Burnin' Down a Titan...the next 6 weeks

Well then just go with an XL instead of XXL. Problem solved. I can't stand wearing L shirts. I like to be able to move freely without binding up. Which is why I wear loose fitting jeans as well. ;)

Just gonna ride the Larges out bro. Ill put on an XL for you so you can see how big it is. Makes me look terrible, and not to sound funny but Im 110% military and I cant stand my uniform looking unsat!!

Those are the worst. My gym has been playing animal abuse /rescue tv shows (not just the commercials) during my workout sessions lately. Why !?

Yesterdays lifts went fast as I was worn out from the night shift, and had to force myself to go. But all I wanted to do was a my deadlifts, so here is how it went. Will post todays later, were fixing to head that way now.

Im struggling a bit more than A little. Lol. I got done with the hamstring curls and started cramping like no tomorrow in each hammy. Took a while to get that to stop. Im sure Ill pay for it dearly tomorrow. And pulling a 48 hour fire shift...should be fun

Ok, I tried this for my routine tonight. Only did 3 sets of 225×10, but I officially hate you right now. I added in some hip abductor and adductor with the low cable as well. Going to have to get some more joint care as my right knee is talking to me. Lol!

Popped my 5k post cherry! that didn't take long. when I jumped in here 10 months ago I had no idea how cool you brothers would be!
 
A little catching up to do here. Wednesday I did Cardio as Im really trying to bust the rest of this fat off. Good news...between the scoop of Radiate, all my sweats on and my slimming belt I definitely got some sweat on!! BAD NEWS...started to run an about .10 of a mile in I felt the right knee pop towards the inside with an immediate hot feeling. Same d@mn spot as before. So apparently Im just not going to be doing any running and hope this wont slow me down on legs and deads. Still
got 45 minutes in

Yesterday was another all cardio day, fasted with Radiate flowing through my veins. 45 minutes worth.

Today was shoulders and now fatigue from the last weeks schedule is kicking in. But my shoulders are blasted and showing some growth finally. You know youve put in some work when you notice your shrugs only have 1/2 the ROM as normal due to the pump!

Bit of progress in my shoulders and lats I guess, but I just dont see sh1t happening with my entire front anymore...its like Ive just stopped. Guess the diet is gonna have to take a huge hit for the next couple of months. But here you go guys... Granted these are at 9pm, so maybe itll look better in the morning..? The abs are coming through a little more, back is looking good brother.
 
Woke up early and drank my Radiate at 0545 this morning and knocked out 25 minutes on the elliptical. Have to go home, study an hour or 2, get some sleep and then get up and knock out another 30-45 minutes on my treadmill before going into EMS. Will start 2 doses of Radiate on my double cardio days.

Oh baby love that routine been trying to convince myself to do it again but wimped out decide to stick to gvt.

Dude you're currently my main motivation, from what I can tell we're similar in size and build but you're at least a month, probably 2 months ahead of me and that's only if I bust my @ss as hard as you and I refuse to let you pull further ahead!

Just keep at it you are making improvements every time I see a nood. Step back and look were you came from. Great improvements ! Just stay on track. Those last few are the toughest.
I'm just about to hit that myself. So far I'm losing a pound about every 10 days. But I know my wall is coming. The tough part is to hit those protein numbers and hit those cal numbers as they have to drop.

I know, youre right. Problem is Im a d@mn perfectionist....AND impatient, so I want incredible results and I want them yesterday(the military in me) I just have to keep reminding myself its a process. Once I finish Medic school Im going to Tactical Combat medic school and Im trying to keep my goals tuned into that...If im going to be a medic on the County SWAT team Im damn sure not gonna be the fattest SOB there!!

Lunch was a shake with Monster Muscle Vicious Vanilla and PB2 in almond milk and supper was post cardio, 1.4lbs of boiled chicken breast with creole seasoning. Ill drink one more shake this evening and hopefully I wont be craving anything. Todays macros:
