery seed over Hawthorne. Plus Hawthorne can spike bp at first.

Celery seed is a MILD diuretic but it is a potent, for a natural substance, calcium channel blocker. Which with the other two medication should really make a big difference.
 
A few minutes ago I had a WTF-Moment...

There is this service company that once a year changes fire extinguishers in my store -or recharges them.
Turns out they charged me yesterday for it -but really didn't recharge them, just changed the date on the seals.
I called.
They sent the same 2 service man who said, the fire extinguishers lost the new charge, all 5 , because they were faulty, bluntly lying their azzes off into my face. I said that they should back off for a minute, because I'm about to get violent.
They ran back to their car for a few minutes and approached me again, like someone who wants to pet the neighbors Rottweiler. They apologized and replaced the extinguishers.
Man, this was intense. I really was about to shove that extinguishers up their azzes, without lube.

Too much to write about, I'm lazy.
It was exhausting, that's all.

I noted that my strength on chin ups is declining, guessing I may need a few days of deconditioning -or off.
Better idea is focusing on other body parts and train the sh1t out of them for awhile, like traps and shoulders.

Now guessing its the insulin.
BP is somewhat under control.
I decided to go very low cal for awhile, about 1000kcal/day until the scale moves in the right direction and BP drops, starting Anavar too, while dropping the slin.
Cycle will be as follows:
500mg Test-e/w
220mg 1-ad/day
50mg Anavar/day
CJC-1295 2.5mg/w
MK-677 10mg/day

Training: 4x week, high volume split.

Lets see for how long I can endure this.
