WHO WANTS TO GET BLOODSHOT!? ~: Get in here! :~

"I'm seeing spots!" Each sample jar had plenty more than one serving! Since I didn't know what size scoop to use, I used about 1tsp of powder. I'm a monster DMAA fan, but this stuff is off the chain in helping with mental focus and drive. I felt the tingle start before before I finished changing clothes and thankfully, it isn't a long drive to the gym. I walked in the door ready to go and was pouring sweat before finishing my warm-ups. My trainer has me on these Phil Hernon styled routines each lift is 1 set to failure, then move on. Leg extensions were first and I was working with 10# higher than I had used just the day before. Walking to the leg curl machine I was feeling better than fine and for once, I wasn't already dreading the cardio session to follow the fun stuff. I never wear my glasses in the gym...being near-sighted I'm used to not being able to see well enough to recognize even friends who aren't fairly close by. With my level of ADD, my meds wear off long before gym time so limiting my field of vision is a necessity. So, unclear vision didn't register at first. But, once I was in the lying leg curl machine, I realized that beyond the normal lack of visual clarity I was actually seeing spots! I have no BP or cardiac issues so I wasn't concerned. It was a freaking awesome workout... almost over did it with a couple of lifts because I was tempted to ignore the weight limits for certain lifts established by my ortho surgeon. He's an awesome sports orthopedic doc intent on facilitating my physical pursuits so I can get the body transformation I'm after without destroying either of my still fairly new knee replacements. When I couldn't increase the plates, using the Bloodshot meant that I had a much higher # of reps before hitting failure.

I backed off to about 3/4 tsp and still get a great work out without the spots. (I figure that wouldn't be as much fun every time.) I usually adapt to stuff pretty quickly, so I've been cycling Bloodshot with In-Rage which was also a new discovery just before I learned I was getting a Bloodshot sample in the mail. So far, that's working pretty well. Which means an order must is now a necessity.

haha so you're tweaking from half a serving?

Doesn't realllllly sound like the first batch tester they would have wanted for a "hard core" preworkout.

sounds like you really enjoyed the product though, this will be an extremely cost effective pre for you indeed then! Enjoy man.

Good thing I landed on the sample only list, then. Still, as difficult as I usually find it to get a pre-workout from which I derive any appreciable result, I'm not complaining about getting a full response from a partial serving.
 
Have been so busy during these days. Read a lecture for students, had exams, was a pr head during conference... Dead :D Sorry for review delay. Will be trying it on Saturday and Friday. Can't wait to try them.

Flavor - 9/10 (blackberry Lemonade) Tasted surprisingly good. It's currently the best tasting dmaa pre I've tried. Slightly reminded me of rgochain in that flavor.


Flavor - 7.75/10 (Rocket Pop) Not a big fan of rocket pop. It was a bit meh. Slight chemical aftertaste.


Mixability - 10/10 Mixed perfectly. Zero residues, but lots of foam.

Energy & Focus - 10/10 Bloodshot is currently the strongest pre I've tried. Noticed energy elevation after 15 minutes and then, in another 15 minutes, it hit me very hard. Focus was amazing. Felt like I was high on something. Sweating was increased. At some point, my HR and RR seemed to go really up and took some time to normalize my heart rate. Energy lasted throughout my workout and even beyong. Zero crash. Strength was improved. After I lost 20lbs (trying to cut) bench press became harder for me, but on blood shot I hit my previous PR easily (300lbs). I'm not sure about the serving size in samples, since vein nutrition release a statement regarding scoop size discrepancy. Instead of 8.55g, scoop size was 16g! That's nearly two servings.


Pumps - 8/10 Surprisingly good. I'm not sure if I took 4 or 8 grams of citrulline malate, but pumps were solid :D



Overall I've fallen in love with this pre. Would use it max 1-2x week.Even for me it was too strong. Wouldn't suggest stacking it with aorta lol.

Interesting to see that some people don't like the lemonade but like the summer pop and other people are visa versa . Different flavor profiles for different people makes sense though!
 
Wait I'm confused. I downed an entire sample container. Was this more than 1 serving???
Yes it's about 2 servings. The sample container did not come with any scoop but it said 8.55g per serving. But there was 2 servings in it. Our mistake for that.
 
what's Interesting for me is that I did an entire tub like that (double serving), not once did I think it was overstimmed or felt jittery or overwired, felt great. Yet give give me even 1-2 mg of yohimbe (any form) with just a wee bit of stims and it feels like my heart is about to come out of chest and want to die.
