LOG: 6 months of heavy lifting with test/trest/M1A/M-Sten/dienedione!

I tore my hamstring so can't do it the normal way because it hurts like hell. That's the only reason for me.
Most people don't understand that good technique requires the legs. I would recommend hammer strength machines if your gym has them definitely can focus on power on chest without worrying about the hammy

Of course good bench requires legs. But military style bench press beats machines for sure if your goal is to train your bench instead of training your chest.

Day 65

Gear:
350mg/w test
20mg/d m-sten

Some light pumping for right leg:

- Single leg press
4 sets of 8 @ 165lbs
20x110lbs

- Supersetted single leg curls and extensions (15lbs)
4 sets of 8

- Seated calf raises
2 sets of 8 @ 45lbs

Surprisingly good pump.

Snowing finally stopped here in Scandinavia. Hopefully I can start roadster season next week!

Gear:
350mg/w test
20mg/d m-sten

Training session: back and delts

- Wide grip pull ups
3 sets of 8

- Cable pullover
2 sets of 8 @ 180lbs

3 sets of 20

Crazy pump!

Day 67

Gear:
350mg/w test
20mg/d msten

Sides:

Significant loss of appetite. Dunno if it is because I'm not on ibutamoren anymore... or maybe msten is doing it. Gotta kee chuggin' anyway.

Training session: high volume push

- Paused bench press, legs on the bench
2 sets of 6 @ 205
2 sets of 5 @ 215
2 sets of 4 @ 230
2 sets of 3 @ 240
2 sets of 2 @ 250
1x260lbs

- Triple setted rope pushdown (110lbs), DB side laterals (30's) and rear lateral machine
2 sets of 12 + drop sets

Pretty exhausting session to be honest.

Day 68

Gear:
350mg/w test
10mg m-sten preworkout

Training session: legs

- Squat
5x45
5x70
5x90
5x110
5x135

- Deadlift
5x110
5x135
5x155

Hammy is feeling stiff. Couldn't go heavier yet.

Appetite sucks donkey d*ck right now. Cant handle 20mg msten so gonna take only 10mg preworkout or daily.

There is IM msten available depending on where you are. Have tried it and it has many less sides including not blowing up my sensitive stomach.

This doesn't feel like digestion issue. Just feelin' tired and nauseous generally.

Switched to test prop today btw. Libido is loving it.

Day 71

Gear:
350mg/w prop

Training session: push

- Paused bench press, legs on the bench
6x220lbs
5x235lbs
4x245lbs

1x275lbs

- DB incline press
2 sets of 7 @ 100's

- Pec deck
2 sets of 12

- Supersetted side lateral machine (155lbs) and rear lateral machine (75lbs)
2 sets of 12

Great session even though I haven't been able to eat enough. Appetite is better nos though. Msten just is not for me.

Day 72

Gear:
350mg/w prop

Training session: legs

- Deadlift
5x90
5x135
5x180
5x220
5x265

- Squat
5x45
5x90
5x135
5x180
5x220

Hamstring is getting better.

How's the prop treating you vs the sust?
It's all good. Libido is a bit higher and PIP is slightly worse but nothing bad.

Light back/delt session today:

- Weighted wide grip pull ups
3 sets of 5 @ 15lbs

- Cable pullover
2 sets of 8 @ 135lbs

- DB side lateral raises 9x40's followed by 20x100lbs at side lateral machine

- Rear lateral machine
2 sets to failure @ 95lbs

Delts are feeling pretty smashed up due to high frequency. Gotta take it easier for a week or two until I try my bench press max.

Summary of my gains so far:

Weight: +19.6lbs (from 183.4 to 203lbs)

SLDL without belt:
3x355lbs -> 7x430lbs (+75lbs and 4 reps)

Deadlift with bands (no belt):
6 sets of 1 € 375 + bands -> 4 sets of 1 @ 510 + bands (+135lbs)

Paused bench press:
5x230lbs -> not tried yet but I bet I could do 5x275lbs

Paused squat without belt:
6 sets of 2 @ 245lbs -> 2 sets of 3 @ 385lbs (+140lbs)

Can you attribute anything in particular to the speedy healing?
I think following doctor's instructions is the most important thing.

I've been streching a lot, that should make scar tissue more flexible. I started light training as soon as the pain allowed me to do so.

Day 74

Gear:
350mg/week prop

Training session: lower body

- Deadlift without belt
5x90lbs
5x155lbs
5x220lbs
5x290lbs
5x330lbs

- Squat without belt
5x45lbs
5x110lbs
5x180lbs
5x245lbs
5x265lbs

Still taking it easy. Slow but steady.

Appetite is back up again!
