Can you train with the same intensity on PH as you can on AAS?

I've never taken AAS before but I do know you are able to throw the iron around like Superman and recover quickly. Is this the same for PH? I'm going to be running an epi-andro and 1-andro cycle and was wondering if i could train the same amount as my friends on AAS? Any help is very appreciated :)

How about you just find out for yourself since you will be taking PHs lol. Why ask us how you may or may not react to something lmao? Makes no sense.

Nah i'm good. Not as much of a waste of time as you asking a question that's unique to you which we can't answer. And literally a question you can answer for yourself a couple weeks in to your cycle. Brain cells, you lack them.

I wouldn't even train at all on pro hormones to be honest. What's the point in using them if you still have to go to the gym?

He is basically wanting to know if a weaker group of hormones will work as well as a stronger groupe of hormones when it comes to training intensity, recovery and stamina. My answer - of course not. PH's offer pumps, vascularity and strength and in some cases, a good amount of stamina and recovery but the diet is what really shines on the muscle gain, stamina and recovery. Deep down inside the OP knows this but it's just so tempting to make all the talk about the gear and what to expect because in all honesty, people hope for a silver bullet experience with AAS and PH's rather than focusing on what they're best viewed as - merely the icing on a well-put-together cake. Gear is a sharper edge, not the blade itself.

This ^^^ is mostly true. AAS can give you faster recovery BUT only with proper diet. AAS really just shine for breaking plateaus and gaining mass and strength but not in a 1:1 ratio bulk doesn't equal strength. Diet, and supps that help your diet are key factores in recovery and stamina. My #1 recovery roid is amino acids! Not 800mg of NPP

With proper diet, sleep, and most of all mental drive; you can keep up with anyone on intensity and duration. your bro will just pull away on stregnth and size. But unless you have never worked out with someone stronger than you, your G2G

What I'm beginning to enjoy on the board lately is the mind reading and extrapolating of the true and hidden meaning of a member post.

Maybe in the near future the OP could just post the title and then members can fill in the substance that the OP cannot.

We could call them "The AnabolicMinds' Thread Wisperers".

Pretty sure OP is asking people who have experienced both AAS and PH whether both similarly affect recovery...

Obviously that was a shot at my post but hey, it's ok. :) I firmly believe in a skillset called "sizing up others" and "reading between the lines" as I've heard it from others.

I think most of us have just experienced conversations like this enough times in the past to know that what the OP intends from the conversation isn't explicitly mentioned in his post. The fact that he picks this particular question over a plethora of other topics (that could move him in the direction of being successful in keeping up with his peers) tells me that he is hopeful that pinning 100% illegal/controlled sibstances won't be necessary to get the same benefits and results, among other things.

But I could be wrong, and haven't forgotten that Dr. Dunn.

Oooh!
