I may be wrong so please correct me, but isnt there a supplement that helps improve caffeine, and helps you not build up tolerance to it? Thecrine or l-theanine or something?
Teacrine, which has been shown to not build a tolerance up to 8 weeks at 300mg per day. Activates similar pathways and structurally similar to caffeine. But it doesn't improve tolerance build up to caffeine.
