Brite and supernova with Clen

S4 might be good for ya bro I'm on it now for cutting as all the logs I've read people were saying it really hardened them up like winstrol does. Only 2 days in so cant tell ya if it works or not. Supposedly minimal suppression with it as well which is a plus.

Please!!!!!!!! Keep me posted on this that's what I wanted to run before vacation! Are u logging it?
 
S4 is great, I ran a S4/OSTRA/GW run. Worked great. Probably some time in June or Early July I will be running some LGD.
 
I'll prob go with the 5 on 2 off protocol as apparently it minimises the eyesight issue. It has a half life of 3-4 hours so it shouldn't affect the results(I hope).

I say it's perfectly fine if you don't experience debilitating soreness. Mix it up tho. Weighted exercises, high rep stuff, stabilizing movements, etc. Don't just bang out 500 crunches daily. Hanging leg raises are the king for abs. From a pull up bar, no lumbar support, no swinging, focus on controlling the hip hinge.
 
Absolutely killing it, brother! And echoing Jebrook on switching things up. FWIW, I used to hit abs super regularly; I rarely do now and they're in as good of condition as ever. My heavy compound stuff keeps them in tact. But if you don't have them built up, definitely do it -- mine were just almost too big lol; but had the fat layer over them. Weighted cable crunches were a fav of mine.

Thx appreciate the kind words man. I defly gotta start building them back up. Il add cable crunches to the list. Really need to hit it hard ! I'm losing about 1-2lbs a week. Should I keep things the same or lower cals a good bit to speed up process

Deadlifts 5 sets of 15 reps
Hammer curls 3 sets 20
4 sets of ab leg raises on bench with coming down very slow 10 reps
 
Just be careful I started training abs everyday last year and tried to just push through the DOMs and ended up pulling a muscle or something it was horrible. Couldn't eat, bend over or anything it was ****ing pure agony. Now I just do twice a week, air bikes then captains chair leg raises and some sit-up machine thing in my gym for a few rounds after that I do 5 sets of heavy cable crunches. Sitting about 15% bf now and can still see my abs so no need to overdo the frequency especially since you're cutting.

Btw I agree with MWB cable crunches are the dogs bollix for making your abs pop. Keep between 8-14 reps and you'll feel it the next day.
 
Stablizing for cable tri pushdowns with the bar really fries my abs, too. Like I said, you'll likely get to a point where you don't have to hit them directly -- unless you just want to lol

Day 22

So as u all know I cheated real bad all weekend and felt guilty as crap!!! So I responded pretty well .
I did 3 miles of cardio Sunday morning before the hall then after the hall played 4 games of basketball .

Deadlifts and hiit today. Here is an updated pic belly is starting to tighten up I'm at 8 week left mark exactly.

Brilliant work mate. Looking forward to seeing your pics in 8 weeks compared to your starting ones. There's already an amazing difference you're literally half the man you were.
 
I know I'm so so freaking pumped ! Thx bro means so so much it's harder than people make it look I give so much credit to anyone that has abs and had to work for it so much harder than ones think!!!

Ps anyone ever use Clen in supernova? My skin literally smells like someone burnt it with a lighter when I sweat after I run

I'm just hoping I can hit it with 7 weeks left. I'm borrowing my buddies handheld bf % monitor just to get an idea where I'm at. I'm thinking 14-15 . Lowest I've ever been was 13 so I'm really close
