I have a sinus infection and now I think I got a stomach virus! Should of took a pic of my abs after throwing up all night. they really looked pretty good. lol
went to wash my mouth out and looked in the mirror, Pucking and dry heaving will really pop the abs!
Shoulder workout went good today, starting to get my strength back after a complete carb load yesterday. Drank my Radiate PWO and went in! This is how it went

Considering the fact that I was up all night running calls..I had a d@mn good bi/tri workout today. Not going to post it...but it went something like CURL CURL CURL CURL CURL PUSH WIEGHT UP PUSH WEIGHT DOWN PUSH WEIGHT FORWARD DIP DIP DIP.
Took my MassMax before I went along with my Radiate and headed off. Attaching a couple of pictures, the first one mainly due to I liked the way my tricep and forearm was looking, and the second because as I was sitting in between ab sets, I noticed I was finally getting a good separation between my shoulder and bi/tri. I used to have log arms and that roundness means something to me. I do believe the MassMax is helping me lean out, and Im starting to notice a slight increase in strength!!Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
Got off from work this morning, and dosed my Radiate and headed off to the gym. Back day. Did pretty well considering Ive been awake since 4PM yesterday. Didnt take my first dose of MassMax until after I trained. Took it while downing 8oz of Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop of vicious vanilla whey and some PB2. Also, scale was at 208lbs when I got done lifting

Wuddup peeps? So the last couple of days was a bit ....off for me. Saturday was day 2 of a 48 hour fire shift and I was tired. Ended up eating not 1, but 2 Little Debbie Oatmeal cookies. My bad. Sunday I dedicated as a "Me and the wife day" and ended up taking her to PF Changs for lunch and then she wanted Krispey Creme later that night. So yep...2 of them. Woke up this morning at 210 so I guess it wasnt SO bad. Ill knock that off in no time. Anyway..heres todays lifts

Glad to see strength going up while cutting. MassMax XT is becoming more versatile than I originally thought.
Why not do more steak and only egg whites? Or was that already the plan?
