For maximum effect, I personally stack all of the above. There is 200mg of Cordy in a serving of RagNOrok. 750mg in 2 of the Cordygen Elite caps. RagNOrok is quite an effective pre on it's own. But add the Cordy in and it's like a turbo booster for endurance. Kind of similar to what you saw with RPG, just from a different angle. If I were you, I'd pick them all up when you order. If you really don't feel like one of them is doing anything (which I doubt), you can always return that one for a full refund.

I just fast for 10-14 days when I need to get cut. I'm on a test/var bulk right now, but June 15 - June 30, I'll simply not consume any calories. Bang, 25 lbs gone.

I eat a ketogenic diet for a week prior, get keto-adapted, and then I just stop eating. After 4 days of fasting, appetite is completely gone. Electrolytes keep me from feeling weak or fatigued, and the whole process is actually a breeze.

As to muscle loss, I experience very little. A week after ending my fasting and subsequent to refilling glycogen stores, I'm back lifting whatever I was immediately prior to fasting. Also, as a bonus, any cancer cells multiplying in my body are most certainly destroyed during my fasts. So there's that...

Great advice the mind is very powerful!!!!

I used this with training too, it honestly helps. imagine lifting say, what you're​ lifting, and repeat. Do that on top of actually lifting and proper nutrition I guarantee gains will improve.

Just brewed green tea, and lots of it. I assure you that there is minimal muscle loss and massive fat loss and I'll make a thread with before/after pics when I do this. Fasting is how the human body was engineered to lose bodyfat -- this is literally a process of which millions of years of evolution has coded into every single person's DNA.

Fasting works.

Holy sh1t I'm a bloated motherfcker at the moment... 184.4 this morning after taking a piss. I'm definitely going on a keto diet soon!! I feel like a fat ass... I'll post noodz tonight so ya can see what I'm talking about. Where the hell is HIT4ME? I need some serious ridicule and motivation

Anyway, these are my weakest lifts. I have chronic shoulder issues and piss poor mind muscle connection with my biceps, I think, from having horrible posture. I've dropped weight on my curls to really try and focus on form, and in doing so, feel weaker. Frustrating. I just need to be consistent with it and not a whinny lil b1tch. I also need to go to PT for my shoulder; my ortho put an order in a year ago and I still haven't gone.

I didn't notice the Cordygen. Tomorrow I have squats and deadlifts and think I'll be able to really get a better gauge of what it's doing.
