Phase 2: Day 20

Enjoying the effects of my peptides. My shoulderblade muscles are still sore from yoga so I decided to do some rehab exercises

Body Comp Progress: More defined.

Injury Progress: Whiplash still being a bitch, I keep doing stretches and strengthening exercises for it but its proving tough even with the peptides.

Workout Details: Rehab exercises.

Subjective Feeling:
Much better now that the peptides are working.

Side effects: Running hot from the t3.

Pretty chill day, I mostly relaxed.
 
Phase 2: Day 21

I felt well enough to go do Bikram. I had a gnarly session, the t3 its making me sweat even more than usual (I didnt think that was possible). The workout itself was amazing though. I could feel my body better and how some things are strengthening.

Body Comp Progress: Posting pics in a little.

Injury Progress: The Whiplash is most of what I have left. Its messing with my neck muscles as well as the inner shoulderblade muscles. Besides that I have some adhesions left but the tb-500 is slowly making them go away.

Workout Details: Bikram yoga 60min.

Subjective Feeling: Pretty amazing.

Side effects: SUPER SWEAT.

Today was a good day, im gonna eat a ****load and replenish all the calories I used. Im pretty sure I activated every single fiber in my body at one point or another.
 
Bleeeeh. Day 21 took a turn for the lame as per usual with my life. This chick came over at 8pm on a sunday to hang out and crash (tell me if im crazy...but that has sex written all over it). We hang out and she doesnt seem to be moving things towards that until I suggest we go to the bed (it was 1am already...she knew I had work the next day but apparently not crucial). Then I make a move on her and shes like.."Yeah im not feeling it"....So basically , I cleaned up my entire house, washed my sheets, make this girl dinner, smoke her up and host her despite the ridiculous time she chose to hang out and the decides she just wants to go to sleep... Im not the kind of guy who expect girls to sleep with me just because you come over...but when THE WHOLE situation is geared towards that happening (including conversations we had previously where she even mentioned how it was a good thing things didnt work out with the last girl so now we wouldn't upset her) including me choosing to sleep less to cater to your time request...yeah Im going to expect sex and her last minute change of heart pissed me off. Of course I was a gentleman about it, treated her with respect the entire time and even let her stay at my place after I had to go to work... All in all i slept for 4 hours, worked my ass off and ended up EXHAUSTED AS HELL this morning and ended up with some blue balls to show for... But hey...men are dicks...

Indeed. I am looking at this from a new angle and I think it was a neat learning experience. Besides the not getting laid, there were various other factors that annoyed/frustrated me. I couldnt do my morning routine with my TDs and my me time cause she was there, I didnt get enough sleep, I drank 1 glass of whiskey the night before which gave me a hangover (now I know, even without harsh methyls im not touching alcohol anymore). All of these things added up to my mind state. Now I wont repeat the same mistakes. No more drinking, no more catering to girls and letting them stay over unless shes cool enough to deal with my cycle, no more sacrificing my sleep to get laid. My cycle and recovery is 100 times more important than addressing my libido.
 
Phase 2: Day 23

I was still recuperating from the ****show that went down on late day 21, day 22. Wasnt feeling ready to do yoga or lift so I did some rehab exercises and stretching. Good thing I didnt, I realized earlier today I am still dehydrated from then. I woke up with the right side of my neck tight and my bed drenched in sweat. I might have to back off the t3 a little. Im going to low ball it for a while until I see no issues. Im hoping to get my car today and get my training/diet back in check.

Body Comp Progress: Still need to post pics, I have been putting it off.

Injury Progress: The BPC-157 and TB-500 are doing their magic. Besides the dehydration I am making good progress.

Workout Details: Rehab/stretching.

Subjective Feeling: A little ehhh from dehydration. Working on it.

Side effects: Dehydration.

Quite the meh day. I am really looking forward to the day where I can just have some smooth sailing for a little while....Its either this or that and that is taking forever to get fixed...I guess im just gonna get used to the idea of struggling for the duration of this cycle...
 
AYYYY I just got some HCG, cabergoline and MORE TEST TD in the mail :D I will start using the HCG now at 500UI/week separated in 2 doses. The caber is for a theory that I have. I believe prolactin is an issue of mine although recently, with the huge doses of epiandro that hasnt been apparent. Therefore, I will be saving this for when I stop the epiandro and up my TD doses in case my nipples burn. I just killed a gyno and im not trying to play with another. Oh btw, my gyno is definitely 100% dead by now. Epiandro is definitely the best thing I have ever used for gyno control.

Lol thats walking the rape line and to be honest, no girl worth ****ing is worth risking rape for in my opinion. I know for a fact if I started ****ing her she would have loved it but I know my worth dude, if you cant see it, then you arent worth my time. It just upset me that shed lead me on that like.
 
Phase 2: Day 24

I was feeling pretty good so I went to do some Bikram. The class went great, so great in fact that the next day I couldnt stand for long...my legs were dead. Its been 2 days now and my feet are still killing me, we worked on calfs and feet muscles (yeah....those are a thing apparently) and im still healing from that.

Body Comp Progress: I see new cuts every morning :D

Injury Progress: I ran out opf tb-500 yet again although I do have a large stock of bpc-157 which im still using. I should have more tb-500 in before the end of the week. I have been sleeping with the wrong pillow and my neck has gotten a bit tighter.

Workout Details: Bikram 60min

Subjective Feeling: Pretty good actually. I started talking to a girl in my yoga class. She actually came in late and out of all the spots she set up right next to me when there were clearly better spots. I took the bait and although we didnt do much talking cause we were both exhausted, im probably gonna see her at some other class again and well see where that goes. I felt very confident through the whole thing although its hard to tell if its just me getting back into my groove or some of these compounds.

Side effects: Poor sleep. Some nights I sweat all night. Im pretty sure its from lack of calories which is a bit of a struggle with my no car situation. Hopefully itll get fixed soon.

It was a good day.

My body was destroyed from Bikram. I decided to take the day off.

Body Comp Progress: More cuts coming in.

Injury Progress: Still dealing with the neck issue. I need to remember to use the right pillow...

Workout Details: Rest.

Subjective Feeling: OK. I felt really drained by my body as well as only 6h of sleep.

Side effects: Night sweats and some anxiety have been the worst so far. Im pretty sure its just my adrenaline jacked up from low calories + low cortisol.

It was an OK day.

I will be taking my first 20mg of phera today before hitting the gym for the first time in weeks. Hopefully all the strengthening and stretching will pay off and I will have an amazing session to brag about.

Oh, for those that dont know. Running Phera has been a dream for me for some years, so this is legit dream coming true level ****! Only fitting for the most important cycle I will ever run.

Phase 2: Day 26

I am making some adjustments to the program. Instead of the triumph, I have started taking Pheradrol at 30mg/day and I will be upping my TD test a litte and my TD bold a good bit. I took 20mg of Phera and went to the gym. Unfortunately I was a bit underfed from still being in a cut and added radiate with my dose. People are not kidding when they say phera has a euphoric effect...its like straight up being on a low dose of blow...Sure enough that mix had me edgy as **** but weights felt really light....scary light...I decided to tone it down a bit and mostly get some blood into my muscles. I have a lot of accessory muscles that are still tired from yoga so I held my punches. I am going to let the phera beef me up a bit before I try to push it too far. I will be eating more than I have and hopefully thatll help to get me to where I need shortly.

Body Comp Progress: Already getting compliments from my friends...

Injury Progress: A lot of tenderness. I will let all of this heal for a bit before I go at it again. Hopefully the anabolic combo im on will get me there quick.

Workout Details:

Cardio warmup 10min

Stretching 15min.

Bicep curls 10-15 reps x3
Lat pulldown 10-15 repx x3
Cable crossover 10-15 reps x3


Subjective Feeling: Felt pretty good but I was a little annoyed my muscles felt as tender as they were. I guess its to be expected since I have been eating too little recently cause of all the inconvenience.

Side effects: Overstimulation for a little there.

I would have liked a better first Phera day but I guess the whole point of taking it is to push my recovery past this point. I am confident that with some extra protein and calories ill be better in no time.

My friend also came to chill, he did some scrapping around my shoulderblade which should also help move things along.
 
I don't know how strict your diet is but sipping a protein shake while working out can keep the insulin tremors at bay, Also since you're raising your AA levels don't forget the eggs and olive oil for good cholesterol so your body doesn't have to work on converting it.

Took the weekend off to rest, eat and enjoy myself.

Body Comp Progress: Muscle fullness looking great!!

Injury Progress: My neck has been tightening overnight, particularly the scalenes. Im not sure how to address this but I will try some things.

Workout Details: Rest, some stretching, some rehabing.

Subjective Feeling: Feeling pretty good. The muscle tightness gives me a bit of anxiety just because this injury has made me hyper aware of new things going wrong and this is exactly that.

Side effects: I woke up monday with a but of nausea and feeling off. I think its a stomach bug but I dont discard my body having some reaction to Pheradrol or the caber I took last night. I took the day off and I will see if some rest helps my immune system and body heal up.

I am about to run out of epiandro. So far I have loved this run. I am considering ordering some dark carnival if I end up not spending as much on this car. For now I will start taking exem and 12.5mg EOD and because I did see a bit of puffiness around my nipples, I dosed 0.25mg caber.

Still resting my shoulderblade muscles. I finally got to go to the dealership and get a new car!!! Hopefully life will get back on track soon. Im going to hit some yoga today. Im hoping my shoulderblade muscles cant deal with it.

Body Comp Progress: I feel as if ive lost some of the definition I gained during the cutting phase. It could be water but lets jsut say im not happy with how I was forced to eat dirty for a while there. Im going to keep bulking until my body is healed up and then have a finisher phase with desoxy-T and 11-kt which should hopefully put me around 10%.

Injury Progress: Shoulderblade/left tricep-shoulder muscles have been feeling tight/tender lately. I am not sure whats going on with this.

Workout Details:
Rest.

Subjective Feeling:
A little worried about my progression. I was hoping Phera would help me recover quicker from workouts but it appears its not having much of an effect yet.

Side effects: A little lethargy, I am assuming its from the lack of epiandro. For this reason I have decided to add dark carnival into my cycle. I will be taking 600mg/day during the bulking phase and 1200mg/day during the finisher phase.

Ive bee kinda just waiting for things to feel good enough to workout but its taking longer than I wish for.

To be honest, im worried my initial assessment was correct. I can feel the phera and its amazing but i feel like im wasting it. I still cant push weight around and im forced to rest a lot in between workouts. If the phera helps me get to the point where i can lift again then itd be worth it but it doesnt feel like its having the best injury healing effect. It might be too soon to tell though. If things keep going the same way, i might switch things up. My main goal is healing all the way up and if this isnt contributing and wrecking my liver in the process, its pointless

Honestly bro i would cut it. If your not lifting i feel its going to be more detrimental to your health then it would be beneficial. Save it for when your back lifting decent weight. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah I might just go back to my original plan and start using the triumph instead. Its less liver toxic and for what I am doing its probably more fitting.

I am going to see how I do at yoga today and make a call after that. I can still save about 3 weeks worth of Phera which is the minimum recommended (3-4 weeks) as a kicker for my next cycle.
 
Ive been givin it some thought and starting the orals might have been a poor choice on my part. I was projecting to have been better repaired by now but then again I also should have had way more stability with peptide supplies. I should have reassessed before jumping the gun. I was also hoping for a stimulated healing effect but its just not there. Because of this I will most likely remove the phera tonight and instead start dosing the 11-kt with my increased TD doses. I think the lowered cortisol on top of those 2 should be plenty to stimulate injury repair and anabolism at my current training level. I will save the Phera as a kick starter for a future bulking cycle and for now, I will be doing a recomp for weeks 5-9 and do a finisher with triumph and desoxy-T. My liver should be fully healed by the end of week 9 so I should be able to run the triumph as planned. This plan will be dependent on my progress. I am really hoping things go smoother now that I have a car again and I can manage to rehab whats left so I can have a nice last 4 weeks with an oral.

Phase 2: Day 30

I decided to drop the Phera and instead start using Icon-11 at 2ml/day for the next 4 weeks. Phera was great but not what I need at the moment. I didnt start this cycle to get huge and weigh as much as possible. On the contrary, one of my goals was to achieve as high strength/weight ratio as possible and be able to handle my own weight easily. Phera just isnt geared for that. The bloat alone made me feel as if I lost some of my cutting progress and it was killing my appetite which I dont need right now. I went to do some bikram yoga yesterday. Although it was a bit of a struggle because of my left rhomboids, I got through it and feel much better.

Body Comp Progress: Going up and down right now because of the switch. Going from a very bloaty oral to a drying stack soo to include dark carnival. My comp goals for this cycle are to be around 10%bf with strong muscles and I need to be using compounds that get me there.

Injury Progress: Left rhomboids were the answer to my shoulderblade struggles. I need to stretch and strengthen these muscles before I can start lifting heavy again.

Workout Details: Bikram Yoga 60min.

Subjective Feeling: A little off, having to switch off of phera after a week is noticeable. I am hoping once the dark carnival gets here my mood will improve. For now I am just kinda chilled out.

Side effects: A little tired.

I had a good workout and for a couple of days I will be spending my free time getting my life back in order (groceries, errands and whatnot)

I kinda wish I took some Phera pics to show you all what I mean but the bloat was INSANE. Im sure it would have looked great if I was under 10%bf and with bigger muscles to fill up but in my current state it just made me feel puffy.

Oh I forgot to add, I am pretty sure Phera had a big part on that rhomboid issue. What most people call "back pumps" resembles what was going on, it felt like a mix of back pumps and knots. Luckily some foam rolling and yoga made it better. Eitherways, yet another reason to drop the phera. As amazing as it is, used at the wrong time is just dumb.

Took the day off to do some grocery shopping and relax.

Body Comp Progress: Most of the water weight from Phera is leeching out and I can see my definition again. This is what I wanted, this and injury repair is what I came here for and I need to remember that.

Injury Progress: Still working on rhomboids although they are progressing for sure.

Workout Details: Rest, mild stretching

Subjective Feeling: Feeling better, might have to do with the lack of bloating, the new car or icon-11 reducing my cortisol.

Side effects: Waking up a little groggy and slow.

I have a music show coming up on saturday so today I will do some rehab exercises and mild cardio to let my body prepare for all the FUN :D
 
Oh, I have a surprise for yall! Nos labs was kind enough to give me some of their new 11-kt-diol to try and log. Since I am currently using 11-kt, it will give me a nice chance to compare their effects. I will be using it as part of my finisher with desoxy-t and triumph. Im super excited for this part of my cycle! under 10%bf here we goooo
 
Phase 2: Day 32 & 33

I went out to a show on Saturday and had a decent time. I didnt get much sleep but I will try to make up for it from sunday to monday. I plan on going to yoga on monday. I have been stretching my back and its been helping a good deal.

Body Comp Progress: Looking relatively buff, some of my friends who know im doing the cycle are telling me its starting to look like its working haha.

Injury Progress:
Still dealing with some tightness, its a slow uphill battle but im gaining ground.

Workout Details: Rest, Party, Rest

Subjective Feeling
: I started taking dark carnival and this stuff is great! I love epiandro :D

Side effects: Im getting some acne here and there and really mild headaches, but its not terrible. I will up my water intake and start taking some bp supps.

Apparently my hunch about this cycle and the use of steroids with low intensity training couples with stretching and hot epsom salt baths was dead on! Im gonna try to soak some more and stretch some more even when I cant train or feel a little hurt.
 
Phase 2: Day 34, 35, 36 & 37

Ive been getting lazy with these posts haha. It is in big part to the lethargy ive been feeling lately. I might need more sleep. Ive been making good progress recently. A couple of days ago I started feeling this new ache in my left armpit area, I believe I have started regrowing or addressing the atrophy that some of my postural and stabilizer muscles that occurred over my long hiatus (I was actually bed ridden for quite some time, Im kind of amazed only some parts of my body got as atrophied as they are). The increased TDs coupled with 11-kt have definitely cranked up the anabolism but I think they also cranked up the lethargy. Its w/e though, I rather grow and repair than have lots of energy.

Body Comp Progress: Looking bigger, Im slowly regaining some of the definition lost in the past week thanks to the dark carnival.

Injury Progress: Focused mostly on my left armpit/shoulder/neck area. There is some tightness, some aches but i think there is progress going on.

Workout Details: 34 -Bikram yoga 60 min, 35-Cardio and stretching, 36-Cardio, stretching, mild rehabbing., 37- Rest

Subjective Feeling: Tired but content.

Side effects: Some acne in my trap area, night sweats which I have been able to fix by changing my sleeping situation a bit and lethargy.
 
Update: Since I have been struck by what seems like endless amounts of lethargy for an unknown reason, I will be posting proper updates once a week until either I start feeling more energetic or the end of PCT. I will try to add shorter updates as I go. Those are easier to sneak in during work ;)

Recently ive been feeling lethargic, woke up with a lot of tightness in my neck and havent been able to do yoga because of easter (fuking bunny) so ive been doing cardio and rehab exercises. I am definitely making great comp progress but the fact that I cant lift properly is starting to drive me insane...I keep going to the gym and trying to do a proper set and theres ALWAYS some ****ing muscle that is hurting or is so tight it makes others hurt as the range of motion is degenerated. I am about to start using some heavy benzos to try to prevent the tightening that happens overnight. I am also looking int scheduling appt with a doctor that performs ART and GRASTON scrapping close to home.

As always, my mother****ing life is an uphill battle and this cycle is no different. Just when you think things are gonna start going smoothly,

I am thinking about running this log until I feel better and making a new log for when I start my finisher including the 11-kt-diol trial run. I might even lengthen the duration of this part until im all better and do the finisher once I am gtg but time will tell. I cant extend this forever so for now its just an idea.
 
Update: Since I have been struck by what seems like endless amounts of lethargy for an unknown reason, I will be posting proper updates once a week until either I start feeling more energetic or the end of PCT. I will try to add shorter updates as I go. Those are easier to sneak in during work ;)

Recently ive been feeling lethargic, woke up with a lot of tightness in my neck and havent been able to do yoga because of easter (fuking bunny) so ive been doing cardio and rehab exercises. I am definitely making great comp progress but the fact that I cant lift properly is starting to drive me insane...I keep going to the gym and trying to do a proper set and theres ALWAYS some ****ing muscle that is hurting or is so tight it makes others hurt as the range of motion is degenerated. I am about to start using some heavy benzos to try to prevent the tightening that happens overnight. I am also looking int scheduling appt with a doctor that performs ART and GRASTON scrapping close to home.

As always, my mother****ing life is an uphill battle and this cycle is no different. Just when you think things are gonna start going smoothly,

Hey bro sucks on the lethargy, that's always a killer PCT but I would try staying away from benzos! they have a cumulative effect and can worsen lethargy and increase any depression you may experience during the day. Have you tryed medium strength muscle relaxers like methocarbamol or baclephen at night or maybe right after workout if they don't make you too tired? They can be life savers for stiffness that causes nerve pain.
 
Phase 2: Week 7

Ive been getting a good amount of workouts in. I did a couple of days of bikram yoga and cardio/rehab days in between. Ive been managing the lethargy with ECA and its been going alright. I expected ephedrine to be stronger honestly but its allowed me to carry on without dragging my ass everywhere. I think the lethargy is coming from the amount of anabolism going on recently compared to in the previous years, I can see how it could be a bit of an overload to my system. Luckily, that also means that my body is growing a lot. I have been seeing changes in the mirror in a daily basis.

Since I have gotten a bit lazy with this log, I have decided that I will end this log when I reach my finisher stack in about a week. I will start a new log to also review the NOS stack I will be running to finish my metamorphosis.

Body Comp Progress: Legs are thicker than theyve been in years, my core is looking stronger and stronger. My bf is slowly but surely going down. Either that or my muscles are looking relatively bigger around my core.

Injury Progress: I wish my arms and shoulders were growing more but its really hard to make them grow when they are the main point of knotting and adhesions. I am doing what I can but it is likely that they will end up being my lagging bodyparts by the end of this ordeal. I am ok with this though. I came into this with the goal of healing my body 1rst! The look ill end up achieving will be a cherry on top of the improved quality of life I will have by not being in pain and discomfort all the time. My neck/lower trap have been particularly annoying this week and I keep trying to loosen it up but its proven tough.

Workout Details: Bikram yoga 60min 2x, Cardio/Stretch/rehab 3x

Subjective Feeling
: Tired and dissapointed that i havent made as much progress to the date but its to be expected considering the amount of BS I have had to deal with during this cycle. I am gonna stay positive and focus on the main goal, ending this cycle uninjured.

Side effects: lethargy.

I literally have over 80mg of tb-500 purchased that I cannot use because of ****ing USPS. one shipment of 48mg stopped being tracked weeks ago and of course they are being retards about it. The other was mishandled by the company and broke upon arrival and they are not returning my emails or trying to help me at all...go figure :D

Very interesting article. I always swore by rinsing in the shower with icy cold water it gave me more energy but this kinda explains why that could be true.

I havent been able to update this as I was out of town. I have officially finished my lean bulking part and will be transitioning to my cut/finisher. I will be posting a final review of my cycle so far and some progress pictures. After that, I will start a new thread to log the finisher part of my cycle as well as review some of the products I will be taking including NOS 11-KT-diol and NOS 6-bromo. Stay tuned.
 
Phase 2: Week 8

I finished my boldenone bottles and with them, the bulking part of my cycle. So far, I am happy with my results, I wish my injury was a bit further ahead but it is what it is, **** hit the fan and theres nothing I can do but keep moving forward. During these 8 weeks I have strengthened my body a lot and improved my endurance and body composition a great deal. I still have tightnedd here and there and that is something that will probably take time to improve, regardless of what I do to help it. I have started a new stretching routine that hits my entire body and takes about 30 min in the mornings before work and 30 mins before going to sleep. I will continue this routine into my cut to hopefully end this cycle shredded and with even less tightness.

Body Comp Progress: Amazing improvements. My core has tightened A LOT and its getting closer and closer to how it was before my injury. My shoulders/arms improved a bit but unfortunately had the most difficulty growing due to my limited range of motion/tightness around that area. My legs are probably the body part that grew the most. They have gotten bigger, stronger and more flexible than I ever remember. However I dont think this strength will translate to DL and squats just yet. I am training form for both of these exercises and to hope to start doing some leg days soon. I have also improved the way my neck looks. My neck has been a major point of tightness and as I have released some of this tightness, my traps and shoulders have started to look a bit better.

Injury Progress: Improved a lot. My pain levels are WAY lower than before. I wake up with less tightness every day and my functionality keeps improving. What remains at this point is trigger points/knots around my lower left trap/shoulderblade area, front delts, neck/scalenes and some weakness/stability issues around my upper left abs/ribs. These things are improving slowly but surely and I just gotta keep on working on it.

Workout Details: Bikram yoga 60min 2x, Cardio/Stretch/rehab 3x a week on average.

Subjective Feeling: This cycle has been a freaking rollercoaster when it comes to subjective feeling. I had moments where I felt great, moments where I felt exhausted and numerous times where I just felt demotivated due to random **** happening over and over. Regardless, I managed to keep pulling through and thats what really counts.

Side effects: Lethargy, a little aggression, a little acne. Overall very mild. TDs offer a milder cycle experience, particularly on the side effects part.

I have already started the finisher part of my cycle and I will be adding a link to it below once I finish the post. I will also post some pictures once I get them edited. Feel free to ask any questions regarding any part of my cycle.
 
Are you still cycling original PROGRAM? If so what do you have in mind for next cycle, if you still have TD Test I'd like to see a run with Test TD/ pher/tren(instead of Spawn its P-Tron) /Formestane TD run. PM if you want source 4 those
 
Major pros/cons of your bold cycle?

Major pros I would say was increased endurance, improved vascularity, a very nice recomp effect, improved mood and a steady improvement in my injuries/pain levels.

Major cons would be lethargy, small amount of acne, slight bloat some days and towards the end raised blood pressure.

All in all a rather mild cycle with very mild side effects. What I was shooting for. Now I want to increase the intensity and see how far I can push my comp with the next 4 weeks.
