I forgot about this part - where I get too strong for my joints and they start to ACHE. Kicked in early this time. Gonna up the fish oil and cut the range of motion slightly....that usually helps immensely. Hopefully.
Just had 100% keto pizza for post wo. DELICIOUS! Either I'm getting desperate for pizza or I'm imagining it, but who cares....it was gooood!
Did just biceps, forearms, and some specialty pull ups. Endless sets for endless reps. Finished every slomo curl set with negatives. Painful and pumped.
I upped my Radiate to half pre and half intra.....sweated my ballzes off and still sweating......gonna eventually switch to all pre so I don't keep sweating buckets after showering!

Might look into Flexatril, Nutraplanet has a pretty good price on it. $20.00 for 90 caps. I take this non stop. Best stuff I have ever used!

Duuude! Since your first recommendation I haven't stopped taking it....did wonders but now I'm playing with freaky weights and reps (for me)....
 
Day 19 - 250.2 lbs
Decent weight/fat drop this week. It was good not obsessing about the scale all week. Pants getting loose, chest and shoulders feeling and looking more solid. Definitely some recomp going on.
Heading out for some cardio. Later legz n dedz at the gym.
Thinking no cheat meals this weekend - not really necessary every weekend as I'm not starving myself all week and I'm not really craving/hungry..... Yeah, it's weird!

Day 16
Still doing eggs....I'm feeling good and definitely losing fat.

A halfa scoop of Radiate is still enough for me intra...really works up a sweat.

Did upper back today - besides cable pull downs, I stuck to Hammer machines: rows, lo rows, hi rows, shrugs. About 6 sets each for 10-15 reps...sloooow and painfull. It was gooood!
Oh, and I forgot my versa gripps at home and still managed a heavy and controlled workout, so my grip musta gotten stronger when I wasn't looking!:)

Nice work but don't stick with eggs only for too long. That can cause your body to start to have allergic type reactions to the food. Mix it up some, pepper in some beef, salmon, ground turkey or whatever when you can. Also you wont be so bored with your menu.
Ok lol. Just remember, always start your andros at a high dose. Its just a waste to adjust them since it'll take weeks for that dose to build up.
That is a myth, there is no build up with andros. They are oral and have a short halflife. They begin working as soon as the body converts them into the target hormone, and run their complete cycle within hours. This is why they are taken multiple times a day. Everyone uses the words "Kick In" to describe when they finally notice the results of it having been kicked in since the beginning. Make no doubt to get to that point there were tiny incremental improvements every day since starting, it just takes a while to notice the accumulation of those changes. That being the case I would say starting at a high enough to be effective dose is important.
Epi can be played with since it doesn't take 3 weeks to kick in. And yeah, 1000 is a string starting dose lol
All of them can be played with but to be honest most of them are not strong enough to see a lot of effects, see effects quickly, unless you take more than the recommended dose on the bottle... Sometimes over double what it says... considering some of the epi suggestions are pretty ridiculous...

Yeah man if you feel you can go without one it will definitely further our progress. Free meals should be planned and only done when the body actually needs them or you are going to hamper progress. Now if not in a hurry the regular ones are just fine, but during crunch time get rid of them unless needed for recovery or to stoke the metabolism.

Ok. Everything hurts! But the good kind. I went up in weights to do a solid 5x5 on everything. Then I did painfully sloooow and squeaze calves. That's usually more than enough. For some reason I felt like doing more, so I wore out the leg extension and leg curl machines with hi rep sets.
I know I'm gonna feel this tomorrow, but it's worth it - you gotta work if you want the supps to work, right? And thanks to Radiate I sweated up a storm.

It was enough!

Keeping to my macros and cals more or less this weekend, but doing some variety. Some extra spicy habanero salmon, grilled chicken, and a bag of hard boiled eggs for snacks.

I think I hate everything about this post. From the intense leg day to the non cheating weekend. I hate it all in the very best way . I want to see some before and agrees from you mister. :)

My weekend is going to be lame too. The highlight is I might cheat with some new baked chicken chips (Taco Bell ).

If I'm going to the Mexican Phone Company, I won't be getting baked chicken anything, FYI. And a large Baja Blast as well. So unfortunately, I won't be going.

Day 22 -
Stuck to my planned non cheat weekend. Had good food and alot of variety, but stayed within my cals (and macros more or less).
I went up today on my sup3r epi, which I hope to stick to for the duration....
I took a full scoop of Radiate about 30min pre workout, instead of splitting the scoop half pre and half intra - this is definitely the way to go! Stayed focused throughout and slammed through a heavy/high rep chest session! I did my normal 5x5 weight for 5x10-15!

Day 23-
Today was upper back day.
Dunno what it is - a combo of the sup3r epi and lgd and full scoop of Radiate..... But I felt strong as ........so instead of doing countless excercises for 10-15, I took my usual 10 rep weight and easily repped out sets of slow 20s! Insane!

Did
Cable pulldowns - 260 lbs with full stretch

Hammer shrugs (usually do 5pps; figured out a way to slide another plate on each side!)

Hammer rows

Fatty pull ups

Did some straight arm press downs just for fun.

I feel goooood!

Day 24 -
Delts n Tris today. Not super heavy - needed to give my joints a day off - but nice reps and sets; with 60-90 seconds between sets.
Presses - 5x10 back. 5x10 front
Hammer presses - 7x10
All nice and slow.
I almost never do raises, but I felt I had alot left in the tank, so I did about 5 sets each side n front raises. Very carefully!
Overhead cable ext - 3x15
Close grip press machine - 3x15
V bar pushdown - 3x15

I still fill pumped! Gonna go eat cause I havta - appetite very surpressed. It's a good thing.:)

Day 25
Biceps, Forearms, some lats

Got to say hello to some new veins today post workout...I think it's hilarious that at my age I'm seeing these veins for the first time!
Did some straight bar curlz -6x15
Then Hammer precherz single arm, double arm, super slow, negatives, 30s (same as 21s but for 30 duuuh) all for about 30 sets.
Then I did a ton of forearm work - and finished with 3 sets of fatty pullups.

Was plumb wore out and dripping sweat - this Radiate is the real deal!

Gonna go eat a cheese omelette and think about making something more appetizing...maybe some keto chocolate peanutbutter cake.....

I love the fatty pull ups when i have to do more than 12 reps. of course MrKleen73 probably whips off 20 for a warm up!

My best ever was 25 or 27 I think it was 27, however with my elbow the way it is now I can do about 10 before I am feeling it.

I'm considering not even weighing myself for the next 4 weeks! I'm eating right. I'm smashing it in the gym - I'm pushing/pulling more weight and for higher reps than I've done in years! - my pants fit great, my shirts fit right, I feel as strong as @!#$......

Solid chest workout today. High energy - thanks to clean eating over the weekend and a nice scoop of Radiate - so I did more sets and reps than usual.

Gym was full of people being social - r tards! - so I moved onto the Hammer Delt Press and went to work. 8x5 heavy. 15x10 not so heavy. I coulda gone home then. Just for fun I did presses on the smith ...yeah, I was desperate ;)...8x10
Then 4 sets db side and front raises - light weight but strict...what a burner!
Did 3 exercises for tris...3x15 each
Overhead cable ext
Close grip machine presses
V bar cable press downs
More than enough.

I'm having some joint issues...I figure it's a combo of the supps, and working heavier and higher rep than usual. I'm taking almost every joint supp known to man and just upped my fish oil to burp up amounts. We'll figure something out....

Tank, I would listen to most of them. A refeed will increase leptin which will restore metabolism a bit. That should reinvigorate your weight lost. I would do something like 2-3 days of 250-300g carbs while keeping fat relatively low and let the leptin build back up then go right back on keto.

That's what I'm going to do. I bow to the wiser and more experienced. HOWEVER, I'm going to plan it out extremely carefully. I know myself....it can easily become a free for all stuff fest....
I will probably wait till after the weekend.

Excellent, and I do think you should definitely plan it out. I would keep protein no higher than 1g/lb bodyweight, or LBM even. Make digestion as easy as possible. A great way to start out the carb refeed would be to do an explosive full body workout to really amp up your insulin sensitivity then start crushing the carbs. You could easily do something along the lines of 400-300-200 over the days and cut it short if you spill over too much. Hell you might find that you need to hit 1200 total totruly fill up, it just depends...

Also if worried about bloating too much keep the sodium moderate. If you go high sodium that will just make you spill over. Not really an issue other than cosmetically but it will probably get into your head if you allow yourself to get too waterlogged. Even knowing in 2-4 days all the excess water will be gone it can really get in your head.

Slowly planning a 2-3 day controlled refeed for next week. Seems I'll probably be on the road so we'll see.....

As psa: when rubbing Tiger Balm on all your joints, make sure you REALLY wash your hands well before handling sensitive equipment.....fa realz! Just saying.

Upped my fish oil and my Sup3r Dhea. Seems to be helping.

Did bis, forearms, and fatty pull ups. Not as heavy as usual - did more sets of high rep and lighter weights for TUT. Much easier on the joints.

Really solid pump - it's about an hour later and my arms are still pumped rock hard.

Gonna eat some eggs and cheese - just cause I havta.....no real hunger or appetite at all. Freaky!
