Recomp Stack tips?

I've done some research on which natural "test booster" to help with a cut and recomp stack and decided on Test1fy . I am currently taking Triumph and was thinking to add on Ignit3 when I start Test1fy soon. Anyone ran these three or suggest a bit of a fat burner to stack on? I have tried Bloodshr3d War and it made me super irritable after taking it lol so probably staying away from that again
 
I haven't ran all three together but i've used all three solo and I would say that would be a good stack. Triumph I could run year round. I really like it and the ignit3 has a lot of good reviews so I'd say go for those three unless you change your mind on the ignit3 and go with something else.

Agreed. Tons of good info on both products. If you have never taken either product before, I suggest taking them solo for 4 weeks each then take a break. They make a great stack. With the test boosting properties from AlphaMax XT, the strength gains from Anabeta Elite, you should see a nice change in body composition (if diet and training are good) as well as libido and strength increases.
 
I am absolutely going to toss Assass1nate in there. Definitely noticeable recomp. Was dosing 1 cap am, 1 cap before lunch, 2 caps before dinner.

EDIT: It was so good I ordered another bottle today on amazon.

One more thing to add. Doing a recomp is very hard to do. Why? Because burning fat AND gaining muscle can be very tedious and hard to achieve. Diet must be on point for any goal, but even more so when doing a recomp. Usually I suggest people to either cut or bulk so they can see results faster which in turn will help them to stay motivated. And when I say bulk, I don't always mean dirty bulk. Lean bulking is what I usually do 9-10 months out of the year. During late winter i start to add in cardio so I can get in shape for when I do heavier cardio for cutting.
 
X gels is an excellent options for a recomp (and cutting and bulking for that matter).

Also, if you are recomping, no sense in running a fat burner. Save it for a cut.

One way I like to run my supplements when transitioning from a lean bulk or recomp into a cut is take forskolin for the final 4 weeks of my recomp then keep it going with the first 8 weeks of my cut. Works great for me.
 
Great tips guys , thank you! Maybe i'm looking more on the cut side than a recomp lol , currently at 11-12% bf . I want to be below 6-8 range . I know its mostly my diet (damn mid day snacks are killing me lol ) right now. I would love to run x-gels but both times I tried it brought out a really bad pain in my wrist .

6-8% is very low, but it can be achieved for a short period of time with the correct diet and training. I would agree with the others above too, recomping can be very difficult and lead to spinning your wheels. Especially if you're already lean (~12%), gaining muscle and losing fat becomes a very slow and challenging process.

If your current goal is to get super shredded, I would focus on fat loss and muscle maintenance. Tr1umph is great to keep in your staples, and adding in a thermogenic product like Ignit3 would be a good addition. I would also check out Alphamax XT if you're in search of an all in one natural anabolic product. Alphamax XT contains a solid natural test profile that can help increase libido and strength, and it also contains a natural AI for limiting cortisol and estrogen. Yeah thats my goal. I have achieved this low bf% before with no fat burner , but I also had a near perfect diet for a solid 6 months. This isn't my first rodeo down this path lol I know its not easy!

And about Alphamax xt , I tried it last summer and it really didn't work as good as others have in the past for me. Ive heard good things about Test1fy so I figured I might as well give it a shot.

Yeah forskolin is always a great product to use! That is a good strategy.
