Danes road to pain free livin

Well putting in day # is confusing me hehehe

But i rearranged my training a bit..I have a really good friend who is helping me getting back on the floor..

And he has nightshift and has to go look at a new apartment. So i changed days when i workout.. But hell we still gonna **** sh!t up and do stupid stuff :D

Still motivated AF and still wanna be like hairygrandpa :D So i will update as we go along ;)


And some fuacking great news for me and my girlfriend! Her brain scans came back, and there was no cancer to be found!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad news is the meds i causing the pain..So we (she will have to try out new meds)

Stick with it man, but don't make it worse. We all give each other a hard time but you gotta watch out for yourself. You already know that a jacked up back is no bueno

I dont think its gonna heal right away.. Last four months have been ups and downs. On meds and treatment... But thanks Kat :) hope your cookie bizz is doing well :D

I did yesterday 5 min bicycle, lets see if you can top that! :)

I stood on the treadmill and it refused to work...So i picked up some weights instead :D
 
I would prefer lifting the treadmill -instead walking on it, LOL.

Think pplk would deffo notice if you started picking up things like that :D

Peckdeck 6 sets 15 reps a set.

Standing flyers 10 sets 12-12-12-12-12-15-15-15-15-39

Dumbell bench press - 4 sets 10-10-10-10 and then i blew my should...¨

So i din some side and front raises to correct my form ...

Sideraise 5 sets 12-12-12-12-12

Front Raise 5 sets 12-12-12-12-12

And an exercise i dont know the name of also for my shoulder... The right one keeps acting up.. Maybe something to lube the joint.

Tricep pull down. 20 sets 12 reps a set.

Thats the workout for the day.....Killed all the alines and left like a baws

Was a bit tired didnt sleep more then 4 hours

Seated low row 10 sets 12 reps a pop !

Seated wide lat pull down 10 sets 12 reps

lower back extensions weighted 10 sets 20 reps

Standing lat pushdown 10 sets 12 reps

Ezbar bicep curl 10 sets 10 reps

Hammer curls 10 sets 10 reps

F uck3d cardio :D ! Went home eat a bunch and was dead!

Yesterdays workout was faaacking awesome.. Trained with my old gym buddy!

15 mins cardio warmup

Did 3 sets 12 reps a piece Shoulder moblity. I do this every time i work out right after warmup!

Cable flyers middel. 10 sets 12 reps - Drop set after did about 50 reps,starting with my max...

Seated chest press Hammer strength 10 sets 12 reps. Again Drop set starting with max... Did about 40 reps Blew some muscle fiber daaang i felt that :D

PeckDeck 12 sets 12 reps aaaaand again did a drop set. 22 reps starting with max !

The i did some triceps...

Standing overhead triceps extensions 20 sets 12 reps...Aaaaand i was spend!

Today i feel like a truck hit me..And then backed up and drove over me again :D

What a ****ing awesome feeling damn i missed this!

Ordering some Androtest..Gonna run it 8 weeks for mass... Fatloss can wait.. Gains in the making :D
