PH's offer pumps, vascularity and strength and in some cases, a good amount of stamina and recovery but the diet is what really shines on the muscle gain, stamina and recovery. Deep down inside the OP knows this but it's just so tempting to make all the talk about the gear and what to expect because in all honesty, people hope for a silver bullet experience with AAS and PH's rather than focusing on what they're best viewed as - merely the icing on a well-put-together cake. Gear is a sharper edge, not the blade itself.
