I did multiple plates today, too. But they were dinner plates!
I mention the plates, meaning, I don't count the bar as weight.

Up to 70lb for 10reps. any heavier and I can't get them in the up position without killing my shoulder.

Best I have been able to hit was 60 lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps on the incline hex presses, but I agree, I love them and appreciate getting turned on to them!

I hadn't checked it in a while, but since you asked, I went ahead and just took my BP.
It was 139 / 80 (pulse 70). I always run a little hot. Plus I just finished my morning coffee (quad shot of espresso) and I threw my back out yesterday and it is pinching my sciatic nerve, so the pain from that is likely also raising my BP a little. So that is about in the expected range for me.
I didn't know about this. I will give it a try. I have some taurine capsules here that I can start with. The odd part for me is that the bloat comes and goes, and I still have not been able to nail down what triggers it. I have not changed the dose or dosing protocol for the MK (or LGD for that matter), so it must be diet, but nothing jumps out at me about the days the bloat is worse than others. Also, while on the long weekend vacation we just took I was super bloated for the first 2 days, then on the 3rd (day we were leaving) I awoke noticeably leaner. So if it was diet at home it took two days to clear my system, if it was just random food, I ate almost the same thing the first and second day, so no idea why the bloat almost disappeared on the third day.
Please keep watching it.

I remember, a year ago I was on a similar cycle you are doing. LGD/MK and I had to cut it short due to bloat. At this time I did not measure my BP -but my guess is, it was through the roof.

I remember, a year ago I was on a similar cycle you are doing. LGD/MK and I had to cut it short due to bloat. At this time I did not measure my BP -but my guess is, it was through the roof.
Took 5mg Lisinopril in the morning + 80mg Telmisartan. Now BP is in range. Will add Hawthorn, in a few days, while cutting dosage of Lisinopril to see how that works out.
Should I restart the CJC-1295 protocol, now that BP is controlled? Problem is, 1 injection has an effect for at least 12 days.

Three weeks ago my weight was: 215lbs. Today: 232.5lbs. WTF??? 17.5 lbs gain!
Now guessing its the insulin.
BP is somewhat under control.
I decided to go very low cal for awhile, about 1000kcal/day until the scale moves in the right direction and BP drops, starting Anavar too, while dropping the slin.
Cycle will be as follows:
500mg Test-e/w
220mg 1-ad/day
50mg Anavar/day
CJC-1295 2.5mg/w
MK-677 10mg/day
Training: 4x week, high volume split.
Lets see for how long I can endure this.
