My side and back month progress. Now to take my pwo and hit the gym

Quads, lower abs & calves
40 min cardio to be done lunch and another session in the evening.

This weekend I did some cardio and yesterday did a 40 min hike with a evening of walking around at disneyland no tram taken to keep activity level up.

But for that one time use it was good! I'm most likely begin the full bottle cycle on march 1st or 6th. I haven't decided.

This is the end of my 8 week routine. Weighed in at 175lbs. I went from 189 January 2nd day 1 of this routine. Feels great. I got stronger and more intense with my workouts. About 2 weeks ago i felt really drained and tired, but it was due to too much cardio. I'll try and post pics this weekend and see how i did visually.

Yesterday was rest day and I went to go watch AFI . So bad ass!
Today is another rest day and 8 week progress pics. Here we go. Threw in a little flex pic. Now i'm gonna go have an epic cheat day and get my meals ready for this weeks grind. I have my next cycle of legendary on it's way. 3 bottles, my aps phenadrine to keep cutting fat.

Good luck man you got this! I'm curious to hear about your experience with the Phenadrine. Any initial energy or mood enhancement noticed?
 
It's my second time using it the energy is really clean and makes you feel really focused and happy and you concentrate on your work out

Yea! My only issue is the crash I get, but I think it is due to me being used to highly caffeinated pre-workouts and 1 pill may have a fraction of what I am used to. I took my 1st pill at 4 am and i was going to wait till around 3 pm to take my next one but not sure if i can make it. I'll sip on some coffee right now haha
