Turned 54 today!

Day: 37 Weight: 196.1
Training: HST: 1.75hrs.

Workout was one of those that were just great! Might be the extra calories.
All lifts were up in weight or reps!

Dosing 1-Command & Control @ 6:00am before breakfast and Second dose around 5:30pm Pre-workout

Other supplements: Flexatril, Radiate, Xtend Perform pre and intra. FD2, Virtus EOD, Androcrene
3 pumps AM, 3 Pumps PM or before hitting the gym. All my other normal: Whole Food Vitamins, Krill oil, Psyllium husk, Co-Q-10. Also started NAC again. Even though I’m natty I like to cycle this 8 weeks on 8 weeks off. (When I’m off I take Milk thistle instead)

Notes: I have been going over my calories for a week and it shows. This is not a good thing coming out of decondition! I have been so damn hungry and giving in to all the breakroom goodies that people bring in. Also Start my 2x this week so the volume will increase and maybe I will burn a few more calories and get rid of some of the fat.

Command & Control Still exceeded my expectations. Strength is really coming along well. Some of it is due to my excess calories I’m consuming, but I have been steadily gaining strength even in a deficit.
Back on my diet this week! I’m putting on too much fat. Also got Memorial day weekend out of town so I’m sure my diet will be less than ideal.

Didn’t have that good mind to muscle connect for some reason. Sleep was ok and diet was good. just one of those days.

Don't be hating on my rice, it's 100% merican grown. We play the national anthem to it every day while shooting guns over top it and allowing balled eagles to fly over head that we've painted red white and blue....

I want to see a video of those 'balled' eagles.....

I'm curious if the balls dangle during flight or if they get tucked in somehow. Also curious how one would go about balling an eagle. Do they use balls similar to the ones that guys hang on the back of their trucks? So many questions about "balled" eagles!

We can't afford actual bald eagles so we just gave normal ones balls, I mean this is America. We're trying to figure out how to give the eagles AR15 wings as well. It's a wip but we will grow the most freedom tasting rice you've ever had. 1 serving has almost as much freedom as a single bullet!

Had a great workout. My 15yr old daughter’s partner couldn’t make it to the gym so she did my workout with me. She thought it was pretty easy. There workouts are geared around athletic performance. She is used to all the plyo metrics, compound lifts and core stuff.
I was surprised how strong she has gotten for a 5’ 123lbs. girl.

Final Review:
COMMAND & CONVERT: For a small profile this stuff really works. helped with my energy and aggression in the gym. My lift weight or reps went up every workout. (HST)
I did lean up a little from the CONVERT. noticed it the most losing that last bit of chest fat that guys my age struggle with.
(I call it the milk titty)
