What to pair with Caffeine for cutting?

I just bought some Caffeine pills from CNW and I can't find any ephedrine to stack for cutting? What else can I use to stack with Caffeine for cutting?... or is caffeine on its own good enuff?
 
depends on a lot of things but there's usually a energy category under the sponsor sites that have stuff that would stack with it.
 
Cheap and easy things you can stack with caffeine:

Yohimbine HCL (keep carbs low if you use this)
Aspirin
L-Carnitine (or Acetyl-L-Carnitine)
Lecithin (particulary one rich in Phosphatidyl Choline)


You don't have to add all of them to the mix, but they all stack pretty well. For the last competition I was in, I stacked lecithin, Yohimbine, Aspirin, and caffeine; the results were amazing. I was 10x more cut than I am in my avatar.
 
y must i keep my carbs low if i were to stack with yohimbine hcl? any reason behind it?

wat sort of problem u experienced with it?

my wallet is abit thin...if i can stack caffeine with only 1 of those...which will be the best for cutting?..hopefully it doesnt suppress appetite cuz i have problem eating anyway...

what did you dose the lecithin at?

Low carbs with Yohimbine because you want to minimize insulin secretion. Insulin will nullify yohimbine's effects. The YCA stack is pretty cheap: 200mg Caffeine, 5mg Yohimbine, and an aspirin 3x daily. A month's supply will run you a about $10. To get yohimbine for cheap, just get a gram of bulk yohimbine from a board sponsor, dissolve in a half liter of bottled water, and one dose is half a teaspoon.

High dosage of lecithin. I was taking 1200mg softgels 3x daily. I forget home much PC that is, but it's a pretty hefty dose. I'm currently taking 2 softgels daily (to stay lean in the offseason) and it's still working pretty good. Stack lecithin with ALCAR for a synergistic effect in both fatloss and energy.

So wat is the dosage like for yohimbine for a beginner like me??...the yohimbine hcl solution can be kept for long?won't it like disintegrate or something?

The hydrochloride base keeps it real stable in solution.

Dosage is about 1mg per 10lbs of bodymass.


The 0.5 Liter of bottled water trick is the simplest and easiest way to do it, in my opinion. I'll write it in steps this time so it's easier to follow.

-1-Get a 0.5L bottle of Aquafina

-2-Use a funnel to pour the Yohimbine HCl powder into the bottle.

-3- Shake it up, and let sit overnight (so it will fully dissolve and disperse).


Sounds simple enough. Now here's step by step how to dose it:

-1- Multiply your current weight by 0.1, you'll get the number , X.

-2- Mulitply X by 1/2 and you'll get how many milliters (mL) you'll need.

-3- Draw out that many mililiters (mL) with an oral syringe and squirt it into your mouth, avoiding the tongue.

Before you ask, you want to avoid the tongue because this stuff tastes terrible and the taste lingers.
 
Stimulant
- Caffiene
A basic stimulant, and foundation to a stimulant stack. Stacks with any of the following. Probably not enough for fat loss results but can give a nice energy rush to some. Has diuretic, as well as many other properties.
Recommended Dose: 200-450mg a day

- Ephedra
A stimulant/decongestant with synergy to caffeine. Provides strong effect, cheap, and safe when used properly. Lasts 4 hours, and has similar but somewhat weaker effects on beta-2 receptors like clenbuterol. Also great for appetite supression.
Recommended Dose: 12.5-25mg with each caffeine dose upto 3x a day

- Evodiamine
Helps produce heat and heat loss at the same time, providing mild stimulation and potential fat loss. Do not stack with ephedra. Safety unknown but not many negative reports.
Recommended Dose: 25-50mg with each caffeine dose upto 3x a day

- Synephrine
Similar to ephedrine, but not as effective and has negative effects on blood pressure. Some like it, some dont. Supresses appetite too. Do not stack with ephedra, unless experienced.
Recommended Dose: 20-25mg with each caffeine dose upto 3x a day

- Tyramine
Releases adrenaline. Similar to, but not to be stacked with ephedra. Safety unknown but not many negative reports.
Recommended Dose: 25-50mg with each caffeine dose upto 3x a day

- Yohimbe
A wierd supplement with lots of effects, stimulation, testosterone boosting, and sex drive are some of them, along with hallucinations at higher doses, but not everyone responds well to it. Do not stack with ephedra, unless experienced.
Recommended Dose: 3mg active with each caffeine dose upto 3x a day
 
wow...thanks guys....been very helpful with it...

1 last flavour to ask....do any of you know of any good cutting/lean bulking programs??...this is my very first time doing cutting in 5 yrs of bodybuilding and i have no experience nor knowledge of how to go about doing it? will appreciate if any of you could help out with it...

Metabolites of Yoh can last anywhere from 6 to 8 hours, so 2-3 doses per day will keep you in check. Just make sure to watch those carbs.
 
Green Tea Extract & Acetyl-l-Carnitine with Caffeine works pretty good for me.

i add aspirin pre w/o only.

how does that compare to ECA or ECAY?

i just dont wants spend 12bucks every ten days on E
