Read some old threads, seems like Orange Triad and Oximega are universally recommended. Are those still currently the choice of most? Thanks.

Hard to beat for the price.
Not to mention save the labels and you can trade them into CL for free products, apparel, and swag.

Every black friday I buy enough for the year when the deals are best. I was getting bottles of Oximega for like $8 and OT for $20.
OT also gives you a joint/digestive complex making it a pretty versatile multi.

Multi - Anavite
Fish Oil - Oximega

Anavite is a go-to for me right now. Orange Triad + Greens is also great.

Depends on your budget. For me I like Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega fish oil and Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men's. Little pricey but very good quality.

Runner up is Orange Triad and Oximega. I may switch to Oximega since it's way cheaper than Nordic Naturals.

OT and oximega for sure. And like solution said. The label program is a great way to get free stuff too.

At the end of the day omega 3 is omega 3 aslong as the eph/dha is on par/better than other fish oils why not opt for the cheap one?

Yep Orange Triad is hard to beat for the price and added joint formula. I typically stick with orange triad and occasionally I'll throw in animal flex or something different. I've used GAT multi+test as well.

Nordic Naturals is pharmaceutical grade....if Oximega is pharm grade then I'll definitely switch.

Last Black Friday I purchased a year supply of CL Vitmore and Nutraplanet bulk fish oil bogo. Vitmore is the same vitamin/mineral content of Orange Triad sans the Joint and Digestive complexes. The NP fish oil is basically generic Orange Oximega. The bottles are not clear either which is great for storage. So I spent about half of what a year supply of OT and Oximega would have cost, maybe less. I agree OT and Oximega are top notch quality.

This, this, this. You can usually find great deals on the two products around any major holiday. And as mentioned, this lift your label program is amazing. The more labels, the better the product. Think about it this way, a year's worth of Oximega will get you 12 labels and OT about 8. That is twenty labels right there. I believe you only need 30 to get three full sized products and 1 gym bag or clothing of your choice. The gym bags are well put together as well.

There are plenty of other multis that I find superior to CL. I'm just old forgot the names of the two I really like ha! Fish Oil is a different story. I just tend to grab the big bottle from Sams/Costco that has highest epa / dha total per ONE pill. I shoot for a gram a day of each.

Don't use a multi. Just a hand selection of vits/minerals that I'm most likely deficient in, or have a posotive effect on test levels.

I use a Swanson product for my Fish Oil.

Label Accuracy

Omega-3 fatty acid content was measured at 1520mg/serving, 24.0% below its 2000mg label claim.*

EPA and DHA content both exceeded their respective label claims: EPA measured at 980mg/serving, 22.5% over its claim, and DHA measured at 460mg/serving, 15.0% over its claim.

Mercury content measured at 1 PPB (parts per billion), below the 2.4 PPB category average. The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3 (GOED) mercury limit is 100 PPB. Bulk samples of this product also passed the six mineral assays, indicating presence of under 1 PPM of arsenic, lead, cadmium, bismuth, antimony, and silver.*

Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) content (representative of aroclors 1016, 1221, 1232, 1242, 1248, 1254, and 1260) measured at less than 0.01 PPM. The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) 2 PPM limit on PCBs for the edible parts of fish/shellfish. California’s Proposition 65 requires products containing greater than 0.09 PPM of PCB content to bear a cancer warning.*

Peroxide value recorded at 2.9 meq/kg, and a p-anisidine value recorded at 6.6.*

Note: Our freshness scores are based entirely on peroxide values, measures of primary oxidation in fatty acids. Flavoring agents have been shown to skew p-anisidine values (measures of secondary oxidation). LabDoor is currently researching alternative p-anisidine assays that have the capability to account for and eliminate the effects of flavoring.

Nutritional Value

Category Average

One serving of this product provides 1520mg total omega-3 fatty acids, within the 1.1g - 1.6g daily Adequate Intake (AI) range set by the Institute of Medicine (IOM) for individuals over the age of 14. Of the total omega-3 content, EPA accounts for 980mg and DHA accounts for 460mg. There is currently no established daily recommended intake for EPA and DHA, although the World Health Organization's (WHO) recommendation -- 0.3g - 0.5g EPA + DHA/day with 0.8g - 1.1g ALA/day (which is partially converted to EPA and DHA) -- is held in high regard.*

Furthermore, this product consists of 75% EPA + DHA

Mercury content measured at 1 PPB, below the 2.4 PPB category average and significantly below the 100 PPB limit established by the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3 (GOED).*

PCB content measured at less than 0.01 PPM, significantly below the 2 PPM limit set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the stricter 0.09 PPM limit enacted by California’s Proposition 65.

Projected Efficacy

Projected Efficacy

Category Average

Omega-3 fatty acids constitute 79% of this product's total fish oil content.

1520mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, consisting of 980mg EPA and 460mg DHA, is expected to be highly effective based on an estimated 1g recommended daily intake.*

Omega-3 fatty acids are clinically shown to improve cardiovascular conditions such as coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia and hypertension, and, according to limited evidence, enhance cognition, reduce anxiety, improve athletic performance and decrease risk of certain cancers. Clinical research supporting the latter effects is promising, but not conclusive; additional research is required before any conclusions can be drawn.

Fake and biased because you said so or what reason?
Do you want the full report on nordic naturals or have you already made your mind up that labdoor are biased?
The site links every single supplement (1000s) to their respective websites where you can purchase the supplement so how is it biased towards one or the other?

What tinned fish has 8.4g of omega 3? The highest I can find is a 200g caned wild salmon which has 1.8 otherwise I'd just buy fish and ditch the oil haha

Starkist Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon lists 1200mg DHA/EPA per serving - there are 7 servings in a can. I assume Chicken of the Sea is around the same.

LMFAO...When labdoor first tested oximega they tried to slam them as labdoor claimed they were ~50% below label claims. After some round and round it was dicovered that labdoor did not read the label correctly and only tested 1/2 of a dose. The way they rate protein powders is also completely asainine. I like the service they are trying to provide but do not totally trust them. There was a big thread on another forum where the labdoor founder tried to clarify things and basically got roasted big time and was never seen again.

I use OT and Oximega and for the price/servings/ trust I have in CL I have no reason to look any where else

1200 DHA/EPA with only 3g total fat per serving, i don't know haha even then I'd have to eat half can a day to get as much as I do from straight oil which is 1300 DHA/EPH per 5g of which 1.5 O3FA, the only next best thing is smoked mackerel totalling at 5.5 omega3 in 100g but trying to explain to the fiancé why I'd be spending £20 a week on mackerel alone would be a hard conversation

0 obviously haha but we weren't talking about nutritional value! We were talking about omega3 haha I know I should be swapping out as many supps for whole food where possible but half a can of that salmon would swap out a steak for me and I like steak! I see where you're coming from though

I just meant you'd save money on protein from other sources - as you were talking about cost. Although in the US, 2 cans of Salmon (all you need per week) is $6 - is it really 20 GBP in the UK?

It's around £2 for a tin of WILD salmon which drained weight is 100-110 grams so that would be £4 a day in salmon, farmed stuff is cheaper but I'd rather not buy farmed fish if I could! Fresh salmon is about £30 a kilo, I was talk about decent de-boned smoked mackerel costing £20/800g! Where as for my steak i buy in bulk with a friend to keep costs low, £30 for 15 8oz ribeye steaks is what I normally get

Orange Triad and Oximega of course

Oximega has third party testing showing it has even more EPA/DHA than listed on the label.
