Oh now u tell me lol. But seriously i never do it fasted ever. I only did it for research purposes here. Maybe over the course of these bottles I'll get some dextrose and mix with my intra Perform and give the fasted thing another go
HBCD, Waxy Maize would be much better sources. Cause far less bloat and digest at quicker rates.

Solid workout today.

Took Quake with pre workout meal and by the time I got changed it had fully kicked in. Roughly 20 minutes or so.

I'm loving Quake for back day. I always get nice lat pumps but these have been pretty special. The one scoop was nice but the lats got full and deep with 2.

On biceps portion and calves it gave me serious snakes and ropes for veins. Great vasodilation today for sure.

Workout
Bat wings 35-4x6 warm up
Pull ups 3x10

Wide pulldown 120x12,140x12,160x10

Bent over row 225-3x8

Rack pull 10x3. 225,275. Rest were between 350 and peaked with 395

I'm very happy with this. About a month or so ago I did the 3reps here and got up to 385 so the additional 10 was nice, very hard that last rep but so worth it.

Biceps
Bar curl pyramid 12-10-8-6-6-8-10-12-15
45-65-75-85-95-85-75-65-55

Db hammer 3x12 40,50,55

Calves
Horizontal calf press 3x20 230,250,270

10 min run

Tomorrow will be the last body part to get the 2 scoop treatment. Shoulder traps so after that's done I'll try to do a little write up about the various aspects I like Quake for each split.

Videos very short today

After using quake for a few sessions.
What seems to be the best powder/water ratio to find your "Sweet Spot"
How long does the energy last when you vary your dosing (1, 1.5, 2 scoops)
What are the biggest things that stand out?
What were you hoping for out of this product that is has not delivered?

Water ratio:

Fir effectiveness any. Water doesn't change it

For taste I like things a little more diluted so 16 oz to 1 scoop is great but 16:2scoops is great to, especially with the lemon drop flavor really shines at this ratio

Haven't done 1.5 scoops. But energy lasted about 2 hours with 1 scoop, nice strength up to about 1.5. 2 scoops intense energy for about an hour then a nice energy for about another 1.5 hours. Stuff really lasts which I love

The biggest thing for me isn't new for me, but including peako2 in the pre was pretty genius. The pres worth it alone fir the super fast recoveries.

What I want in a pre:
Energy
Focus
Something to assist in a pump nothing crazy needed though
Vasodilation enhancer
A bit of a strength helper:

Maybe. But to be fair most pres don't give too much in the way of amazing power increase. Have noticed small increases. Which is good bc I'm cutting and powers been down so I'm imagine using this has helped in this aspect

Disappointed nothing so far. At this point already planning on throwing lemon drop into my rotation of pre favorites. I'm interested to see over the course of the two bottles straight if diminished returns occur with continuous use. My favorite pre does this so I have to cycle on and off it throughout the year. So far I'm sold on Quake this aspect here is what will define how high up my pre ranks it goes fir me

Ok. Today was my favorite day on Quake. One of those perfect sessions where u felt strength gains and just had so much fun the whole time. I love lifting but days like today, perfect storm, don't come around every day so this was great.

Dosed 2 scoops about 1/2 after pre meal. Kicked in about 20 minutes later but it was a very smooth kicking in. Energy was so smooth today it was like one big focused shot of seemingly perfect energy flow. I didn't get fatigued shot but did feel tired in the shower immediately post workout. 1.5 hours today 1.25 for lifts and .25 cardio.

Pump kicked in second last set of first movement. In the video I was upright rowing and I can clearly see the type of shoulder pump and the crazy vasodilation I got today.

Not sure if the extra bf loss I e experienced can b attributed to quake or if it was all diet but I've dropped 1.2 % since starting Quake.

Since yesterday went so well last thought I'd follow same protocol. Ate then took Quake 2 scoops 30 min later. Kicked in around 20-25 minutes later which seems to be a trend here.

Energy was really strong first 45 minutes today then tapered but still quality energy for 90 minutes. This is a little different than other days bc it dropped to a lesser yet good level a bit earlier, prob due to the squats and deads sapping me good.

I never pay attention to leg pumps but I couldn't avoid it today as my quads were crazy swole throughout most the session.

Quality workout and I'll sleep well tonight fir sure

What other dosing protocol's have you used?
It seems 30 minutes after a meal is your sweet spot. What did you notice from other dosings? Maybe 60 minutes after a meal, or 90 minutes after a meal?

30 minutes after does seem like sweet spot. So far so very done it fasted, 15 minutes after meal, with meal and 1 time went about 10 before meal. Gonna try the hour after meal soon. I typically like 45-60 post meal for digestive purposes. So the 30 minutes after works well for me in that regards.
Any fed timing is roughly the same 20-25 after dosage to kick in. The strength of that kick in seems to be correlated to how big that pre meal was too.

Fasted provided the quickest kick in and most powerful of initial intensity.

Over the course of these bottles I'm gonna give fasted another go but with the he hbcd intra with Perform and see how that goes. Def gonna do 60 after meal and was gonna give with meal another run as well. I guess I could try 90 post meal but I'm thinking that shouldn't b much f at all diff than 60 will b but I could try that out as well.

But if the ones I've used I've felt like I got the most of all worlds with the 30 after meal so far

30-60 seems to be the sweet spot
If you rock fasted do this

Quake + Perform Pre and then sip on regular xtend (since you will have plenty of peak02 from perform + Quake) and 30-50g of HBCD Intra

Dosed 45 min after feeding today and very similar to the 30.

Idk if its just me but the feeling has been getting better and better as the days go forward. I just felt fantastic whole workout again. Lots of fun.

Energy kicked in the usual 20-25 minutes after taking and it was a solid smooth energy while session. The whole workout was only 65 min with 10 min of cardio and five minutes ab work. Really hardly took much rest at all and despite that felt strong as hell with these high reps.

Wound up taking the weekend off. Woke up sat am with horrible doms in legs. This is the first time experiencing them while using anything with peako2 in it. Guess it was bound to happen someday.

Dosed about 55 min post meal today. Seemed to kick in a few min earlier than Normal 18-19. Energy lasted through session. I'm liking how clean an energy it really is. And I love the focus Quake provides.

Was a little disappointed in today's session though. I was super excited bc I was coming in fresh off 2 days rest plus ate a lot yesterday. And I had the energy the focus and I felt super strong but the iron doesn't lie a d what it told me is u are 225x5 right now. It's kinda where I e been and maybe I would've had more if I didn't do so many reps leading up to it, but anyhow bit disappointed in that regard. On the flip side I prd on a cpl tri exercises later in the session so go figure.

Hey quick ? For everyone.

When I did my first real dedicated cut last year I started in Jan at 22% and it took me to almost July to get to under 10%. This year I started my cut in late Jan at 20% and am already under 10% barely but still. Now I'm not complaining by any means but does cut times increase like this year after year, where it's easier to cut fat quickly. Just curious for those who've done multiple cuts. Thanks

Judging off your pics you are far from under 10%. Just going to be 100% real with you, especially with all the loose skin and still have a good chunk on your love handels.
Plus males store a lot in their legs. If you were 10% you would be having a lot of seperation showing. Hell I am not even 10% and I have almost full seperation in my entire body year round. Get a true dexa scan or bodpod if you want a %. But in all reality.. who cares what the % is? Nobody...

Keep the feedback coming on that dosing, effects, pump, energy, focus, and what you are noticing. I bet your body was beat up because you barley take consistent days off. Very good for you because it will help you keep it rolling.

Great day. Ate and then had some errands to run so brought Quake with me to the gym. Dosed in locker room before heading out for warm up. Worked out really well. Focus kicked in on about 15 minutes or so then at about 25 the full blast of initial energy took hold, right after first cpl sets of workout.

Felt really strong today and the results matched the feeling today.

I think there might b some cumulative benefits to quake. Just a theory for now but I should know for sure by the end of these two bottles bc workouts seem to be getting better and better each time out lately.

Gave Fasted another go today, this time using dextrose intra, I know but found a bottle I had from awhile ago and had a spectacular workout doing it this way. It's a great combo really. The quake kinda is in quicker and stronger on an empty stomach but u don't get decimated with fatigue bc of the carbs intra.

Again despite the lack of food pumps were very good. Kicked in by the end of first movement and hung around for a good while afterwards. My endurance and focus were great once again and the energy was very strong early on and kept smoothly churning till finished. Workout took just under 2 hrs and while tired I prob could've gone a bit longer if gun to head.

When you structure your training to your diet and allot proper nutrients to support optimal training that is why it was so much more successful.
Lets also realize that quake is so effective for so many people because everything is in an adequate dose and nothing is sugar coated.
Pump, performance, energy, and sustained release (theacrine) are all included to make it perfect. Not to mention the BCAA's which are right up your alley for fasted training.

If someone told me I'd be running a leg day fasted two weeks ago I would've lmfao. Yet I loved it. Did have an isolate bout 1/2 hour b4 but that's it. I just love how quake hits u so wonderfully in this state and the carbs intra was seriously the key to allow me to do this. Thanks for the tip bob.

Not super happy with form after watching it, felt great at the time tho, but this, on a cut, is a 6 rep pr for me. And last week I failed on 1 at 365 today hit 2. So yeah I'm convinced Quake gives u a power boost.

Even with the deep squats I raised it 20 lbs at this depth.

Squats 3x10. 135,185,225

Box squat 4x10 225,235,245,255

Calf press same except ten for all

Leg extensions 2x15 130

Seated leg curl. 3x15 super slow. 95,100,105

My nail is coming off so cardio was just 6 min of bike. Gonna have to wrap it going forward

Energy was so smooth and sustained entire session. Endurance was great. About 15 to kick in with focus and not long after the blast of energy hit. Not really focusing on pumps with legs, but quads still swole and veins on legs and calves were glowing nicely latter part of workout

Went back to eating pre workout and two things: 1. I didn't wait long enough and got to enjoy that pbj over and Over again. Lol. 2. While session was solid I think I like the fasted sessions more as the quake seems to kick in quicker and with more force than when fed, where fir me it's more of a slow build of intensity and about 15 min or so difference in kick in time. Plus I can't really describe it but there's a different internal feeling going on between the two.

Anyhow focus-20 min. Energy-25. Lasted whole session app 90 min. Pump took a little longer to kick in today, it had been kicking in during first few sets initially but today I was on second ss b4 I noticed the pumps. Pump was solid but nothing crazy like it had been. Idk the reason why, u would figure it'd been stronger with food but like I said it was solid though.

I would structure your pre workout meal like this
P+C Rich about 90 minutes pre
Quake 15 pre
P+C Post-workout
rest of your meals P+F

Give adequate time after eating to let the food digest so that way quake will hit harder, of course a stim will always hit best on an empty (no isolate before), and added carbs to help enhance and sustain energy during training.

pretty decent session today. Pretty fast too. I ate a decent sized lunch, pre workout meal, 1 cup of stroganoff and noodles. Took quake on the way to the gym. Focus was very apparent as it has been. Energy kicked in right around that 20-25 min range, however I was kinda expecting to get a close to that fasted intense type of energy bc the feeding was so far away from the dosing, but just got a pretty comparable energy level to other press and to what I was getting with 30 minutes past feeding.

In any case endurance was fine, and as I mentioned focus was sharp as it has been. Pumps were great, deep and full, kicked in rather fast and lasted well past the 70 minutes in the gym, including 15 minutes biking at the end.

Rock the fasted sessions with carbs if you find that is the most optimal way for your training and the pre-workout. Some people thrive off it. Listen to your body!

Back to Fasted with carbs intra today. Dosed Quake as I was leaving house and 15 min later that amazing intense energy and focus poured on in.

Plenty of energy for workout, was kinda shot b4 calves but saw few friends and talked awhile and after that rest got a second wind so did them and finished with 15 on bike.

Today was gonna b chest tris but decided to use sumo as warm up and they felt great so did way more than I was going to and by the time I was done I figured just kill the legs completely.

As for pump I never pay attention for legs but today I had no choice. My 30s were too damn tight on the legs, and they're the relaxed ones. Had to change into 32s when I got home. So yeah crazy pump today

Going forward it'll b assumed I'm sticking with the fasted intra carb protocol unless noted differently.

Great chest tri workout. Tons of energy and focus and I think it's pretty safe to conclude that when u run Quake fasted u get a strong focused feeling about 15 min after dosing with a killer bolt of energy a few min later. I've yet to experience the energy truly running out during a workout either so that's pretty remarkable. Pumps are nice too, not crazy crazy like when using a pump specific product but it's very good and they're pretty long lasting and keep ck in pretty quickly too.

I focused on tut today more than anything. So power wasn't really on my mind but still got 3 really good reps, a so so rep and an awful rep out at 230 end of bench session, so def happy about that.

Was famished when I got home and when he got there there was a hot pan of lobster mac waiting left over from my mothers club. Well I thought I was being sensible by only having a cup lol. Turns out that 1 cup was 977 calories. Lesson learned, check before eating. But it was so damn good though

Great energy which I pretty much wasted today. Early part of workout was amazing. Great feeling energy focus etc. then had to go to locker room and that ate up 20 min then came out and ran into some friends hadn't seen and that took twenty minutes. Now I was cold and just didn't want to do anything else. Still got a very, very solid 40 minutes in though. Shoulder pumps felt great and would've like to see what they would've been like if I hadn't derailed this session.

Clean and press 10x3

That's where it went off track

Still very happy with the power I had today on the presses.

Have to work in the morning tomorrow so hopefully gym won't b slammed when I get there. Planning on arms, abs, cardio

Well I wasn't sure I'd get a lot ft in today. Had to bring my car in and dude usually takes all day so kinda wrote the day off. But turns out I was able to get in there and had a killer session. I really used up everything Quake has to offer today.

Bc I was t actually thinking I'd get a lift in I did this one about 2 hrs post meal. TBH it was pretty similar in feel, not completely the same but closest I. Terms of kick in intensity than any of the other methods.

Add to grass squats 5x5
225,235,245,265

I never thought I'd b able to squat 265 five times that freaking low. Thanks to scivations products I'm now able to say I can

Dl 5x12 225,225,235,235,245

Loved how the pulls felt today. In fact they were so smooth and hips were so loosened up from the squats I prob should've gone heavy

Rdl 5x10 135,155,165,175,185

Actually a bit lower than my typical working sets here but tbh I was pretty taxed the heck out by now

Leg extensions ties angled out 6x6. 205

Just to completely finish them off

10 minutes bike

I was so so hungry post workout shake was not enough and Paula's happened to b across the street. And in the immortal words of homer j Simpson "...mmm...donuts"

IMG_0576.JPG

The pb might b best post workout meal ever created lol

Legs r so swole it's actually laughable

See u guys Monday

Today was gonna b a rest day. So I went to the theatre like I do on rest days typically. When I got home my sister wanted to go to the gym. Normally I'd just say can't but I've been trying to get her to start working out for ages, so I couldn't say no. I was pretty tired and about twenty minutes later Quake kicked in 1 scoop, and I felt amazing. Tons of energy like I wasn't beat just 20 minutes earlier.

No lifting other than spotting but I did:

5 min jog. Couldn't do anymore bc my toenail starting acting up with running so switched to 25 min of liss walking on incline.

Ab circuit
Hlr 4x10
Reverse crunch 4x10
Crunch 4x10
Heel touchers 4x10
Vacuum 4x30 seconds

Got a good sweat on and still 2hrs later I'm reinvigorated and feeling great.

Normally I wouldn't recommend someone doing something like this to waste Quake but it did really do its job great once again. So if you're tired and r def gonna go to the gym Quake on

As for my sister she didn't use any, I offered but she declined. She said she had fun and I'm hoping this will get her to join up herself

Back to fasted and I'll reiterate once again the speed of delivery is so apparent.

Chest
Bench 6x5 225

Not the most power but 100% great reps. I'll take that any day

Db incline 5x6 70,80,90,90,85

Definite power increase this week hitting 2 very solid sets at 90

Leverage decline 11x3
270,250x8,230,230

Db incline fly 3x10. 35

Db pullover 2x15 60

1 arm crossover 15x30

Bench dips bw x15, 25-3x13

V bar pd 70x15,75x12,80x10

Ab crunch machine 4x10 90,100,110,120

Stairs 10 minutes

Had to stop stairs bc toe was screaming bad. Turns out nail came off which sucked but at least now all the pain is gone just ugly af lol

Been slacking on the vids past few days. I just kinda feel like I'm just rehashing same sentiments each one. Def gonna get some more up there since u started it. Gonna finish it. But watched past bunch again and I'm really saying basically same stuff each time. Which I guess is good for Quake bc it's good stuff but prob not best viewing material simply repeating myself each day.

Energy: very strong 15-20 min to kick in, 90 minutes waning after 60 but still good strength last of workout.

Pump: extreme lat pumps, nice fullness in Biceps, great calf size. Vascularity very noticeable in calves and arms.

No new endurance changes to note. Ran session on 30 sec rest for all but rack pulls and power either on par or better in some cases than typical.

Rack pull 10x3
315,335,365,385,405,425,455,460(pr), 465 x1 wasn't feeling it so stopped. 430x3,410x3

Bent over row 5x6 225. 2 were reverse grip which is more than typical this grip but not a pr

Vbar pulldown 4x8. 160,165
Little under my normal 10 at these weights but with 30 rest pleased

Energy: the routine 15-20 fir kick in. After 1 bottle in, That seems to b what fasted provides with non fasted kicking in at about a 10 min delay. The intensity of that initial energy is what really separates Fasted and non Fasted for me.fasted gives u a crazy initial blast while non Fasted is a tap above most pres initial energy kick in.

Focus: solid zero in zone no matter which protocol is used however I've noticed Fasted focus too is similar in ratio to energy symptoms when comparing fast and non fast

Pumps: surprisingly I've noticed virtually no real difference between the many timings I e used which is very important when considering fasted imo. Today's pump was very solid and deep in rear delts. My fronts blow up all the time so kinda tough to truly say effect one way or another but very solid. Tris and traps a noticeable positive pump effect using Quake compared to other products and same goes for today's session

Endurance is where this product is way above other pres imo. The ability to limit rest yet produce comparably is an amazing attribute of Quake. I believe it's due to the peako2 and the astrigin but more likely it's a true team effort with the ingredients.

That's my 1 bottle review.

Now that my toenail is off and pain free I'm going to focus on something's I couldn't do the past few weeks. I.e lunges, hiit. Over the rest of the second bottle

Today

Energy: 20 minutes lasted well past session of 40 minutes

Focus: solid in duration strong as it has been

Endurance: solid. Really had no issue going low rest and still hitting at good intensity

Pump: fantastic. Deep and full. Very quick time to initial pump and only got deeper from there. Lasted well past session. I've noticed Quake kicks butt in pumps on arm days in particular

Vasodilation: veins glowing throughout and after session

Close grip bench pyramid 15-12-10-8-6-6-8-10-12-15

If you are that active OUTSIDE of the gym. a high level of NEAT (non exercise physical activity) means there is less need to do more volume or more cardio. Especially in a deficit. The need to do more is actually counter productive because it will just deplete you faster and be harder to maintain muscle mass. Since you don't have much glycogen doing more movement, more volume, more exercises is just a method to deplete yourself further and make it harder to recover. FYI

Matt Jansen had a great quote yesterday on FB:

"If you truly need a refeed the purpose of it is to restore glycogen amongst other things, not to add an additional 15 sets of legs to blow right through it bringing you right back down to baseline the following day. Less energy output at times so that your body can rest in order to continue to respond long term is a good thing!"

Energy: 20 minutes kick in. Lasted beyond session of 65 minutes. The intensity today topped the charts as far as Quake goes. It was the perfect storm of intensity, energy, focus and endurance which directly led to the best power day I've had In a long time and I've seen power increases for legs specifically every since starting Quake.

Pumps: the way the entire leg swells u just can't help but notice which is something I've never even payed attention to fir legs b4. Supper deep. Love the way my legs feel post workout using Quake. A very cool sore feeling.

Deep Squats
5x6. 225,245,265,285,290

Sumo dl
5x6. 275,315,335,345,350

Ss
Calf press 3x20. 200,210,220
Db walking lunges 30-3x12

Ss
Seated calf 50-3x12 slow reps with peak hold
Ghr-3x12

Awhile back u asked how I thought this stacks with my pre rankings.

Well still many servings to go but it's def in the rotation.

Mesomorph has been my go to pre for a long time and it's still in the hierarchy for me

Bps stimrush is newer but I love the feel from it and the taste is super.

And quake. I've knocked all other pres from my rotation.

In terms of direct comparisons go, It's tough to truly rank seeing i haven't used the other two in awhile now. But I'll just go off memory:

Energy: mesomorph, quake, stimrush
Focus: quake, stimrush, mesomorph
Pump: pretty equal but Quake gives deeper pumps
Endurance: quake, mesomorph, stimrush
Taste: stimrush, mesomorph, Quake
Brief explanation: stimrush is a flavor so unique cherry colada which I love, mesomorph has so many flavors which I've tried most so not really fair to compare when there r so many more. But their rocket pop is up there as one of my favorites. Lemon drop is so up there too, again bc it's unique

Value: stimrush goes for about 35, mesomorph same but always can find a buy 1 get 1 1/2, Quake is about 50.

But the ingredients r so high quality you're willing to pay the extra bc u just don't get those in 1 place fir that price either.

Again it's a rotation but I do have to say the zero crash from Quake is really pushing it up the ladder imo too

You get what you pay for. It is also harder to flavor something that is adequately dosed in all aspects. Especially for something that doesnt contain 1,3/1,4 DMAA. Stimrush is bascially caffeine, BA (which doesn't have any real science to back it) and a few nootropics. That is a big reason why meso gives stronger energy because its in court right now for an ingrdient not found naturally in nature (1,3), which may possibly be banned.

A high citrulline and nitrate dose is a key feature for deep pumps and the theanine is key for long lasting focus and energy. It covers all aspects of performance and endurance on top of energy and pumps!

Pump. Deep and full chest pump and stomach lid tri pump. Lasted past workout duration of 80 min

Super long day. Gym was a clusterf... way too many ppl

Ate breakfast and lunch then fasted from 230 til gym. Dosed at 630

Energy: almost like fasted. Intensity was really impressive as was focus again. Strong initial kick about 20 min post dose and kept me going and focused despite all the waiting around for weights.

Power was awesome tonight, after a few sets I started to feel like a beast. Love that feeling

Endurance well the imposed rest periods due to circumstances really prohibited a true test tonight.

Pump was crazy good lats were flared deep and full

Rack pull 10x3. High was 475 smashing last weeks pr by 15 lbs

Bent over row 5x6. 260 a new six rep pr as well

Wide grip pulldown 3x10 140,160,165

Seated row 6x5 high 245. Haven't been able to row this weight for these reps with perfect form b4 tonight

Db curls 3x10 25,30,35

Db hammer 2x12 55,60
60 is a pr but tbh I swayed the weights a bit on the last few reps so not gonna count it as a true pr

Seated calf 3x15 very slow reps 60,70,80

I gotta say I'm so impressed with my power increase so far in this second bottle. I think my theory of Quake being one of those products that builds up in you and then that second bottle blows the first away is gaining more and more merit. Gnc has a sale going on until July where if u buy a 40 scoop Quake for 55 u get a free 30 serving Xtend. Im tapped for next two checks but am hoping to take advantage of that sale the check after that. I can't say it's my favorite bc tbh it's the only pre I've used fir however long this logs been going on but it's a damn impressive product. In the future I plan on doing a comparison going Quake one week then mesomorph the following week keeping diets, rep ranges, dose timings etc all equal in order to truly gauge results between the two. And tbh with the way scivation has been rolling out the flavors lately I really can't wait to see what they have in store for the next quake flavors bc they did a real nice job with these two which is no big surprise but I love unique flavors and lemon drop certainly fits that bill.

Dont support GNC. email me and we will find you a better deal.
Also comparing something with 1,3 (Possibly banned) is very hard to do. Our product is compliant anywhere in the World, where 1,3 could be banned or have issues with customs. On the other hand Quake can go anywhere without problems, and is fully open and transparent on its label. Performance, Endurance, and Pump wise Quake will possibly top mesomorph. As far as packing a massive punch you won't get that with quake due to the large dose of l-theanine to help smooth things out.

Agree. Scivation is extremely popular in my place. No customs issues. Even the officers know what is Xtend. Even the kids in local gym sip Xtend.
