Update:

Cycle is over since the diarrhea-incident started on Wednesday, now only on TRT 125mg test-e/e4-5d, totaling around 175mg/week.
Goal is to keep cutting slowly and getting as healthy as possible, replenishing minerals and getting HDL up.
Regained the water loss, weight is currently at 214lbs. Down from 231lbs since cut started.
Battling an outbreak of seborrhea, an auto immune disease, flaring up when immune system is compromised.

Today will be my first day in the gym after prolonged off due to illness and holidays.
Planed is a whole body workout, focus on body weight exercises and cardio, to not overdo it.
HIT4ME, will be struggling to keep up with the pull up challenge as I'm falling way behind.

It is a struggle regardless! If you need a fresh start, go for it...Or find a way to make it work anyway. It isn't about the 2000. Or the 6 weeks. It is about the battle!

I know, I know.... will not start over -but keep struggling.

By the way, abs are showing a bit.... diarrhea-abs, lol

Uhmmmmm DAMN, is it bad that I watched this long enough to count the sweat drops on her ass cheek?

Got back from MRI results and doc appointment.

The doc said that the findings are consistent with my story. It's confirmed. EPISTANE wrecked my knees!
2 broken meniscus (dried out and shattered by low impact), and possibly cartilage floating in both knees, arthroscopy will be done, to have a look and clean em out .

Guys, be careful with AI's and epistane!

Well I'm glad you found out the route issue. What can be done from here?

Doc said:
-left knee will be 100% again
-right knee he will not make a prognosis before arthroscopy

The right knee was always the "bad" one, had an accident when 18 yo -and later minor "accidents" while karate training, that finished it off.
he said, the good news is, only minor arthrose in the right knee, besides the old ruptured ligaments. He also said that after arthroscopy weight training will be beneficial. :)

Sounds like you'll be good as new when he's done. That's gotta be a relief to know.

****ing awesome man!

Not so sure. Remember, I'm in Bananaland. Most people don't leave the hospital alive around here -and if they do, at least one organ is missing. kidding, wait, not kidding

Sound like a job for black market meat handler

short update:

Had to go to the lab, before surgery. Full blood panel and urine. Results will be interesting.
Lipids and RBC/Hematocrit should be out of whack because of my prior AAS "abuse".
Supposedly Epitalon straightens this out a bit, lets see what's coming up, I'm prepared for the worse, LOL.

May have results tomorrow at night.

Today was gym day, 200+ pull ups were on the menu for the challenge.

But...

It's raining. Impossible to reach the gym:

This one's for you, Gramps!

A man wakes up in his hospital room after a serious surgery.

The doctor tells him, "I have good news and bad news."

The patient says, "I guess I'll take the bad news first."

"During the surgery, we determined that in order to save your life, we had to cut off your leg. I'm so sorry."

The patient panics. He can't believe he's lost a leg. "So, what's the GOOD news?"

The doctor says, "Now hold on, I haven't told you the BAD news, yet. Due to a clerical error, I'm afraid we cut off the wrong leg."

Now that patient is losing it. Life as he knows it is OVER. Will his wife stay with a man with no legs at all?

Weakly, the patient croaks out, "What's the good news?"

"Upon further study, we've determined the other leg is going to be alright!"

Hehehe, I thought the good news, after having both legs amputated, was: (Doc talking) "I'll buy your shoes." :)

A guy with a hunchback -and a guy with wooden leg sitting in a bar.
The dude with the hunchback goes outside and urinates into a bush.
Out of the bush comes a Leprechaun and asks:
"Hey you, what do you have on your back?"

"A hunchback." Says the man.

"May I take it?" Asks the leprechaun.

The man replies:"If you can take it, you shall have it."

Leprechaun snips with his fingers...."snap"...and the hunchback is gone

The man returns to the bar and tells the story to the man with the wooden leg.
Wooden leg-man goes outside and pisses in the same bush.

Leprechaun comes out and asks:

"Hey you, what do you have on your back?"

"Nothing", replies the man.

The Leprechaun makes:...."Snap"..."Here, take that hunchback!"

In bananaland they have a solution to everything!

A man gets stabbed in the leg with a knife!! He goes to the doctor.! But the doctor keeps telling him that he's too busy. Finally after the man walked in the third time, the doctor pulles out the knife. And jam it into the mans eye. And says ooooh I remember. The eye doctor on second floor has a opening!

That happened here! LOL!

OUCH!

Epitalon update:

Remember when I told about a guy on reddit, testing telomere length before -and after Epitalon use?
He was in his late 40's and tested prior to Epitalon the telomere length. It was that of a 50+ yo.
After a "abusive use" of Epitalon his test showed the telomere length of a 10yo !

As he could not believe it, he tested again in 2 labs and posted now the results.
He tested in Lab1 two times:
First test Lab1 said: "Caution, telomeres too long"
Second test Lab1: "Caution, telomeres too long"
lab2 said: "Telomeres in normal range for age"

This is very interesting, because one lab is apparently lying/unreliable!

Either way, the results show, that in a span of 9 month, the telomere stayed at least the same (or a bit longer), if lab2 is right -that by itself is noteworthy. If lab1 is right, the results are astonishing.

Here a link to all the info, look for yourself:

Blood lab test is in.

Surprisingly, RBC and Hematocrit were in mid-range, making another donation unnecessary.
AST/ALT were a bit elevated (probably due to T-bol, cycle ended about 5 days prior to blood test).
Fibrinogen slightly high, here I think it is due to my 4 days of diarrhea before the test, most likely an infection that caused it.
Fibrinogen has a half life of 5 days.
Cholesterol a bit off, too much "bad"- too few of the "good" stuff, but only slightly off.

Most surprising for me were Triglyceride. 2 years ago, before training regularly they were at 750, today 139.
Another thing is uric acid. I had gout attacks in the past, when too fat. Now it's in the lower range.
Electrolytes were in perfect range, even though I had the bad diarrhea 2 days earlier.

The doc wanted to make an appointment with a internist about the liver values, I remembered him about my oral AAS use -and he concurred. No appointment with internist. First arthroscopy will be 2 of May, until then, liver values should be in range.

how high were your AST/ALT #s? did you have any results from before, to compare and calculate the increase? did you take anything for on cycle support for the t-bol?

Thanks!

ALT 117 U/L Ref.:72
AST 61 U/L Ref.:59
HDL 27 mg/dl
LDL 153 mg/dl

I took only Nac. No before cycle lab.
Keep in mind, the t-bol dosage was on the upper end with 80mg. Even 25mg will show benefits.
Cholesterol -Those values are after blasting/cruising for 10 month.

Good news with the bloodwork! The tests above should lower significantly once your body recovers from the AAS. I'd keep taking the NAC to help clear the liver. Your HDL value matches mine and mine has been in the 20's for over 25 years.

I agree, the cholesterol #s should recover, especially how regularly we exercise. :)

I take NAC now, just as a staple (it is safe for every day use, from what I read, unlike tudca). My last labs had both my AST and ALT at 16.

And yea, 80 mg is on the high side for t-bol, Would you do that high of a dosage again? or shoot more for the (general) 25 ~ 50 mg range?

Ummm - I may just be inexperienced looking at post-cycle bloodwork, but those bloods don't look good to me at all. I understand they may come back, but I'd be taking TUDCA in addition to the NAC. Are you taking any NSAIDS for pain? Drinking? I'd stop that too.

That HDL is pretty darned low.

This isn't a lecture by any means, at least you have bloods and I don't have any blood work of my own so who knows what's wrong with me - but I'd be trying to get those numbers back within range before I kept using much of anything. What's the point of lifting a car if you have a stoke while doing it?

And like I said, maybe someone else with more experience with bloods/cycles will see it differently.

I would do probably less, maybe 50-60mg -but upping on test to 500mg/week. Formerly: 175mg/week test + 80mg tbol
I'm planing my next cycle already, it's for a recomp after the second surgery -and will start in about 2-3 month.

That's what I'm currently thinking to use, still going with "less is more" approach:
500mg test/week
50mg tbol/day
3mg CJCw.dac/week
5 IU Humulin R (insulin) 20min pre-workout with 25gr high molecular weight carbs intra- and post workout (total 50gr/karbolyn)
50mg proviron/day for libido and free test/DHT

Insulin dosage is very conservative -and used only on workout days. Have researched it thoroughly beforehand.
And no, I'm not afraid of using it -like millions of diabetics world wide. :)

Nah, not as bad as I thought. Remember, I had that fake S-drol some months before too (was Dbol, I guess).
Will get Tudca in the next few days, had a Tudca shortage intra-cycle. Remember, 10 month "on" and still some HDL left, that is GOOD.
No NSAIDS. I had some drinks occasionally, when I also had Tudca on hand (took tudca AFTER drinking, knowing what have to be known). No tudca-no alcohol.

I'm off of anything besides TRT dose of test (175mg/week). Will stay off and have blood-work again before going on.

No HGH with the slin? You know what that's like brother....

No HGH with the slin? You know what that's like brother....

CJC = poor mans HGH :) 3mg/week should be like 3-5iu HGH/day

Edit: I don't trust the HGH sources here in "hot as hell" Bananaland, cooling chain was probably interrupted, rendering it useless.
