Hi guys ,Im just learning and a normal guy trying to get a little fit.I bought SNS Growth Factor very good but can I use it more than 2 cycles or after second cycle have to give it a break? Thank you.

I would think you could probably go 8 to 12 weeks max. Certain ingredients like the Macuna
(L-Dopa should be given a break for 4 weeks every now and then.
 
Agreed on the 12 weeks max. Like vujade said, some of the ingredients need to be cycled.

Depends on your goals on why your using GF XT....

if its for the sleep improvement, then check out SNS Phenibut.

If its for Test Boosting, check out CEL M-Test.

People have also had good sleep with M-Test as well. I would get both because Phenibut by far and away shouldn't be used daily.
 
I would definitely take a break after 2 or 3 bottles and not run any similar products. Always good to give you body a break from certain supps every once in a while.
 
yup 8-12 week then break for 4 weeks

subsitute in Phenibut + Mtest .. more gainz :)
 
I would run it for 12 weeks. I love the product. It will definitely help you sleep at night. Don't expect a miracle from GH branded products. They ill help you sleep better which in turn should provide better recovery so you can hit the gym hard and make some gains that way. Don't think of this as a full on mass product that will increase appetite or anything like that.
 
You should only run two months and then take a few weeks off. Seems to be the best course from my use of it.
