2nd time ive noticed after a gym session using xgels... also on ep1c but not noticing that being an issue

a skip a beat type flutter maybe, seems brief and minor but obviously something i need to monitor

was worse last week but have slight noticed just a minute ago.

ive come out of gym, had protein shake and then ham and eggs. no coffee or stimulants etc

anyone ever noticed similar?

That's interesting, I am on my 4th week of my first xgel run and I have had zero issues with this. I have also had heart issues in the past with stimulants. I hope I don't run into this issue

there is literally no reason that ara could cause this... its just a fatty acid. there's ara in your meat. Unless you're getting flutters every time you eat a steak, its not the ara ha

it could be love? ;)

only noticed immediately after gym when take xgels

ill just monitor, wasnt as bad today and now drinking coffee before i crash

Never heard of this in the 100's of threads I have seen about ARA or epi. Please discontinue anything that you think is causing this and please see your Dr!

errmmmm so much for no coffee or stimulants...

Never heard of that but I am no doctor (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night).

I developed palpitations during my only run of Olympus Labs Epic, they went away after a couple of months. All the bloodwork, tests, and ultrasounds came back fine though.

Of course it could be (could be) the ArA. Youre likely taking it in doses that far exceeds any typical dietary intake. In doing so, youre also putting your omega fatty acids out of whack; hang around PVC/etc discussion sites and youll note that skewed omega intake can most definitely impact heart function...in those predisposed. So its rare, but absolutely can happen.

Are you taking fish oil OP? If not, try 3gm epa/dha per day. May alleviate symptoms. Otherwise, Id discontinue any potential triggers until youve ascertained the palpatations/PVCs are benign.
