Anyway, these are my weakest lifts. I have chronic shoulder issues and piss poor mind muscle connection with my biceps, I think, from having horrible posture. I've dropped weight on my curls to really try and focus on form, and in doing so, feel weaker. Frustrating. I just need to be consistent with it and not a whinny lil b1tch. I also need to go to PT for my shoulder; my ortho put an order in a year ago and I still haven't gone.

I didn't notice the Cordygen. Tomorrow I have squats and deadlifts and think I'll be able to really get a better gauge of what it's doing.
I'm right there with you on the mind muscle connection. I just did arms today and dropped the weight while slowing the reps way down. Biceps are pretty good through most of the movement..It's just the squeeze at the top. ? Had to lean over with 15s on upper portion of 21 sets just to get to peak contraction.
Good thing I work from home and the clubhouse gym is 1/4 mile away. I know the slow times of the day so hardly any witnesses! ?

I blame my current BF on running MK and LGD

I am about 4.5 weeks into MK and 2.5 weeks into LGD. So far I am not noticing a huge jump in BF%, and my appetite is relatively under control, except on workout days, then it does go a little nuts.

I've been ripping out my deck the past few days and wasn't feeling squats today; my knees and lower back felt stiff on the eccentric portion of the lift so I decided to reduce volume a lil. Interestingly, my back felt much better as I got into my deadlift routine.

I could feel the Cordygen today. I normally get winded around the 5th rep when doing squats above 225lbs. I didn't really get winded this morning...

Tomorrow I'm doing fasted cardio and will start my CKD.
 
Day 4. 181.2. 50mins fasted cardio.

Alright Cordygen is the sh1t. I noticed much more cardiovascular endurance this morning than typical... in fact, 50mins is a new PR on the elliptical lol.

Keto diet started today. I'm fcking starving.
