Thanks brother. Im definitely leaning up pretty well. If things continue I might have some lower abs showing in a few weeks. The Iron legions stack is working pretty well. I have had an increase in libido and wake up most morning with wood, so id assume test is boosting pretty well. E is down and Im starting to dry up and lean out. Definition is starting to show alot more and Im getting more vascular. Going to hit the gym tonight for a good hit cardio session and sweat my ass off. Have just a few lbs to go.

One side note, I should have a package Thursday in the mail containing my welcome to the darkside note and some goodies. Im looking to start this about 1 month after I get back from Cancun. Just have a couple of things to round up and Ill be good to go.
 
My body looks really flat and depleted today. Ive been low carb for the last few days on my carb cycling diet. Ive been under 30g of carbs the last few days. Vascularity is gone and my body looks pancake flat. I think my chest could fit in a extra small training bra. Im glad carb refeed day is coming up Friday. Ill try to post a noodz tonight of how flat I look after hit cardio tonight. Its amazing to see me blow up when the carbs hit my body. I look almost 20lbs heavier and bigger after carbing up.
 
Here is a quick noodz of me carb depleted for 3-4 days of under 30 grams carbs. My muscles are flat and the vascular is gone in my arms and shoulders.

Thanks brother. Just a tad over 4 weeks to go. I'm ramping the cardio up quite a bit to finish getting lean. I feel like I'm getting closer. Going to really hit it hard these last 4 weeks.
 
Made it to the gym despite being tired tonight. I'm starting to get a tad carb depleted. Hit cardio again tonight. It was definitely tougher tonight than most nights. Had to dig deep to finish and hour. I walked the last 12 mins. Hit a tad over 5 miles and burned almost 800cal. Had a compression shirt and hoodie on. Glad that's done for the night.

I've hit 3 Days of hit cardio since Sunday and have racked up almost 16 miles in cardio this week. Got on the scale this morning and down in the 207lbs range. This is the leanest I've been since high school. I have just a few more lbs to go in a tad over 4 weeks.

Thanks brother. I'm definitely trying to finish the cut strong. It's been a long 4 months. At least I'll have a good base to put some mass on. I have a darkside package arriving today.
 
Going to hit the gym tonight and hit some arms. Need to try to get some size back on these guns after cutting.

Thanks Brother. I dont really know how much more I have to lose for my abs pop. I dont think it can be more than 4-5lbs tops. Im getting pretty lean now. Hit cardio is paying off. Going to keep killing it for another 4 week.
 
Hit the gym tonight. Did 20 mins of walking on the treadmill and then had a great arm workout. Going back tomorrow night for another round of hit cardio.

On another note. Got home and my package was at my front door. I'm getting closer to having my cycle together. Today I got transdermal tren, oral epi, a-dex and some clomid. Waiting on my test c to show up and going to get some tudca and maybe M-test or ol labs for some cycle assist. Should have everything rounded up before I head of to cancun. When I get back, I'll get bloods done and get ready to step over to the dark side.

On another good note. I looked super lean this am. Real nice muscle separation and top 4 abs very visible without flexing and I can see the outline of the bottom ones. Should have these babies in within the next 2 weeks. Off to have a 1500 calorie breakfast.

Just got back from eating breakfast. Went to one of our favorite places The Egg and I. I have 2 huge apple cimminon pancakes made with apples, whole wheat and oats, 4 eggs, 4 bacon strips and a plate of ranch breakfast potatoes. Man I feel good now. Tonight we are headed to Bentonville Butcher for another porterhouse steak and maybe a beer or two. 4 weeks to the day left on this cut. Going to go kill legs in a few hours. Here is a picture of the kick ass pancakes.

Hit the gym last night and had a killer leg workout. Got up this morning and went to breakfast. Had a Philly omelet, bacon, Hash browns, biscuits and gravy and a huge cimminon roll. I've been eating above or right at maintenance for the last 2 days to reset my body for the last 4 week push on this cut. Going to hit it hard and back down 750cals on Monday. I think I have 3-4lbs to go. Going to do some Hit cardio tonight. Time to kill these last 4 weeks.
 
Just got back from the gym. Not to sure what a good idea hit cardio was after a brutal leg day, but I stuck with it and ended up with a decent hit cardio session. I might pay for it in the morning, but tomorrow is chest day and give my legs a chance to rest. 4 weeks to kill it and off to a running start.

Thanks a million guys. My legs are toast right now. I've went way to far to let up now. Time to push the throttle straight through the floorboard for 4 weeks and finish strong.

Thanks a million brother. I just told myself I'd have abs for cancun and I'm getting real close. I'll have them in a few weeks I think. They are visible now. Just need to drop a few more lbs.
 
Got up this morning and definitely paying a bit for hit cardio after leg day. Legs are pretty sore this morning. My morning weight was 210 after a refeed weekend. I'm back on a 750cal deficit today and will be hitting chest tonight to let my legs recover abit. I started my eradicate e this morning as well. Going to hit it hard this week and get the scale dropping back down. I'm looking for 4lbs in 4 weeks. I'm looking to end up right around 203lbs. I think this is where my abs will show really well not flexed.
 
Well i made it through the day with my legs being sore from leg day and cardio. Headed home to eat and hit the gym for chest day. Have to let these wheels recover so I can get some hit cardio in tomorrow.
 
Hit the gym tonight and got a good chest workout in. I did 15mins slow walking on the treadmill to start, to try to get my legs stretched out. My right ankle is pretty swollen after leg day and hit cardio back to back. Going to try to take a hot shower and then throw some bio freeze on it. I need to get them to recover as I need to be able to get some hit cardio in this week. I might have to settle for liss cardio tomorrow if my ankle is still swollen or might hit some shoulders or arms instead. If I knew I was going to live this long, I might have taken better care of my body when I was younger.

You might be right brother. Im going to give it a day or two to rest and do some lifting instead. Its still swollen this am some. Ill play catch up on cardio later this week once the swelling goes down.

Remember keep it elevated and ice it!!!! Then some heat but more ice then heat or u will swell it more. Keep resting that man so u can hit ur goal

Thanks brother. I'm going to take it easy on it for a few days so I can get some Hitt cardio later this week. I'm definitely leaning up.
 
I woke up this morning right at 207lbs. Im starting to get some really nice definition in my lower stomach and abs. I have a nice deep vertical line running from the bottom of my rib cage all the way down my stomach. Top 4 abs show really well with no flexing. My obliques are showing up well along with my Adonis belt. Im starting to have some vascularity in my stomach as well. I think I will have all my abs in a 2 weeks. Ill post noodz later this week. Im really starting to lean out pretty nicely.
 
Went home after work and iced the ankle. Went to the gym later. Walked for 10mins on the treadmill for my ankle. Decided to hit arms and abs. Got in a great workout, despite my ankle still swollen up a bit. Going to try to give it a day or 2 more off and hopefully hit some cardio this week.

I looked super lean this morning and starting to get the dry hard look. I was super vascular this morning as well especially in my legs and calves. Here is a picture of my right calve this morning.
