Not saying that you didn't see anything from it...but at the same time when a product is hyped up as much as ArA is, people that are new to it (or supplements in general) tend to set expectations fairly high which can lead to disappointment.
I wouldn't say ArA is hyped at all. It's been around 10-15 years for a reason-- it works. What other supplement besides creatine has weathered the test of time like ArA has? (besides creatine)
