Gonna get HOTT with RXS Radiate

Happy Monday! I took the day off to hang with the kids for spring break. We were slow at work so I asked for the day off. I slept until 8ish. Lil man went to the gym with me. (Kids care) I drank 3/4 a scoop of radiate as I was leaving the house. Didn't take long to get in the zone. This stuff kicks in within 10 mins or less. Sweat started about 15-20 mins into my workout. By the 30 min point, I was getting my towel out! Haha I was on a time limit but really wanted to keep going!

Before taking Radiate I was sitting on the couch with the kids watching Moana wearing a robe over my clothes and a blanket over my legs....drank 3/4 a scoop of Radiate- next thing I know I've gotten a ton of things done, I'm shedding layers of clothes, and sweating! Haha #WIN!!

Hahaha it's no secret I have a weakness for tequila...so no wonder I like radiate!
 
Up at 4:30 today...drank 3/4 scoop of radiate about 4:50. Got to gym right at 5. Workout was great! My chest and legs are a bit sore today but nothing to limit my workout. I can tell strength isn't 100% but it's so much better than it was last week! It was another one of those days I could have kept going! I know I keep saying it but the focus and energy I get from Radiate is awesome! Puts me in a great mood too!

One time when I was on the road putting up a house, the owner took my crew out to eat at this Mexican joint (right by our hotel lol!) and I ordered their margarita that was on special. Couldn't really understand the waitress, but I ordered it anyways. When she brought it out to me, it was as big as a freakin' fish bowl! I paid for that the next day up on the roof in the sun all day. I was probably sweating worse than what everyone using Radiate does. That, and a hangover. Lol!

Haha I had that happen one time! We had been out on the lake all day drinking and stopped to eat Mexican on the way home- hubby thought it would be funny to order me one....Let's just say, I barely made it home without being carried.
 
Forgot to mention yesterday that I have switched to IF this week to see if I can get things to move for me. The radiate really shines through the fasting!!!

What an awesome idea! Never thought of motocross. We have a pretty good size rodeo ministry about 5 miles from me. Not a cowboy but took the family a few times. I do like the rodeo, and at least one person was saved every time I went. They get about 500 plus showing up.

That's really cool! I don't guess I am really considered a country girl. Never grew up on dirt bikes, four wheelers, or hunting--but I'm not a city girl either. Just a hard working girl I guess. Hahaha

I hear ya on someone on the family taking up lifting. My girls are 28 and 26 - never had one iota of interest. My son is 9....hoping maybe he might get the bug. LOL!! My husband is a marathon runner....so leaves him out, too...

Tried a new recipe for chocolate chip cookies...think it's a keeper! So far the family has given me rave reviews-even the ones who aren't sweet fans. Thankfully the Radiate helped me stay away!! Lol

Another great training day in the books Kat! Looking phenomenal as well! But....some if us(me) are struggling with trying to continue cutting and your little cookie pics are killin me smalls!!
 
I hate when someone takes equipment before you are done. I'm sure you are too nice to be like hey I wasn't done with that. My wife is the same way. Except the other day she did a set got up reached down and got her water bottle and this dude jumps on the machine. I saw it this time and asked him if asked to work in. He said oh I thought she was done. I just gave him the look I use to give the kids when they were lying. It worked! My wife was mad at me. Lol. That is a pet peeve of mine. Gym edicut is pretty much gone.
