Ran across a study that will allow me to use the MCT powder to create a ketogenic supplement to take in the morning that will kick your ass right into full blown thermogenesis while not screwing with your ketosis.

Remember.....during entry into ketosis, your body starts freeing fatty acids, SOME of which are converted to ketones. WHat happens to the rest of them if they don't get burned off? Yep, they pick up acyl groups and turn right back into triglycerides and shove their little fat asses back into your adipose.

Not if I have anything to say about it.

Interesting. I have been Dosing MCT several times during the day and doing twice a day training in order to deplete and coax my body into preferring lipids as a fuel source... you know, metabolic flexibility, cyclical bulking and all that, yada yada. What advantages would this formulation add to my current goal, and what is the eta?

I can't really explain the upgrade right now without getting ripped off, but I'm waitiing on a strain of probiotic and a special order ingredient that is proving really hard to find.

You're going to want to take this in the morning while delaying your first carb intake as long as possible.
