I may be wrong so please correct me, but isnt there a supplement that helps improve caffeine, and helps you not build up tolerance to it? Thecrine or l-theanine or something?

Teacrine, which has been shown to not build a tolerance up to 8 weeks at 300mg per day. Activates similar pathways and structurally similar to caffeine. But it doesn't improve tolerance build up to caffeine.

Since it is similar to caffeine, could the use of teacrine over an extended period of time make caffeine less effective?

Yes. Just doesn't cause increase in heart rate or blood pressure like caffeine, and as mentioned, no tolerance build up with continued use.

No, I don't believe so. Continued use of caffeine is main thing that is going to make it less effective (tolerance).

To be honest, theacrine is kinda weak on its own though
 
Have you tried Alphamine or Focus XT OP?

I stack both of them nowadays and love them. I really want alphamine to be an RTD
