Cla or forskolin to stack with a thermogenic?

Which does you feel is more beneficial to leaning out and fat loss to stack a thermogenic with? Also which are good brands of each?

Definitely forskolin. CLA is pretty useless from what I have gathered.

PES has capsules of F95 and they are a great value. I have stocked up in the past during sales. Do you already have your fat burner? There are some great options out there with forskolin such as OxyMax XT and Lean PhD

Have you used forskolin in the past? Might want to ease into it, if it's your first time.

Some people can have GI issues. It can be pretty rough for some.

How much dose wise would you say is too much

If you take 2 caps of OxyMax XT per day, that's 50mg. You would want to start there, then you could add a 25mg cap of F95, until you get to 100mg per day.

^^^^^This is solid advice. It depends on you, really. 75mg could have you on the toilet 20 minutes after you take it, or you could be like others and take 100mg with no issues.

You definitely want to ease into F95 use. Great product but can wreak havoc on your guts. The new PX Ultra is a great addition to the stack by the way!

Def use forskolin. There are a few products that are great that include forskolin in the ingredient profile. AlphaMax XT, OxyMax XT and Anabeta Elite to name a few. All 3 are great supplements

Like cubsfan stated, I would start with 50mg to assess your tolerance to the potential side effects. Some do fine with even 100mg, some have to stay with 50. You need to find your sweet spot then enjoy the run :)

I would go with Forskolin personalliy I never had much luck with CLA. If your looking for a good thermogenic. I would check out Level 2 Super Thermogenic by Formutech but go with the powder not the capsule version.

Forskolin is the better option as cla has some health benefits but does very little for weight loss.

Forskolin (Komodo Forslean is my favorite) for sure.

It's hard to attribute results to one thing specifically, but I have been taking 4-8 grams of CLA per day for several months and am most definitely leaner, more muscular, and less prone to adding bodyfat than I was several months ago. I have made a few other adjustments too, but my sense is that CLA is effective in promoting a lean and more muscular physique when used for an extended period of time (2+ months)

Most (all?) research that doesn't involve anyone who makes money off of CLA - says it does very, very, very, very little. I like Examine's comment that goes something like: "It may erase the fact that you had a cookie one time in your life".

CLA doesn't do enough to make it worth the money. I would choose forskolin as you going to get more bang for you buck
