Invictus, Virtus and VII-KT 8 Week Run

Calves are looking good my man.
wish I could grow a set. Been hitting them hard and all different ways and techniques for 10+ years. got early stages of planters fasciitis.

Nice calves brother. Mine have plenty of broke blood vessels in them from hitting them with heavy weight. I've always hit them super heavy. One of my favorite is the Smith machine with a small step. I usually start with 405 or so and end up a tad over 500lbs. I then finish them off on the calves machine.
 
Ankle is feeling better and the swelling is down after taking the day off. Going to the gym later to hit shoulders tonight. Hoping to be in the low 206 or 205lbs in the am.
 
Hit the gym tonight and got a great shoulder workout in. I'm really starting to see a lot of definition and separation in my arms and shoulders as well as my legs. Walked on the treadmill for 15 mins just checking on my ankle. Going to do back tomorrow and do some heavy pulls and see how it holds up. If it does good I'll rest on Friday and hit cardio Saturday. I'm going to try and post new noodz tomorrow to show you guys where I'm at with just over 3 weeks to go.
 
Woke up this morning and was 206lbs even. Running late so noodz will be later tonight. Im definitely looking really lean and have a nice dry hard look. Im going in to do back tonight and see how the ankle holds up to some heavy pulls. On another note, Ive ran 8 weeks of ignit3 and i just took my last dose a few days ago. My wife had bought some HydroxyElite and didnt like it, so I started it yesterday with my bronkaid. I have just a tad over 3 weeks and looking to drop another 3-4lbs to finish leaning up and get my lower abs to show.
 
Well since I didn't get some noodz this am, I snapped a quick one at work, I'm a tad bloated from all the water intake. I'll post better ones tonight or the am. Here is 4 months of progress and a tad over 3 weeks till cancun.

Made it to the gym tonight to try and get a back workout in. Definitely not a good night of lifting for me. My ankle is still swollen and giving me problems. It was good when I first hit the gym. Did 15 warm up treadmill. All good. Rows. Nice problem. Deadlift. Weak, only could pull 385×4. Rack pulls 455x8. I just didn't trust my ankle all that well and just flat out felt weak. Ankle seemed fine after weak pulls. Then I hit the lat pull down. I adjust the pad and slide my feet under. Bam right ankle pain. Within 2 mins swollen like hell. Bad night already and now I'm really pissed. Hammered out 5 set of those and seat rows and called it a night. Here is what my ankle looks like. Invalid Link Removed
 
Made it to the gym last night and just worked on stretching and hit a good ab workout. Still disappointed with my ankle and the cardio situation this close out. I've been wearing a compression sock and keeping it iced down. Got up this morning and 206lbs even. Headed to eat a kick ass breakfast. I have a Wisconsin scramble with potatoes, side of bacon and 2 whole wheat apple cimminon oatmeal pancakes and strawberry smoothie. I'm going to hit the gym tonight and try to do some cardio on one of the bikes. Should be less impact on my ankle. I have right at 3 weeks to finish this cut strong.

Made it to the gym did some walking on the treadmill for 15mins and the ankle felt pretty good with a compression sock on it. Decided I would test it and do a slow run. Bad news, ankle won't handle that. Got frustrated and finished walking for another 15 mins and called it a night. I'm going to just up my reps and sets but need to figure out something that will burn the amount of calories I was on hit cardio. The hit cardio was really helping me lean up. I'm already at a 750cal deficit and don't really want to drop anymore. If you guys have some ideas, as I'm 3 weeks out and would love to drop 3-4 more lbs.
 
So I hit the gym tonight looking to somehow some way get some cardio in. I tried the elliptical but totally uncomfortable for me. The stride is way to short and I feel like I'm tripping all over my feet. It didn't seem to effect my ankle just stride is way to short and awkward for me, as I have long legs and long stride. Decided to just put on my big boy panties and hammer some hit cardio on the treadmill. I took it a tad easier than I normally do. I hit 5.25miles and almost 800cal. Ankle did well with compression sock on and no swelling yet. So the train is back on track. 1 day cardio, 1 day lifting and 3 weeks to hammer this itch out and hit my goal before vacation. Took last night off because my feet were sore as hell from running on the treadmill and I had my detailer call in, so I was on them all day yesterday. Going in tonight to hit chest. I think maybe the Iron legions and eradicate e might be drying my joints out to much and thats whats causing the issue. Im going to lay off these for a few days and see if that helps some as I really need to be able to rock out some cardio. Feet are much better today and not near as sore. Hopefully be good to go in a few. Weight was 206.5 this am, so till dropping slowly.
 
Hit the gym tonight and got a great chest workout in. Did lighter weight and high reps. 6 sets incline x15, flat bench 6x15, incline Flys 6x12, chest press machine 5x12, cable Flys high 5x12, cable Flys low 5x12. Hammered it all out in 45min and called it a night.

U carb cycling at all ? I think u said u were earlier in the thread can't remember. Or if u get a chance look into Antaeus labs lipomorph that stuff insane I've taken it 3x on a cut and has made me lose every time

Oh I'm definitely carb cycling. I have been for a few months. Im just getting to the point when I'm getting lean and the weight loss had slowed. Top 4 abs are showing not flexed and in the morning I can see the bottom ones faintly. I'm getting close.
 
Was going to try to get some hit cardio done last night. It's been a crazy busy week at work and decided to take the night off and rest. Going in tonight to hammer out some good cardio. Good thing is the scale is slowly moving down. I've taken a few Days off of my Iron Legions stack to see if it was drying my joints out a bit to much. Body composition has changed quite a bit in the last 3-4 days. I'm really starting to have a dry hard look and looking lean. Lots of definition and muscle separation. Hopefully I can drop 2-3lbs more before I fly out in a few weeks. I'll try to get an updated noodz up this afternoon or in the am. Invalid Link Removed
 
Yea was over a gallon and a half lastnight and I was dried up and cramped to a t even chugged a monster I was so so veiny looking it was unreal. Keep up killer work man ur almost there so close

Thanks brother. A tad over 2 weeks to go. I'd like to drop 3 more lbs before vacation. I'm going to hit some cardio tonight and hopefully be 205 to 204 by the end of the weekend.
 
Made it to the gym tonight and got my ticket punched on the Hit cardio train. First stop 60 mins, second stop 30 more mins. Hammered out the first stop at almost 5.25 miles and 750 cals. Decided to buckle my seat belt and hammer down the second stop. Got another 2.75miles in and a tad over 400 cals. Thought I might see BEAST73 there, but he was probably a few miles ahead of my slow ass. All in all, great cardio night. Almost 8 miles in an hour and a half and over 1175cals. I put in some work tonight.

It was a crazy busy weekend, but still made some time to kill it in the gym. Friday night had a great arm and ab workout. Took Saturday off to rest and went in tonight to do some Hit cardio after carb loading today. Was kinda late so only did 1 hour of hit cardio. Got almost 5.3 miles in and burned a few calories. Going to keep alternating lifting and cardio Days as I'm officially at my 2 week mark. Time to finish strong. Goal is 200lbs even before I set off. Let's hammer down and see what happens. It's been a bit since I've updated this. I've been crazy busy at work and home but still have been hitting the gym and my diet has been super strict these last few weeks. I'm down to 202lbs this morning and definitely lean. I'll post my progress pics when I set foot in cancun on the beach. I fly out this Saturday morning for a week. I've made some good progress and feel way smaller than I ever have. Going to change that when I get back in town.
