I fcking had to! I went to bed late and my youngest son woke up freaking out because of a nightmare....hehe
 
Yeah, I have to post Friday's workout, but I have been busy with Easter and my middle son's birthday.

Friday's session was surprisingly good. I didn't get a lot of sleep and I got up late.

Seated Barbell Press: 130x5 for 4 sets. 5th set was AMRAP and I got 10. I felt like I could get 1 or 2 more, but I don't trust the rack I was using. I also super setted laterals between every set. hairygrandpa posted a video on shoulder health and it had an interesting way to perform them that I liked. 15x10, 20x10 between the other sets.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: every rep was performed with 4 second negatives. First set was 55x9, 50x10, 50x9.

Seated Laterals: performed these the same way as the standing ones. I really liked how these felt. 3 sets x 12.

Incline Close Grip Dumbbell Press: 3 sets.

Incline Flyes) 3 sets

Did 9 sets of tricep work. Not a bad 45 minutes or so.

No training yesterday due to continuing my middle son's birthday party. Chest this morning. The incline press weight was the same. I was hoping for a slight increase since I had 3 days of rest.Nope! Incline press stayed the same. Ended up doing 18 sets for chest and 9 sets of tris. Energy level was very good again. I do feel like I have adapted to the energy 1 scoop provides. It isn't quite the same, but still present. Very positive note...I weighed in at an even 200!!! So that's exciting. We will see what Friday brings, but this was awesome! Product still makes me very happy.

Nice workout! I like one scoop myself now. When I first got it I took one scoop and it was too much. might try 1.5 scoops friday since I might be able to sleep in a little.
I think it might have caught me off guard the first time I took 1 scoop?
 
Maybe, yeah. I like a little over a scoop. I like 1.5, but I don't want to do that regularly. A little over a scoop and I am good
 
How long did it take for your tolerance to acquire? It took me almost a full month to be able to handle a full scoop without being twacked out of my mind.

I did 3/4 twice and went to a full scoop. I only tried more than a scoop because I was extremely tired. I still only do a little over a scoop. I really don't think I will need more unless I am totally out of it.
 
Forgot to post yesterday's back training. It went pretty decent. I increased my dumbbell rows from the floor reps.

Dumbbell Rows From the Floor: all reps performed with 3 second negatives and slight pauses at the top. 75x9, 85x8, 105x6. Highly recommend doing these from the floor. No momentum and just enough of a pause at the bottom to eliminate momentum wrecks the back pretty good. For good measure I did a standard set last with 105 again and got it for 8.

Pull Ups: +25 3+2+2 then another 3+2+2. BW 8+2. Learned a couple of things as I threw in some chin ups. My shoulders and elbow HATE chin ups. I don't know if it's aggravating a little shoulder impingement I have going on, but my bodyhated these. I was also disappointed in my pull up strength until I realized I have gained about 15 pounds since last summer. So that made me happy...lol also threw in a couple of sets of neutral grip pull ups.

Finished with some one arm cable rows from both underhand and overhand positions 6 sets total.

2 sets of kneeling face pulls and 2 sets of lying cable rear delt flyes. Good day overall yesterday

Side note: although it is just water and glycogen, I went from 200 on Monday to 196 this morning. I don't get low like that until Friday. So while I was sad, the whole purpose is to see how fast I lose weight so I can try to get more size.

For me, no. I am constantly hungry, though, so I am not a good judge. I know others experienced it.

Overall, happy with the progress for just manipulating diet around. Have one more week after this. Getting some feedback from the man helping me tomorrow morning.

Lol if it makes you feel better, I will probably weigh 193 by the end of this week and won't see 200 again until September or October. haha
