OL Winter Cut

Seems bass ackwards to start a cut in the winter as this is usually bulking season, but I need to shed some heft for football.

I'll be running OL products for 3 months.
Ep1c Unleashed caps weeks 1-12
Bloodshr3d weeks 1-12
Test1fy weeks 5-12
And of course Conqu3r every training day

Hoping to maintain my level of strength if not gain some as well. Also will be going to pickup games to really test the endurance benefits from the Ep1c.

I'll update as much as possible.
 
I dosed the Ep1c this morning before my workout and seemed to have some nausea from it. Not sure if it was because I took them with CU on an empty stomach or if anyone else has had this issue but I'll continue to monitor it.

Also, first day using Bloodshr3d. At first I didn't think it was very strong then it hit all of a sudden it hit and made my afternoon a lot easier to plow through.
 
Had a terrible nights sleep last night but still got up early and dosed my normal 2 scoops CU and Ep1c. Usually I feel sluggish and the intensity just isn't there if I haven't slept well, but I crushed today's workout and seemed to have limitless energy throughout.

The Bloodshr3d is really helping mid day. I was using Elixir since it came out and I definitely prefer not only the taste of Bloodshr3d, but the clean energy as well. Hopefully it's more than just an energy drink.
 
I'm hoping my gym pulled a Globo Gym and added 10 lbs to the scales, otherwise I've gained 10# in two weeks! Which I think is impossible, so here's hoping it was on an incline or is broken.
 
My first month is done tomorrow. Decided I wasn't even going to bother weighing myself after Thanksgiving. Wishing I had Orig1n because I pushed my belt to its absolute limits last week. Although people have been saying I do look leaner and I am starting to notice more definition in my arms and shoulders.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I haven't been able to use CU for the past 3 weeks and instead have been using BS as a pre workout. I feel like my training hasn't had the same intensity. BS may be too euphoric to use prior to training.

Saturday is when Test1fy gets introduced to the plan so I'm excited for that.

Also will be purchasing a power rack and barbell set up next week so I will be able to train after work and can stop sacrificing sleep/recovery time.
 
Bloodshred is too euphoric? To workout? Sounds awesome. lol
And in for the show and support.

Sounds crazy right? BS puts me in my "happy place" where as CU gets me more dialed in.

I like to take any frustrations or stress out on the iron, but BS wasn't getting me there lol.
 
This weekend I got my order of CU and I bought my half rack, barbell and weights.

It's so nice to have a barbell that isn't rusty and has actual spin for cleans and snatches. My wrists are very happy.

So I've been using Test1fy for over a week, no news as far as libido, hunger or aggression. It will probably kick in on week 3 or 4 as most test boosters do. Happy to have CU back in my life and can tell my workouts have greatly improved.
 
Christmas update:

The Test1fy has been kicking in. I have a little more energy even with the lack of sleep due to holiday travels and activities. Also libido is increasing steadily, always a plus.

Training has also improved. Adding weight in my Olympic lifts and becoming more explosive through them. Recovery has increased significantly, I'm not nearly as sore or sore at all while increasing weight or reps on the major lifts.

The Christmas sale I picked up some Sup3r Shred, Sup3r 7 and K1ngs Blood so I'll extend my cut cycle for another 3 months. I'll probably do a new log for that once this wraps up at the end of January.

As for appearance results, in the morning I look much leaner, even during this Christmas stretch of eating every crappy food put in front of me. At the end of the day I am a little more puffy and bloated, I'm guessing due to the increase in carbs/sugar. Now that everything is in my system and in full swing I'm sure the last month or so will produce more drastic results.
 
I just finished the first bottle of Test1fy and it's no joke. The last few days my libido has been off the charts. Weights have been increasing nicely, although there have been some days where I've been wiped out, which I will attribute to poor sleep for a few days and negligent recovery, which can happen. Hunting for a scale to update with tangible results.
 
Alright. Another week, another update.

Libido is still very high, I feel like a schoolboy again. I'm 30 so to have my unit feel 10+ years younger is pretty great. After all the holiday garbage eating I'm starting to see steady composition changes. My fiancé noted that my back looked bigger and more defined and my waist is getting smaller.

I thought I might be a non-responder to the Ep1c as I've not noticed any results from other (-) epi products, but I just changed my training protocol this week to add more volume and I noticed improved muscular endurance and a solid pump well after training.

I have about a month left so I'm hoping to finish strong!
 
One of the big things I've noticed is the lack of DOMS. Even adding a lot of volume I'm sore, but not completely trashed. I did a big leg day two days ago and my hamstrings were a little sore yesterday and now back to normal. Even through less than average sleep.

I've also started tapering my carbs down and the Bloodshr3d has helped immensely to keep me sane and energized at work.
 
Just finished the last of everything yesterday. Overall I lost about 5 lbs, all of it fat I'm sure as I had a biometric screening yesterday and my body fat % was lower and I look bigger than before. 5 lbs doesn't seem like much but given the holiday season, I'll take it. I have noticed that my legs are leaner as are my shoulders and arms. Mid section still needs work (genetics?). I do feel quicker and more explosive when running and doing football drills, which was really my main goal.

Final thoughts:

Ep1c- didn't really notice too much from this. I may be a non responder to this but it was worth a shot. Not something I'll be using moving forward.

Bloodshr3d- while I'm not sure that it did a hell of a lot fat melting wise, it is a great shot of energy and kept me feeling good and kept my sanity during days where my carbs were super low. This will stay in my rotation for the feel good factor alone.

Test1fy- this was the star of the show. Once it kicked in my libido was extremely high, sometimes out of control (my fiancé can Test1fy to that). I also noticed in the last month my lifts increasing and recovery time was really low, even with increased volume and sometimes less than adequate sleep. I'm hit or miss with natty test boosters but this has been the best so far. This will be in future rotations for both cutting and bulking.

Next cycle I'll be testing Kings Blood as a test booster, along with Sup3r-7 and Sup3r Shred (whenever they ship, which is always a guessing game).

Have you ever tried alphamax xt for a test booster? Reason I ask is because I currently am using it and enjoying it quite nicely. I am also running some supps from OL labs and am enjoying them as well so I was thinking about trying one of their test boosters next.. just wondering how they compared to alphamax xt.

I have tried it 2-3 years ago. Maybe longer. I don't remember much about my run with it (which may not be a good thing). Also my diet and workout programming have changed a lot since then. I've tried so many test boosters with 0 results, that market has made me really skeptical. The only reason I tried this was because I got someone's leftover LJ100 and it worked well. I'm now a week into K1ngs Blood with the only difference being not as an acute hunger feeling.

I would say OL test boosters have reinstated my faith in test boosters.

I will have to give them a try. I like that alphamax xt contains forskolin but I could always buy OL labs forskolin product to run with their test booster. The LJ100 in their test1fy looks good too.

Have you had good experiences with forskolin? I've used it once, I believe I had additional doses with the alphamax and then after and didn't really notice anything.
 
I first used it when I was using anabeta elite and idk if it was the forskolin or the other stuff in it but i had great results. Was able to put on some good mass with limited to no fat gain.
