I have a sinus infection and now I think I got a stomach virus! Should of took a pic of my abs after throwing up all night. they really looked pretty good. lol
went to wash my mouth out and looked in the mirror, Pucking and dry heaving will really pop the abs!

Ill do without abs if thats how I get them. Lol. I got lucky with the salmonella, never vomited, but had the runs like no tomorrow! Take care of that..and the sinus infection. I het about 2-3 a year.
 
Shoulder workout went good today, starting to get my strength back after a complete carb load yesterday. Drank my Radiate PWO and went in! This is how it went

Considering the fact that I was up all night running calls..I had a d@mn good bi/tri workout today. Not going to post it...but it went something like CURL CURL CURL CURL CURL PUSH WIEGHT UP PUSH WEIGHT DOWN PUSH WEIGHT FORWARD DIP DIP DIP.
Took my MassMax before I went along with my Radiate and headed off. Attaching a couple of pictures, the first one mainly due to I liked the way my tricep and forearm was looking, and the second because as I was sitting in between ab sets, I noticed I was finally getting a good separation between my shoulder and bi/tri. I used to have log arms and that roundness means something to me. I do believe the MassMax is helping me lean out, and Im starting to notice a slight increase in strength!!Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Woke up and knocked out about 25 minutes of cardio, and was able to run most of it! Im hoping its accurate, and will double check in the morning, but I got on the scale at the house when I woke up from my pre EMS nap, and it read 209lbs. Seriously hoping thats right. Heres todays macros with total of 1,498 Calories
Protein: 198
Carbs: 53
Fat: 49
Sugar: 28

Need to cut the sugar down some, so I need to figure what to cut out. Supper was 1lb of Ground deer with a bag of Buffalo Cauliflower. Good stuff!

And to answer your question, yes. I dosed 4 caps for 8 weeks. Started to see weight gain around week 3ish but I was on a very conservative lean bulk. Really didn't wanna eat too much. Trying to stay as lean as I can without cardio lol

Had a feel good shoulder day! On shift at fore and the morning was busy..so It was much later than I normally like to lift but....got it done. By the way...got on the scale at work(new) and its showing 207lbs just like the one at home!

I agree. I was worried the one at the house was off, so I was nervous about getting on this one. Now im feeling pretty good about it. Thing is...my strength still climbing. Its slow, but on this cut, at 14-1600 calories a day, 200-220 protein and less than 50 carbs, any increase in strength is phenomenal in my opinion...and Ill credit that to the MassMax!

Sunday I dedicated as a "Me and the wife day" and ended up taking her to PF Changs for lunch and then she wanted Krispey Creme later that night. So yep...2 of them. Woke up this morning at 210 so I guess it wasnt SO bad. Ill knock that off in no time. Anyway..heres todays lifts

Yoooo! Decided to take this journey to the next level and push myself....HARD. Woke up
this morning and drank my Radiate and dosed MassMax in a fasted state. Did 20 minutes of high speed cardio on the elliptical machine and was sweating profusely to start the day. Made my way to the second job for day 2 of yet another 48 hour fire shift. Ive had 1 shake today with almond milk, and thats it. Hit the gym at 2 pm after drinking Radiate again and smoked it!!!

Now for a question. We bought steaks for supper and I planned on eating the steak and some eggs. Problem is the steak id 1.75lbs. With is 1900 calories itself. If I cut the steak down to 16oz and eat 3 eggs itll be around the same, but leaves my daily protein at around 180. Id rather have 200g and a LOT less calories. Any suggestions? I couldn't pass up the ribeye guys...we got 2.5lbs for $16. HELP. Need to continue cutting, need the protein. Decisions decisions
