So after the Anabolicminds Mafia got on my back for not working out and getting fat and Lazy right hairygrandpa . I decided it was time to chew bubblegum and kick arse! Since i dont have any more gum...Ill be kicking arse!

Im gonna be starting working out again tomorrow, and gonna log my progres in dis log!

Food will be about 1800 kcal a day at the beginning..Will regulate as we go.

Training will be 3-4 days a week maybe 5...Lets see how it goes..

Will be using natty supps for a few weeks..

Then i will add Halodrol and Androtest. Maybe LGD..6 week run at the half mark of my 12 week transformation. Just wanna shred fat gains mass and be a bad arse!

Will be doing 10-15 mins warm up mainly cardio or light weight fullbody.

Then i run a 3 split program. Getting work done on all bodyparts. Call it a day with about 30-45 mins cardio... (SEE @hairyoldgrandpa NO CROSSFIT)

Started out with a short warup 20 minuts on treadmill.

All exorsizes is light weight atm. No need for an injury

Chestpress 15+15+15+15+8

Dumbell Flyers 10+12+12+12+8

Benchpress failed... 5+5+5 My shoulder is acting up. So i only did a few reps

Incline Bench press 8+8+8+8+8

Triceps pull down 15+15+15+15+15

Triceps overhead 15+15+15+15+15

One Arm pulldown 20+20+20+10+10 on each arm VERY LIGHT

20 minuts Biking

Awww snap! A real live workout! I guess my threat of teabagging worked. Lol. Darn it. I was fully prepared to carry through with it;). Good job!
 
I've been using low to moderate weights for more reps also...but I have been doing super sets in the 20-25 rep range versus your less reps but more sets, be interesting to compare...since I can't do a lot of cardio due to my knee the super sets have been doing a great job of keeping my muscles toned and weight down.

I've been using low to moderate weights for more reps also...but I have been doing super sets in the 20-25 rep range versus your less reps but more sets, be interesting to compare...since I can't do a lot of cardio due to my knee the super sets have been doing a great job of keeping my muscles toned and weight down.

Low weight and a lot of sets plus short breaks equals cardio equal fatloss :D Its hard getting the puls down sometimes..I actualy did super set with one arm tri and pull down. It makes it burn like a MOFO

Well tomorrow is rest then is have two days in a row. I will bet a million my arms are gonna be like jello the next couple of days :D

Well you can just ask if you would like a pic ol timer :D But yeah im *"ok" in the foundation.. >Just need to lose the damn fat! Im gonna stop drinking and start takine more care of my selv...
