Finally to the training update! So I had some really good sleep last night. Took my Radiate at about 5:45 or so. I felt so freaking motivated and ready to go! The extra sleep and putting the Radiate with it helped me have my best shoulder day in a long time. So focused and ready to go. It was awesome. If you took the energy matrix and put with properly dosed pump ingredients and ergogenic aides, this would be far and away one of the best pre workouts. I was driving to the gym and could feel myself sweating. I could definitely see myself using this during a cut. I will be honest, though. Appetite suppression isn't happening.. lol I am hungry all the time!

Would you spend $70 on a can of radiate? Seems crazy expensive IMHO.

I think it's 39 after FT's discount. Makes it less than a dollar a serving. I wouldn't do it at 70, though. I can get anabolics for that....lol

The discount code is def where it's at. We have to keep our website in a position that doesn't take away from our valued retailers. That's why the price point is where it is on our website. Retailers are moving it for $54.99 with ease bc of the value you get with 45 true scoops. This isn't a two scooper formula either. I think most who have tried it would agree that 3/4ths a scoop is money. 1 full scoop is for the other end of the curve that are highly stim tolerant. Then there is TheMyth who does 1.5 scoops ��. He's a rare breed.

The price of preworkouts these days is getting crazy. I walked into a store the other day and saw prices for 20 servings and was just smh.
 
mmorso. My code "FireTitan" makes the price drop drastically. And as said before thats for 45 TRUE servings IF you even use a full scoop. If you compare it to other fatburners, where the cost it close to $30 or more for one bottle, and by the time you take the recommended pills per day, you may have 2.5 weeks worth. Apples to apples...its well worth it!!

Training update. Since dizziness left me alone Friday, I decided to try Radiate for my leg day and it didn't disappoint! Energy and focus were awesome. I think what I liked was the fact that the focus and energy are together. Sometimes, you can be highly energetic and almost lose concentration. My mind was into every lift and using the muscles needed for the lift. Very good this morning!

Front Squats: I do my squats with no shoes because I get a slight decrease in hip and knee pain. I used to do them that way all the time at my old gym, but fell out of habit. 135x5, 155x5, 175x3, 195x1, 215x5, 225x3, 225x3. Then a 20 rep back squat with 155. Decided to throw these back in.

Paused Front Squats: each rep with a 3 second pause at the bottom. 145 for 3 sets of 5 reps.

Hack Squat Machine: 35s each side for 3 sets of 9

Single Leg Press: 3 plates each side. 3 sets of 15 reps each.

4 sets of leg curls and 3 sets of calf raises and my day was done.

Chest training this morning with Radiate. Still really awesome energy and focus. And sweats like crazy! No appetite suppression that I have noticed. Still hungry all the damn time....lol

Incline Barbell Press: 185x6, 195x2, 195x3, 165x6

Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 second negative each rep. 65x9, x7, 60x8

One Arm Incline Smith Machine Reverse Grip Press: Maybe there is a formal name to this, but this is exactly what it says. Put 60lbs on and did one set of negatives for 3 reps, using. My free arm to help get it back up. Then put 30lbs on for a set of 9 and 40lbs on for 5.

Dumbbell Bench: 75x8, 75x7, 70x8

Incline Hex Press: 40x9, 40x9

Then some tricep work.

The training session this morning. Might as well include that with the fresh noodz...lol

Front Squats: 135x10, 145x10, 155x10, 165x10, 135x7, but with a 4 second negative each rep.

Romanian Deadlifts: 135x8, 175x8, 215x8, 235x8

Glute/Ham Raises: We don't have an actual glute ham machine, but we do have a back extension machine that I set to horizontal. It has a foot plate, so I can pull my body up. 3 sets of 8 with just BW.

Single leg seated curl: With Free Motion Machine. 50x8, 60x8. Each rep with a 2 second peak contraction hold. 70x8, 80x8 straight sets.

Single leg extension: Free Motion leg extension machine. 3 sets 60x15 with 30-45 second rest between sets.

Radiate is still kicking a lot of ass for me even though I am in my second week. No signs of tolerance building thus far! Good sweating action and lots of focus!

Another solid session. Changed it up a little because the wife woke me up in the middle of the night. Which brings me to another viable point about Radiate. It doesn't give you stim dick! lol I am 37 and NOT on TRT and had noooooo problems. haha Needless to say, I got in late and my training reflected that.

Standing Shoulder Press: shoulders didn't feel up to pressing heavy weight this morning (wonder why lol). Did a 5x5 with 80% of my max, which worked out to 130.

Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 50x9, 8, 6. Every rep on every set done with a 4 second negative. Also, about 1 minute of rest between sets.

Seated laterals: 20x12, 12, 11. A brief 1 second or so pause at the top for every rep. Again, about 1 minute rest between sets.

Underhand Front Dumbbell Raises: 20x12 for 2 sets.

Bent over lateral raises: 20x12 for 2 sets.

Close grip incline dumbbell press: 45x10, 10, 9

Finished with low pulley cable crossovers and some tricep work. Good for an abbreviated session, but I really have to cut these out. It's not doing me any favors.
 
This morning went alright. Body felt old and slow...lol Radiate had my mind right, but the body wasn't as willing. Really, I only lost one rep as for as my power work, but everything just felt slow and heavy. Weight is also down a little, which is no bueno. Coincidence? Maybe...

Front Squats: 215x5, 225x2 :( , 225x3, then back squatted 165 for 20 reps

Hack Squat Machine: 3 sets for 9 reps with 45s

Single Leg Press: 3 45s plus a 5 each side. 3 sets for 15 reps each set.

Leg Curls: 145x8 for 4 sets

Finished with some raises. Really didn't care too much for today. Energy is still going strong from Radiate, though!

Sorry about the lack of updates the last couple of days. I have been tired as hell and my training is starting to suffer a tad bit. Maybe my body is still trying to get used to all the new volume I am throwing on top of it, but my hypertrophy leg day was a struggle. 135 for 10 on Front Squats felt heavy as hell. I did work up to 170x10 and ended up with more volume than last week on these. Didn't feel very powerful...at all...lol

Did Romanian Deadlifts next. Only worked up to 245 for 4 because in the middle of this set the lower back started yelling at me. At this point I need no injury setbacks and just racked the weight.

Didn't have as much time as I like so I finished with some one leg seated curls and single leg extensions. Felt absolutely dead and don't feel like another day like this! LOL

The mental energy is still strong and I am only using 1 scoop. The only negative I have, (aside from a little weight loss....how the hell at almost 3800 cals?! That's dumb....) is that I have to shyt almost every time I use this. I hate going to the crapper before training. Anyone else experiencing this? haha
 
That's because Radiate is just stupid dumb effective! Imagine if you were cutting ;-)

As for the shyt... I get that too, I start my day with a scoop to get going then 15 min later a free colon cleanse

It really would be effective for a cut. I am strongly leaning towards implementing it when it comes time. I love alpha y!
 
We do too! When do you plan on cutting?

It'll be a few weeks away. Next week I will be 17 weeks out from my first show. I have 2 more weeks at a surplus and then a 3 week mini cut to see how fast I lose weight. After that, it will all depend on how my body responds to the cut. I imagine I will be just fine and will really only have to diet down the last 6 weeks or so.

This morning's training session was a little different. I had less time than usual and also switched to back squats. It was a feeling out kinda day because I haven't tried heavy back squats in a long time.

Back Squats: 135x5, 165x5, 195x5, 225x5, 255x4. Put on a belt and did 265x1, 275x1. Felt actually easy and like I wasted a day not going for me. Dropped down to 175x20. Moved on to 3 sets of paused squats. 155x5 for 3 second pauses. Finished with 3 sets of leg extensions for 15 reps each set. Pretty good day even though I was tired. Radiate is still treating me extremely well. Highly, highly recommend!

A little update on the Radiate front. The last couple of days have been shorter sessions. My back day turned into all both arm movements, which reinforced the fact that I much prefer one arm versions to get the best work. Did t-bar rows from the floor super setted with pull ups for 4 super sets. Then did 4 more sets of pull ups. Used this bar that has 3 different hand positions and did 3 extended sets where I moved from the outside to the inside to failure, working out to 17-20 reps each set. 4 sets of kneeling face pulls to finish back day off.

This morning's leg day turned out to be better than planned, as I only had about 35 minutes or so. Super setted leg extensions and seated curls for 4 sets. 15/8 was the rep count. Then super setted trap bar deads and lying leg curls for 3 sets. 10/8 was the rep count. Finished with single leg press for 3 sets of 15. Then some seated calf raises. Used a scoop and a half because I was ass tired this morning. The energy was awesome and didn't really wear off until about a half hour or so before lunch.
