What are the best products from Evomuse?

Trivia: one bar lasts me approx a month, using it erry nite and scrubbing tha fak outta my pecs shoulders tris bis tarps. I honestly went from getting diddly out of topicals to being a hyper responder. True story

Sold!!! That's going on my next evo shopping list!!

Wow... I might need to get on this. Beginning to feel like I've been missing out

Full disclusure: I also use exfoliating gloves for a 1-2 combo with the soap.

Also a warning guys. If youve never exfoliated before, when you apply a td afterwards, its kinda like splashing aftershave on your face post-razor-shave.

Curious about gut health, and contemplating hitting up the pre order. My question for those that know, would this be considered an "all encompassing" gut product, meaning can i just take this and roll out and not think about it, or would something else need / should be 'supplemented' with it to ensure all the "gut" bases are covered?

Gonna cover everything you need. No need to contemplate, get in on the pre-order. You'll be thankful you did.

I've used Gut Health non-stop for several years now. Helps keep me from gas most of the time and helps keep me from getting sick other than a bad day a few times a year; no huge sidelining illnesses.

Guys I will take advantage of this thread to ask for the best topical fat burner/cortisol control product from Evomuse for someone over 20% BF?

Here's my 2 cents: If a topical works, then it will work whether you are 40% or 9% - it's not like your body goes "whoa there big fella, you aren't lean enough". But 20% is 40lbs of fat on a 200lb guy. Doing it 'right', so as not to lose muscle (an irrational fear for most, but a far greater likelihood if going insane trying to drop a lot of fat, fast) - you want to drop 1-2lbs/week. I do everything 'right' and can only manage about 1.5lbs/week. So you're looking at about 10-20 weeks to drop 20lbs of fat and get you near 10%.

From my N=1, Zero Blind, Non-Random, Barely Controlled Trial of SuperNova at Maintenance calories - it is good for about a 1-2mm reduction in fat (measured horizontally next to Naval) - and that assumes I didn't screw up any measurements - not hard to do with caliper location week by week.

Since a bottle lasts about a month (entirely dependent on how many areas you apply it to each time) you'd be looking at ~3 to 5 bottles for your 10-20 week cut from 20% BF. At only a couple millimeters reduction total, I wouldn't use a topical until I could visually notice that 1-2mm reduction 'in action' - like the two lower Ab Veins, or Inner Quad Veins coming in. Yes, it will work from the get go, but you are paying money for a return that shows up only on a caliper/tape measure - not in the mirror.

That's why I think a lot of people say "wait until you are close to your goal for a topical" - not because they don't work immediately - but because they are a lot more expensive than a box of Primatene and eating less, and the only way someone would know you are leaner, is to measure you.

It's a time/cost/value thing: If I was a fat Bill Gates, I'd buy 12 Bottles/year. If I have to be selective in what supplements I can afford to buy, I'd cut for 16 weeks with Coffee and Duct Tape over my mouth, and use the Topical the last 4 weeks. Remember, all 'Fat Loss Aids' are about a small time reduction only - you can eventually get to the same end-point without them - how much are slightly faster results worth to you?

Thanks mate, great response! I was mostly wondering how much cortisol control couls make a difference on my case but looks like from the above the difference would also probably not be dramatic?

Unless you have blood work / urine that show's messed up estrogen/cortisol - I'd concentrate on eating less and doing more, with some cheap 'helpers' thrown in. I was a 285lb blob and never used a targeted cortisol or estrogen supplement - and still managed to get my 1.5lbs a week loss and was 210 a year later.

Well, I am already more than 20kgs down since mid October. Loosing fat consistently week after week (with the exception of Christmas period of course) at an average of 1kg and 1.5kg per week. Slightly more at the beginning but that was just the start.

Maybe just my mind trying to find shortcuts or magic pills that would help me. But I am determine and will loose my last 8kgs eating at a deficit as I am now, just wanted some extra help as we all do I guess ;-)

These, cause they're 20% off with code AM5 from Nutriverse

Do you ever go out and wingman for your friends? Such a smooth talker and never misses a good opportunity to slide all the good stuff in at the right time.
You could come be my wingman lol

I'm getting ready to take this for the first time. I'm really hoping it's as good as a lot of people say.

I hear ya man, I'm far from immune (especially in the beginning) from the promise of 'quick fixes'. Bottom line is: Even if you believe Cortisol and Estrogen are responsible for a negative aspect of your current body comp - how do you not utilize/store fat in a deficit? I'm sure some of those Ethiopian's during the famine had metabolic problems too - never saw a fat one though :D

I'm an evomuse believer! I am now 36 and used to drop weight just looking at a treadmill in my 20's and early 30's. this last year i noticed it slowed down. I used to be able to eat whatever I want and still get into the single digits bodyfat. Been taking dcp, Brite and a thermo for almost 2 months now. I was looking to lose a few pounds from Jan-march then start a pretty serious cut. I did not change my diet and i still drink wine whenever I feel like it... for the last few weeks I have watched my scale go from 230 down to 220. The only variable has been the evomuse products!

The_Old_Guy - THIS is the thing I always tell people. I can be extreme, but I like to push limits. I think it is easy for ALL of us to fall into the same traps. Quick fix pills, half-a$$ed dieting (where you tell yourself you're on a diet, but a little of this is ok, and this, and that and you have no REAL plan). We all do it at different points.

I've logged a PSMF on here and people often bring up "starvation mode" or "metabolic damage" to me - like being 130 pounds over weight didn't damage my metabolism, but not eating much for a few months will. I always point out that ethiopians don't have a metabolism that just suddenly adjusts and they're OK or can't get rid of that last bit of fat. Muscle retention and caloric deficit is all that it comes down to - the laws of thermodynamics trump everything. But, "Starvation mode" does sell a lot of diet books because it gives people a sense of, "I'm cheating, but I'm SUPPOSED to, or I will kill my metabolism."

The reverse diet is falling out of favor too - unless you have a book about it ?

Thanks guys for all the help. For me the stronngest motivation is seeing the scale dropping every week. As of today I lost almost 24kgs and in the last couple of weeks even having a 'refeed' (which is more of a cheat meal with pizza and beer!) I am managing to still lose between 0.8 and 1 kgs which is not bad given all what I lost so far.

I am by no means looking for something that allows me to trick my mind. I know where you are coming from and I did that too. But in this case I am fully committed to hitting my goals and nothing will deviate me from that.

In my case what I am looking for is something that would help me burn that incremental fat that together with a deficit and some exercise will take me where I want to be. I know it is imposible to cheat every day and lose weight due to a pill. But if you diet conciously and clean, why wouldn't why try and add something that allows you to burn 10% more fat? ;-)

For the greatest "fat burner" ever (barring industrial solvents or approved/unapproved drugs) Ephedrine is good for an extra 0.9kg per month over placebo:

Adverse effects meta-analysis of 52 studies; those that investigated weight loss found an average of 0.9kg/month additional weight loss greater than placebo (when looking at Ephedrine or Ephedra in isolation or either paired with Caffeine).

Nothing you can buy today, that isn't Primatene or Bronkaid (In the US - some other countries can still buy it OTC), will come close to that. Ask for the human data on fat loss with oral administration if someone says they have something as good/better.

10% more fat in your example, would be 0.8lbs in one month, using the usually recommended max rate of loss of 2lbs/week. How much is a little over 12 ounces a month extra worth to you? You could diet an extra week for free :D

It's a money/speed proposition - because you can get to where you want to be for free, if you have more time. If not, and you have the spare cash, go ahead and use what you think works.

I'm not going to be a hypocrite and say not to - I use ECY or A (Albuterol) CY as a cheap staple cutting stack. And I use SuperNova because I have the spare cash - and at maintenance calories, under as controlled conditions as I could muster, I still managed a tiny loss on the caliper and tape measure. But if I didn't have the money, It wouldn't phase me one bit not to use it - I'd just add 2 weeks to the cut :D

Thanks The_Old_Guy I truly appreciate all the answers and advise you have been giving me in all the posts. Maybe it all truly just comes down to supplementing for mental boost and keep me going but would be really similar without any of it.

Starting to look into how to start training and keep the weight off very soon..!

What The_old_guy said. It's so true and dead on.

There is ONE product I think is highly under rated and it is not a normal fat burner. I don't even know if it will actually help you burn any additional fat directly - it's Epitome by Evomuse. If you are doing long cuts, and have the extra cash, I think this product can be a huge help in keeping you hunger mechanism working well. This IS important because I think a lot of times we diet for a long period, leptin drops, sensitivity improves, we get near out goals and suddenly become hungry beyond belief and ravenous. This creates a huge rebound, and I think this is a big part of the reason we believe in starvation mode or people have beliefs like, "The faster you lose it, the faster you gain it back.". Epitome helps here; but it's a different angle than just fat burning.

I've used;

Sleephoria
Epitome
Eviscerate
Ab Abliterate
Slintensity (still do)
Defuse (still do)
Testruction (only 8 days in, have three bottles though)

I've THROUGHLY enjoyed every product I've used. I really want sleephoria back in my home

Could someone educate me on CardioTryx? I'm on DCP and Brite at the moment and about to startup HIIT outside. Is CardioTryx an everyday supplement or just before cardio and is it ok to take with the other supps?

I've used Gut Health, MyoSynergy, MyoSynergy Elite, and Sleephoria. Looking forward to all of these coming back and hoping they can stay in stock! dsade comes up with some amazing formulas.
