Thanks! Yeah my main purpose is to strengthen core and hamstrings with SLDL's so IMO controlled negative phase of the movement is the best way to do it!

Day 23

Leg massage and cheat meal did the trick. Weight is up big time and feeling strong. I'm 41lbs heavier than I was 18 weeks ago.

how much of this weight is muscle tissue you reckon?
I've no idea but I'd guess something like 20lbs. This is my logic:

I got my BF-% measured on Wednesday and it was 17.8%. If it hasn't changed much in last 3 days my lean body mass would be 163.5lbs now.

My starting weight was 157.9lbs and I'd guess my BF-% was something like 15% back then. Lean body mass would've been 134.2lbs in the beginning of December. That's 29.7lbs less than now. Arms are almost 3" bigger now than they were then.

I know I'll lose about 10lbs of water and glycogen when I drop all the juice so net gain in lbm could be something like 20lbs.

Still 21 more pounds to gain. 220lbs is my goal and then it's time to see what's under that layer of fat ☺

My thighs have pulled glycogen like never before after the massage.

I'll hit the gym soon. I decided to do lighter full body session today, I feel that it's time to deload a bit. Then I'll rest and eat for two days and on Wednesday it's time to hit it hard again.

Bodyfat is definitely melting. I upped my carb intake, gotta gain few more lbs.

Fats 70-200 grams depending on how dirty I eat

Estrogen is a bit too high but no other sides ATM.

Back and delts tomorrow. Legs on Saturday, I'll do something HEAVY and take a vid, stay tuned!

No surgery needed but I won't be able to squat or pull heavy in a few months.

I'll start PCT in 4 weeks after sust has cleared from my system.

Last pin of sust will be on next Wednesday and after that I'll switch to 100mg of prop EOD till the end of the cycle.

I'll start doing 10 sets of 10 at squats and 10 sets of 5 at deadlifts as soon as I can. Now I can barely walk but I'll train my right leg anyway (left is the torn one).

What is the point of putting your legs on the bench? I never understood this - especially when lifting heavy.
I tore my hamstring so can't do it the normal way because it hurts like hell. That's the only reason for me.
