Today's Macros: 2050kcals 188p/150c/77f

Fck I'm use to having fats in my diet lol... it's gonna be a b1tch keeping fat to 45gs

She looks like an easy way to have a threesome. That's a whole lotta love....lol

It is a three some with her and the donut. Sadly, it will get more attention than you will...

It's a threesome because she is the size of 2 women. I'll just put the donut around my dick

maybe Robert plant could serenade your whole lotta love....better bring a moby d1ck

I don't think even the great Mr. Plant could make that pleasant...lol

I ate 2 pieces of cheese cake at my daughters house today! Covered in glazed blueberries. Dam it was good!

homemade cheese cake is sooo much better than store bought!!

my wife made banana pudding today, not on the same level as her cheese cake, but mighty tasty just the same!!!

Day 14. Weight 182.6. 1hr AM lifting +12 min HIIT

Chest/Back/Abs

Incline DB Press: 50x10, 60x10, 65x8, 65x7

Flat Bench Press: 185x4, 185x5, 185x4, 155x8, 155x8

Bent Over BBR: 135x12, 185x8, 205x5, 185x8, 155x10, 155x10, 155x10, 150x10

Dips: 8, 8, 6, 5

Lat Pulldowns: 105x15, 105x13, 105x12

Abs: bench crunches & roller

HIIT: Elliptical (2min warmup, 6 intervals, 4min cool down)

My shoulder felt a lil uncomfortable on bench presses and I didn't have a spotter so I had to go lighter than I wanted to. Dips sucked a little too and I noticed that my strength is returning.

Cordygen is the sh1t for doing HIIT!!! I really noticed it today. Normally I'm gased around 12 secs into a sprint and today it was closer to the 20sec mark.. I also felt like my all out effort during the intervals increased and I was able to sprint faster/harder.

We are branding our cattle this week and are rounding up the cows and sorting all week. I have to lift in the AM and won't be able to do my fasted cardio this week, which blows. Anyway, I'm feeling much better eating carbs again and don't know that I'll ever waste time doing keto again... def not worth the strength loss IMO.

Nice workout! watch bench press, that is what F'ed up my shoulder. never has been the same. Try hairygrandpa Hex presses next time and tell me what you think. Much easier on the shoulder.

Yeah I love the hexpress... I'm just starting to do benches again, I normally do DB presses but I only have DBs up to 65lbs. I figured I should start getting use to the motion of doing barbell presses so I can add more weight.

Also it pisses me off that my bench is weak. One of my goals for this year is to get up to 275 for a 1RM. I'm at 245, or at least was, last summer. Interestingly, I was stronger on barbell presses and weaker at DB's and now it's the other way around. Makes me think I gotta alternate between dbs and barbells every other workout... whatcha guys think?

Chef bob knows a thing or two about nutrition :)
The red flags were evident, you just have to make the change.

Day 10. Weight 178. 40mins afternoon lifting

Legs

Squats: 135x12, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8

Deadlifts: 315x5, 325x4, 335x3, 345x2, 355x1

I'm still out of keto from that cheat meal 2 nights ago and have been feeling pretty good today.

I notice the Cordygen most on leg days!!! Like I said earlier, when I squat above 2 plates I get winded by the 5th rep. Today I didn't get winded at all through my squat sets, although 225 is feeling slightly heavier and I really had to fight to get 8 reps the last 2 sets.

I'm going to continue the keto diet through the weekend and will carb up on Sunday night... it's my wife's bday on Sunday so I'm gonna cook us a feast.

Monday I'm going to start carb cycling following The Solution's macro and training suggestions. My new split will be:

Monday: fasted LISS AM; Chest/Back/Abs +HIIT in the afternoon (Macros: 2000kcals 200p/200c/45f)

Tuesday: Shoulders/Arms +HIIT (Macros: 2000kcals 200p/200c/45f)

Wednesday: fasted LISS AM; Legs (Macros: 2500kcals 175p/375c/35f)

Thursday: Off (Macros: 1715kcals 200p/60c/75f)

Friday: fasted LISS AM; Chest/Back/Abs +HIIT (Macros: 2000kcals 200p/200c/45f)

Sat: Shoulders/Arms (Macros: 2000kcals 200p/200c/45f)

Sunday: Off (Macros: 1715kcals 200p/60c/75f)

I will take 15mg Yohimbine HCI with caffeine before fasted cardio and will take the Cordygen later in the day before my HIIT sessions. I'm also taking 50mg of Forskolin twice a day, in addition to my staples (creatine etc).

That's the plan I'm sticking with...
I see you're changing up. I'm starting to think I've run the course on keto myself. It was good for me, but now I'm starting to struggle. Cheat meals are throwing me out (of course), but the whole next week is off. Let me know how the new plan works. I got new measurements today and although I've lost 3% bf I only gained .8 lbs of lean mass. I'm glad I haven't lossed lm, but busting your ass 6+ days a week should be a little more rewarding.

alternating between bb's and db's is the way to go---do it!!!

I also never do barbell Overhead presses... I think I'm gonna start adding those in too.. light as fck though

More injury associated with BB. Especially if one has a weak core, erector spinae and hip flexors. This is where people will have lower arched backs and can see some injuries associated with it. I personally would swap it out for a smith press, DB press, or focus on HS Machines (Safety and longevity)

my 2 cents. You can still overload the muscle through a variety of intensity techniques with all of these pieces of equipment.

Looking good, IMHO. LDL a bit high but so is HDL. Test could be better :) but it always could be more, LOL

And yes, you will die...sooner or later!
