Wuddup peeps? So the last couple of days was a bit ....off for me. Saturday was day 2 of a 48 hour fire shift and I was tired. Ended up eating not 1, but 2 Little Debbie Oatmeal cookies. My bad. Sunday I dedicated as a "Me and the wife day" and ended up taking her to PF Changs for lunch and then she wanted Krispey Creme later that night. So yep...2 of them. Woke up this morning at 210 so I guess it wasnt SO bad. Ill knock that off in no time. Anyway..heres todays lifts

A little cheat once in a while ain't gonna kill your diet. Most diets fail because people give up everything at once and they can't handle it. Having a cheat every so often is actually a good thing. As much as you're killing it, I don't think this will even be a tiny bump in the road. You got this!

You are going to get to the point where something you think is a cheat will actually be very beneficial. Two fcking Little Debbie snacks a cheat meal that does not make. At the rate you are keeping your size while leaning out, your body will just burn right through one of those.

Brandinooooo and ryane87 thank you. Now I have a new problem....if I eat what we bought for supper tonight, itll put my calories WAY over but its mostly protein. I have a 1.75lb ribeye and was gonna eat some eggs with it. Cutting the steak and only eating 16oz with 3 eggs leaves me at 1900+ calories and only 180g protein for the entire day. Thoughts?
 
Yoooo! Decided to take this journey to the next level and push myself....HARD. Woke up
this morning and drank my Radiate and dosed MassMax in a fasted state. Did 20 minutes of high speed cardio on the elliptical machine and was sweating profusely to start the day. Made my way to the second job for day 2 of yet another 48 hour fire shift. Ive had 1 shake today with almond milk, and thats it. Hit the gym at 2 pm after drinking Radiate again and smoked it!!!

Now for a question. We bought steaks for supper and I planned on eating the steak and some eggs. Problem is the steak id 1.75lbs. With is 1900 calories itself. If I cut the steak down to 16oz and eat 3 eggs itll be around the same, but leaves my daily protein at around 180. Id rather have 200g and a LOT less calories. Any suggestions? I couldn't pass up the ribeye guys...we got 2.5lbs for $16. HELP. Need to continue cutting, need the protein. Decisions decisions

Eat 8oz. that leaves more for the future and cover the protein with another shake if needed. Hell put 2-3 scoops in water.

salmonella from chicken, that will take awhile to get that mental block on how nasty it was out of your head.
 
Your width and thickness are pretty decent. You just need some "bumpiness" to it and that will come the leaner you get. My back isn't the greatest, but I have 3-4 second negatives and peak contraction holds of a second or two to be helpful.

I say go for it bro. You've earned it. Remember, you can go over on calories occasionally as long as its good food.

Lol. Thank you both. I figured it all out. I cut the steak and ate around 10oz with 6 eggs...and will just fast all day tomorrow ending with the exact same thing for supper!

Got off work this morning and headed to the gym. Drank my radiate and knocked out biceps! Didnt have a lot of time as I had some many things to do on my only day off and my son and his girlfriend hung out with me. This afternoon I hit another dose of Radiate, Absolutely abliderate(last drop) , wore my slimming belt and a hoodie and hit the treadmill. Did 1/4 lap walking at 3.5MPH followed by 1 lap at 7MPH for 30 minutes. Fricken loved it. The faster I run the less my knee hurts. Go figure. Heres the bicep work and a post cardio picture

Still managed to get in a fairly decent shoulder workout...just to d@mn tired to post it all. Plus..theres 2 concerts going on tonight at the college...so Im sure Ill be running drunk scantily dressed sorority girls all night. Poor me. Lol
