Gut health is great. Also megadose vitamin C. No kidding. Go right to 50 g if you are sick and then keep hammering 4-5 grams an hour until you get constant diarrhea. You will be back in a day.

Ok, you know when I said "I eat more than that just at breakfast"? Yeah, pretty close now. My breakfast shakes that I make are 960 calories. I drink them on my way to work at 5:30 am then about 9 I have a Bear Naked energy bar, eat lunch at 11, another snack at 2, go home lift, drink 23g of protein and then have a full supper. I don't know how people can go so long on so few calories. My body would atrophy so bad.

Im actually about used to it now. Depending on the workload at the fire department, I may get a little bit hungry, but for the most part Im good. Ive noticed my sleep is a little better and I dont carry the bloat around which I enjoy

I weighed 125-130lbs when I graduated high school. My dad has never weighed more than 135 in his life. Getting to 175 was a big accomplishment for me but after I hit that, I set a new goal of 200. For several years, I have done what everyone here can relate to: the yo-yo. Up then down. Back up, then down. Life gets in the way of things and all of a sudden, we're back where we don't want to be.

Oh and FireTitan, don't think I'm going to let that girlscout remark slide. I'll get you back! Lmbo!!

Got on the scale today around 3:30 after a nap...d@mn if it didnt read 209lbs!!! Ill double check in the morning, after work when Im dry. Took these ****s right after my lifts this morning. The first just simply because I was digging the tricep, and the 2nd because I'm finally showing the separation from shoulder the bi/tricep. I was a skinny feller that always looked a little bigger than I was...haha I was 157 my freshman year of college and always lied and said 170 and no one questioned me...haha gaining weight can be a bytch, especially quality weight as you get closer to your genetic potential.

Got off from work this morning, and dosed my Radiate and headed off to the gym. Back day. Did pretty well considering Ive been awake since 4PM yesterday. Didnt take my first dose of MassMax until after I trained. Took it while downing 8oz of Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop of vicious vanilla whey and some PB2. Also, scale was at 208lbs when I got done lifting

Grilling without a brew is tough! The wife knows to have beer If she wants me to grill.
 
lol I grill fcking chicken breast every night... in -40 Wyoming weather, it takes around 11 mins a side for an 8-10 boneless skinless breast.

If all goes as planned, my diet stays in check and with the help of Radiate...Ill be 200 within the next 2 weeks....max. So thanks

I start the week at 198 (sooo close...lol) and end at 195 or so by Friday. I am hoping to hit 200 before the mini cut....we shall see....haha
