Read some old threads, seems like Orange Triad and Oximega are universally recommended. Are those still currently the choice of most? Thanks.

At the end of the day omega 3 is omega 3 aslong as the eph/dha is on par/better than other fish oils why not opt for the cheap one?I have a hard time believing Oximega is a high quality product given its pricing and packaging. Clear bottles? Cmon.
Yep Orange Triad is hard to beat for the price and added joint formula. I typically stick with orange triad and occasionally I'll throw in animal flex or something different. I've used GAT multi+test as well.Multi - Anavite
Fish Oil - Oximega
Anavite is a go-to for me right now. Orange Triad + Greens is also great.
Nordic Naturals is pharmaceutical grade....if Oximega is pharm grade then I'll definitely switch. At the end of the day omega 3 is omega 3 aslong as the eph/dha is on par/better than other fish oils why not opt for the cheap one?
Pharm raised.Pharma grade? What type of fish are they extracting their oil from hahah
This, this, this. You can usually find great deals on the two products around any major holiday. And as mentioned, this lift your label program is amazing. The more labels, the better the product. Think about it this way, a year's worth of Oximega will get you 12 labels and OT about 8. That is twenty labels right there. I believe you only need 30 to get three full sized products and 1 gym bag or clothing of your choice. The gym bags are well put together as well.Hard to beat for the price.
Not to mention save the labels and you can trade them into CL for free products, apparel, and swag.
Every black friday I buy enough for the year when the deals are best. I was getting bottles of Oximega for like $8 and OT for $20.
OT also gives you a joint/digestive complex making it a pretty versatile multi.
LOL NICE I will continue to buy the cheap OxiMegaNordic naturals came 12th best and has more mercury than the average brand
NiceLast year oximega was 3rd but was pushed to 12th this year because it lied about EPA/DHA content!
It has 24% more than it states on the label lol
I don't believe it. Fake/biased testing.Nordic naturals came 12th best and has more mercury than the average brand
What tinned fish has 8.4g of omega 3? The highest I can find is a 200g caned wild salmon which has 1.8 otherwise I'd just buy fish and ditch the oil hahaSwanson Whole Food Vitamin w/o Iron and 2 cans of actual fish per week. There's 8.4g of Omega-3 per can. And a crap ton of protein
Starkist Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon lists 1200mg DHA/EPA per serving - there are 7 servings in a can. I assume Chicken of the Sea is around the same. What tinned fish has 8.4g of omega 3? LMFAO...When labdoor first tested oximega they tried to slam them as labdoor claimed they were ~50% below label claims. After some round and round it was dicovered that labdoor did not read the label correctly and only tested 1/2 of a dose. The way they rate protein powders is also completely asainine. I like the service they are trying to provide but do not totally trust them. There was a big thread on another forum where the labdoor founder tried to clarify things and basically got roasted big time and was never seen again.Last year oximega was 3rd but was pushed to 12th this year because it lied about EPA/DHA content!

1200 DHA/EPA with only 3g total fat per serving, i don't know haha even then I'd have to eat half can a day to get as much as I do from straight oil which is 1300 DHA/EPH per 5g of which 1.5 O3FA, the only next best thing is smoked mackerel totalling at 5.5 omega3 in 100g but trying to explain to the fiancé why I'd be spending £20 a week on mackerel alone would be a hard conversationStarkist Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon lists 1200mg DHA/EPA per serving - there are 7 servings in a can. How much protein in your oil?1200 DHA/EPA with only 3g total fat per serving, i don't know haha even then I'd have to eat half can a day to get as much as I do from straight oil which is 1300 DHA/EPH per 5g of which 1.5 O3FA, the only next best thing is smoked mackerel totalling at 5.5 omega3 in 100g but trying to explain to the fiancé why I'd be spending £20 a week on mackerel alone would be a hard conversation
0 obviously haha but we weren't talking about nutritional value! We were talking about omega3 haha I know I should be swapping out as many supps for whole food where possible but half a can of that salmon would swap out a steak for me and I like steak! I see where you're coming from thoughHow much protein in your oil?
I just meant you'd save money on protein from other sources - as you were talking about cost. Although in the US, 2 cans of Salmon (all you need per week) is $6 - is it really 20 GBP in the UK?0 obviously haha but we weren't talking about nutritional value! Honestly Rob. Orange Triad and Anavite are still the best around IMOI posted this some time ago... just thought i'd follow-up to see if anything changed with everyone's recommendations.
