Peach sour patch delicous candy ring flavor!
Opened the bottle and the smell already was over the top great. The taste is beyond expectation for a supp.....and even for a regular drink - if you guys made a non stim version, I'd be sipping it all day!
 
Its just now 60* here -- was in the mid 50's this AM (love it). Anyway, sipping on Radiate to start my morning and was sweating (not terribly) in a t-shirt just while mopping the station lol.

Love the taste and effect, but definitely can't use it on hot days when I don't want to be sweating. Will be excellent in the winter.
 
Well cracked open my sour peach today. First drink I'm not a huge fan. I was super thirsty after a hard hot morning of physical work. It left me with a weird feeling in the back of my throat for a moment after. I'm not worried though I'll give it some more fair tests!

I am super pumped with the energy though! After a long morning actually took a late lunch today I crushed a lunch time workout going hyper speed. I might even be a 1/2 to 3/4 scooper

True story: I was sent a text today from a family member who has been sharing Radiate with friends. She literally has a lady so in love with it that the lady wanted to buy her half used jar off her hands! Sharing is caring :)

MidwestBeast I had to do an extrication 25 minutes after drinking a scoop of Radiate, in full gear and it was 80 outside. Crazy sweats but I got through that door and got the driver out like nothing!!
 
Shared a scoop of cherry with a friend at the gym (not giving up this beautifully tasting peach haha.. Maybe a sip. Plus I got 2 cherry :)) woke up to 7 text messages of where to get it haha. Easy peasy lol

Almost done with my scoop and got called to a gas leak this morning lol. Luckily it was a struck line outside and I was just in my pants. I sweat like a madman anyway, so I don't want any extra.

I've found that a scoop in the AM and one more later afternoon is good for my shift days -- not feeling sleepy til after 11, which is about when I want to lie down if it's been a quiet day.

No cutters or spreaders just your hands used?

Not looking forward to the heat just for wearing the gear. Had a car accident last night and that was toasty enough. It's just beginning

Its funny you say that....because I used the spreaders to get the door apart, but the inside door panel was stuck inside the seat itself, and when I went to pull it apart I actually did rip the entire panel out by hand

Getting slowly used to it. Almost at 1 month. The more I learn, the more comfortable I am. I just hate not knowing things since in my last career I'd done it long enough to be an expert.

Ive been A firefighter since 2003 and paid since 2005, I learn new things every day. The day you think you know it all in this job is the day you should go home for good, because that's the day you will be putting everyone else at risk

Should i get this? I hear alot about this infamous RADIATE product.

I enjoy powdered fat burners more than any other form.

Could this be compared to Alphamine?

That sounds actually amazing! I didnt think of that. Forgot about samples lol. I know ive been hearing so much about this powdered fat burner as pretty much what seems to be the new king for fans of the OG *brand* stuff i mentioned. And ive been looking far and wide man. Im a stim junky but mostly love the fact of using something that ACTUALLY burns fat. The fact that im hearing also that it tastes amazing aswell couldn't hurt loll!
 
Me and a buddy from work are looking for that *brand* product replacement for a while now and im missing that awesome feel once more. I used to replace coffee with said *brand product* long time ago.
 
Johnold you wont be disappointed, Radiate is incredible and taking its place in so many people's arsenal! Even here where I Live I have so many people swearing by it, from fellow firefighters, medics and Police Officers to normal gum goers! Even have a crossfit gym owner using it before his workouts. And as of this week my 59 year old dad is hooked!!!

Look no further.. This will do the trick, you will be sweating a storm, and the focus/appetite suppression is stellar.

Im most definitely interested for sure. Im looking to add something that works to better help burn fat as i do my intermittent fasting and calorie counting and eat stop eat protocol.

I used to use that old OG powdered thermogenic product that lots of people swore by when it first came out by that 3 *** letter company. But its been died down so much that its just a glorified powdered energy drink.

I need something thatll attack the thyroids and kickstart and boost the metabolism and attack adipose tissues once again etc.

A supplement doesn't do that. Just your dietary and caloric restriction does that for you bud.
Radiate will help with appetite suppression during the fast, but in the grand scheme of things IF holds no merit over a regular eating pattern. Besides a regular eating pattern being superior for MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis), at the end of the day. But in the end IF is a personal preference and for convenience. If it helps you hit your macros by all means rock it out.
 
I know nothing beats IF for fat loss. Im pretty good at losing weight doing it.

I miss also using something while fasted that could possibly help target even more fat cells and attack them on the side.

As far as supressing appetite, im pretty good at saying "No" to urges on my own but it doesn't hurt to have extra backup.

IF helps with fat loss because for most you end up eating less than you would having not done IF. This does not mean while you are fasted that you are losing crazy amounts of fat compared to if you ate the same calories without fasting.

I think that's what Bob was trying to get across haha.
 
Oh i know lol. I was just simply saying that the world hasnt caught up to the fact that you cant bottle up intermittent fasting and sell it. It's the answer people are looking for. But having fun while doing it using awesome products like RADIATE seems like an enjoyable take on weightloss.
 
Back in the day when PES first came out and had Alphamine first gen UNTOUCHED before any reformulations. That was the first fat burner ive tried and it so happened to be a powder and i loved it. But god i dont even recognize that product anymore. I dont JUST want something i can get hyper off of. I want something that actually targets fat cells.

I and a bunch of others were talking about Enduralean the other day and so suddenly Innovapharm doesnt have that on their site anymore lol. Yeah, thats not sketchcity.
 
Just trying to find my next staple "go to" fat burner i can always run to and depend on.

Since i refuse to use that "other stuff"

Radiate seems like it could be my next fat burning buddy. Im loyal to product/s or brands But when they massively let you down like others have, its time i fire them.

You totally are not reading anything I am saying.
IF Is not magical
IF doesn't cause fatloss
IF holds no benefit over eating regular meals spaced out.
IF is merly personal preference and convience.
There is more research to show spaced out meals have more benefit for muscle protein synthesis and protein turnover, then pushing everything into a window.

Therefore more meals per day > IF for muscle protein synthesis
Fatloss comes down to total calories regardless if you eat 1 meal or 4-5-6 meals. There is just more merit to spacing meals out due to MPS and Protein turnover which research does back and show.
So therefore IF is not magical for fatloss, IF holds no benefits over if you at 4 meals at the same caloric intake. That is what I was trying to get across.

To worship IF as the cure for fatloss is far from truth. There are hundreds of athletes who compete each week and eat more then 2-3 meals in a time window, and look fantastic, shredded to the bone, and peeled from creating a caloric deficit.

Honestly, eating lots throughout the day doesnt work for me if i want to lean out. Im not looking for too much size. Been heavy almost my whole life and when i started doing IF it worked for me.

Actually it does. If your caloric intake is the same. the differences would be negligible. You cannot define calories in vs calories out regardless if you did 2 meals or 5 meals. There is just more benefits to spreading meals out due to MPS and the research that backs it.

If you ate 2000 kcals in 3 meals or 6 meals the difference would be almost identical. You cant say that eating in a window and eating throughout the day causes a massive flux. That would only be true if calories were not "identical". That is the energy balance equation in full effect.

Now if you were eating more throughout the day and a higher caloric intake then you are now, that is why you were not losing weight or seeing progress. The caloric deficit (IF or not) is what trumps your fatloss.
 
Oh ofcourse i see what you mean.

I guess for me i actually like to eat in my small window then enjoy fasting and breaking down the foods i ate throughout the remainder of the day. It just makes me feel good.

Haha nope it's here forever! I had to jump in on radiate as well. Grabbed a tub of each of the new flavours! I'm looking forward to consistently running them and seeing how it works
