I'm right there with you on the mind muscle connection. I just did arms today and dropped the weight while slowing the reps way down. Biceps are pretty good through most of the movement..It's just the squeeze at the top. ? Had to lean over with 15s on upper portion of 21 sets just to get to peak contraction.Day 2. Weight 184.4. 1 hr AM lifting; 45min afternoon lifting.

Anyway, these are my weakest lifts. I have chronic shoulder issues and piss poor mind muscle connection with my biceps, I think, from having horrible posture. I've dropped weight on my curls to really try and focus on form, and in doing so, feel weaker. Frustrating. I just need to be consistent with it and not a whinny lil b1tch. I also need to go to PT for my shoulder; my ortho put an order in a year ago and I still haven't gone.
I didn't notice the Cordygen. Tomorrow I have squats and deadlifts and think I'll be able to really get a better gauge of what it's doing.
Good thing I work from home and the clubhouse gym is 1/4 mile away. I know the slow times of the day so hardly any witnesses! ?
