I hit my toe last night on the foot of my sons bed and I'm thinking it might be broken...it's turning colors!

You probably couldn't do sprints but you could still squat as long as the ball your toe isn't broken. I tell my clients they would be able to lift their toes up, forces them to drive through their heels. Also shows me if they have **** ankle mobility...Yeah...luckily it's the next to last one so I should be ok. We will see how much I grip the floor tomorrow I guess. Lol May not be able to run sprints though.
